Lilith: The Legend of the First Woman

Rate this book
This little work is delivered in several different sections, romantically and poetically telling the tale of Adam and Lilith in Eden, the fall of the latter from grace, and her subsequent transformation into the malevolent figure generally regarded within Judaism as an especial threat to babies and pregnant women. A short section of prayers against Lilith, the consort of Eblis (or Iblis) is super-added to the end of the text, within the same poetic context.
