Charming CEO is a good, easy story that I thoroughly enjoyed.
This novel follow Flynn McCord and Piper Dashford's journey.
Flynn is the best friend of Piper's brother, they know each other a long time, he's always protected her from the guys who buzzed around her, but now that she grew up and she became a beautiful woman, who lives in the same city and rents one of his shops, will he resist to the rising chemestry between them?
I warn you to be ready to be swept away from a mix of humorous, hotness and sweetness.
I loved Piper, she knows what she wants and she is not scared to go and get it, in her working and love life. She is a bold and decisive character and Flynn didn't have any chance to resist her since the beginning, even if he tried.
Lila Monroe writes my favourite rom-coms, I read them as soon as I get them and I finish them in a blink, spending the time in between one and the other missing her words and characters immensily.
I recommend to read it if you're looking for a good giggling time.

Let's just cut to the chase here. These guys in this Billionaire Bachelors Series? Sure, they’re brothers for life and terrific businessmen, and everything they touch seems to turn to gold. But they’re all players. That is, until The One comes into their life or snags their attention, and then that's it. Most of them have fallen in love, but Flynn McCord is one of the last men standing. He's a master craftsman, has won critical acclaim for his historical restorations, and has more work than he can handle, but no one woman has caught his eye. Except his best friend Dash's sister. And we all know that she's off limits.
Piper Dashford has had it with her brother and his friends. She's so over them treating her like a kid and not seeing her for the smart, driven, talented woman she’s proven herself to be. Charming CEO again features the “brother-for-life” crew and their epiphany from player to best-boyfriend-ever. In this latest installment, readers get up close and personal with Dash’s younger sister Piper and one of his partners in the Mavericks Bar, Flynn McCord.
I loved Piper’s spunk and independence. She is a strong young woman who is only held back by her protective brother and his overprotective friends. With all those older “brothers”, she finds it hard to get dates now that she has moved to their neighborhood. As with the other owners of Mavericks, Flynn McCord is uber successful and gorgeous to look at. He eschews love for fleeting dalliances until he sees Piper in a different light. She is no longer Dash’s kid sister, but a sexy, grown-up woman with a head for business. Now that business of hers is something else! It along with Flynn’s master carpentry provides much of the humor. I found the humor to be more “punny” than funny, but it did bring a smile to my face.
When Piper and her business partner rent a storefront in Flynn’s business, the regular interaction tests Flynn’s convictions and makes Piper hot and bothered. Queue the fun and games! Charming CEO is a delightfully fun romantic comedy. There is plenty of cute and heat.

Another stellar Billionaire Bachelors story!
If you are an avid Lila Monroe fan, you have "seen" Flynn and Piper make appearances throughout the series, and I was excited to read their story. A story of a thin line between love and hate.
Piper is a fighter, she is brilliant, and she is done with the overwatch of her big brother and his friends, especially Flynn. Her determination and drive for her future are commendable and relatable; even to her own detriment, she pushes on. Her frustration is at an all-time high when she realizes that Flynn is her new landlord.
Flynn, oh my me, what a dish! I applauded his determination in keeping his true feelings for Piper on lockdown. I could empathize with his struggles and his guilt. I wanted to shake him when a light was shined on him and Piper and his gut reaction to it.
Their chemistry was white hot and was smexy as all get out. Another five-star read from Ms. Monroe!

4.5 for this new addition to the Billionaire Batchelors series. Piper has had a thing for her brother, Dash's, friend, Flying, for years. Now, as Piper moves her business into Flynn's storefront, we have the perfect opportunity for puns galore and much good natured fun, as these two charming people falter their way towards a happy future Both their enterprises provide the perfect chance for mishaps and red faces, as well as unexpected 'stimulation.'
This has been a fab read. I loved both Flynn and Flynn, as well as the wider cast from this series. The only thing that I can't quite relate to is this whole, she's my sister, hands off scenario, when the person is a best friend and a good man. But there you go. It does provide opportunities for laughter!

What a perfectly fun, delightful and steamy read. I loved how low key Flynn was even though he started off as a player. Piper is a fun energetic character with a desire to succeed in her business she is launching. The way these two come together, with Flynn being best friends with Piper's brother, and all the hiding and denying these two go through. There is some fabulous humor, lots of steamy time, and a great story line with these two. I found this to be a delightful escape.

Charming CEO was an entertaining, fun read that ticked the boxes for me. From the first chapter to the last I was hooked on the story that Ms. Monroe wove. I fell hard and fast for Flynn McCord and Piper Dashford; he is swoon worthy and I loved Piper who is an easy woman to like.
I enjoy friends to lover’s stories and this was a fabulous example of the genre and Rom-com in general. I read this one in almost one go and was frustrated when real life got in the way. The fact that she is his best friend’s sister added complications as she should be off limits. However the heart wants who the heart wants and the chemistry that sizzled between them was intense, impossible to ignore and it was entertaining to watch the push and pull dynamic as the story progressed.

