Grace Meyers is an author of beachy feel-good romances and women's contemporary fiction. She was born in the south, but has traveled a bit since then and now lives in a small coastal town.
I am loving this series more & more all the time. Grace writes about things that are so true to life today & could very well be going on all around us in today’s mixed up world as things are going up, businesses are having to close & you just can’t get anyone to help you out. It is beginning to affect the “Beach Sisters” as they are starting to fight & disagree, something they have never done before in all of these years. Miranda know something crazy is going on with her parent’s farm but they refuse to tell her anything. They keep telling her everything is fine, but Miranda knows that everything isn’t fine, plus they won’t let Rene look at their books to try to help them. Allison had found out her dad was getting out of jail early. She thought she had a month to prepare, then there was a know at the door & she went to the door & low & behold there was her dad. What was he doing there. He wasn’t suppose to be out for another month. What had he done? And then there is Rene & her ex-husband & their twin daughters who aren’t speaking to them because they hid the fact that they had separated & divorced & never even told the twins the whole year of their first year of college, then one of them found out by overhearing Rene talking to her friends on the phone. So they have not been talking to their parents at all & have been avoiding them at every turn. It just seems like all of their lives are falling apart. Rene did meet someone she is beginning to like, but she’s afraid of what the girls will think. How will they get it together & get things work out? All three of the “Beach Sisters” are having a ruff time & now it is beginning to affect their friendship. What are they going to do? I can’t wait to see how they work this out. Will Rafael end up buying the farm? Will Miranda & Rafael end up together? Is that the plans Miranda’s parents & Rafael are working on?
I received this ARC book for free & am giving my review for free in my own words.
Three friends continue their vacation at a beautiful beach home. Rene and her twin daughters finally talk things out after she hid her divorce from them. Allison was surprised by a visit from her father after he was released from jail. She isn’t sure if she wants to mend fences or not. Miranda still doesn’t want to talk to Raphael, a volunteer at her parents farm, after he lied to her. Will Miranda also find out her parents have lied to her about the finances of the farm? Thank you to the author for the ARC. This review is my own opinion.
Miranda still won’t talk to Rafael. Rene finally gets the girls to talk to her. Allison’s Dad shows up at the beach house unexpectedly. There is a lot going on in this book. Like all the others, once you start reading you can’t put it down until you get to the cliffhanger. Love Grace Meyers books, if you haven’t read them you should.
I was given this advanced copy for free, and am leaving this review voluntarily.
The three friends Allison, Rene, and Miranda continue their summer vacation.
Allison meets a much more handsome version of her next door neighbor. How will she move forward with Alex, while dealing with information about her father.
Miranda is still suspicious about something going on with her parents.
Friendship and support continue to run through the book as the friends continue to give advice about all kinds of things
Thank you to the author for this ARC. This review is my honest opinion.
Entertaining and fun to read. The series would be better in just one book though. I do not call 72 or so pages a book, and hated having to keep going to a new book every day. Just a way to get more money, I am sure.
Renee finally meets up with her daughters and talks about the divorce. The secret about what’s going on with Miranda’s parents is revealed to Renee, now she has to tell Miranda
The girlfriends continue the drama of finding answers to their dilemma’s. Each with answers for the other but not wanting to accept the answers for their own fix’s
Great read. Love this author’s writing style. The three friends are each dealing with mountains in their lives. Interesting to see how they tackle their problems. I was given this book free to read and I am freely leaving my review.