Charming CEO is the eleventh book in the Billionaire Bachelors series. It was a cute and funny rom-com that is perfect if you need something light and fluffy. The characters were likable, the storyline was fun, and there was plenty of witty banter between the characters. It will have you smiling throughout the book and leave you with all the feel goods.

Thoroughly enjoyed this next instalment in this series! These Mavericks lads are just wonderful and the entire friendship group is one anyone would love for their own.
Easy to read, fun, full of sass, romance and a fair bit of heat!!! The chemistry was off the charts.

Flynn McCord is the last single man of the Maverick crew. The Maverick’s are a bunch of college buddies who have started numerous very successful businesses. Flynn restores old houses and makes upscale wood furniture. Piper Dashford is Flynn’s best friend’s little sister. She is starting a new business and is renting a storefront in Flynn’s building. Of course, there is the bro-code that one must not date your best friend’s sister, so the attraction that they feel for each other is pretty inconvenient. This is an enjoyable, easy read. I am bummed that this is the end of Maverick’s crew, but and glad that the author is setting up the next book in the series, with Flynn’s friend, Jackson. I received an arc of this book from the author for my honest review.

I took 6 weeks to read this book and it had nothing to do with the book whatsoever, it was just me. Sometimes life gets in the way of personal indulgence and sadly this book was the victim of that :(
However, I did read a bit here and there when I could. Until Friday when I rode the bus home from work last week and decided to read instead of phone scrolling. It took only 5 minutes for me to be back in the story and then I had it finished by the morning. I'm going to make reading a higher priority than phone scrolling from now on.
Piper has had the hots for Flynn since she was young. He is her brothers best friend and being a round him a lot helped her develop a teenage crush. Now that she is all grown up and about to launch her own business, the younger sister has grown into a smart and gorgeous young woman.
Flynn is not blind, he can see how much Piper has changed and it is getting harder not to think about her as Dash's little sister when she is definitely all woman now. He reluctantly agrees to let her rent space in his latest building development as a favour to Dash, this now means that he will see her every day.
Piper's interest in Flynn has not wavered and he is even finer looking now. He is way more than his looks though, being around him a lot more helps her see even more of who he is. She just needs to up the ante on showing him what he is missing out on.
Flynn knows that Piper is forbidden, it would go against bro code for him to even kiss her. All through her teens he has helped Dash scare away anyone that shows interest in her and they still do it now. When Piper leaves a bar one night with his movie star mate, Jackson, it is enough to tip Flynn over the point of no return with Piper.
There is no way Piper is going to let Flynn feel any regrets about what they have done and what they both want more of. Dash will get over it in time but for now it can be their sexy little secret. What could possibly go wrong?!

Funny and cute, this romcom is everything you could want with Monroe’s witty storytelling. This is Flynn and Piper’s story, and he’s the last of his friend group to be single while she’s his best friend’s little sister. They’ve known each other for years, and Piper even had a crush on him when she was younger. However, being Dash’s kid sister means that she’s off limits to any man ever let alone Flynn. After trying to protect Piper’s virtue by preventing her from going to a formal function with his buddy Jackson as her date, she demands that Flynn go with her. That’s the beginning of the end of his meddling though as things between them start to change. But can anything come of their attraction, or will Piper forevermore just be Dash’s off-limits little sister?
This story is so fun. Like if you’re in a mood and need something lighter, then this book is it. It’s entertaining and cheeky, and I love how you get such a comedic sense of their frustrations and everything that transpires. It’s a lot funny and there’s definitely some steam, too. This is the sort of story that’ll make you smile and leave you in a good mood, which is precisely why I enjoyed it so much.

Lovvvvved Charming CEO. I've been in a funk and this book brought me right out of it. It's fun and entertaining and you get the best of both worlds with Flynn and Piper. He's swoon worthy and she's energetic and spunky. The story flowed extremely well and I enjoyed every page. It's low angst with high chemistry and great humor. Definitely recommend! ~Andrea
"This series of books are truly exceptional. Each one can be read as standalone’s but previous characters do pop up and are part of the overall storyline, but you do not need to know all the ins and outs of these characters to enjoy this story.
Flynn is one of the last men standing to find their “one”, which he probably never thought Piper would end up being his person. Breaking the bro-code wasn’t something he could ever guess he would do, but after meddling one too many times in Piper’s love life, she made him step in to replace the date he chased away.
This is where the book really took off for me. Piper and her big business dreams - I really loved how she was written in this particular way. No nonsense at times, still a little bit vulnerable, then add in all the hilarious moments whilst setting up her store.
But it was the whole romance between these two that I enjoyed the most. Keeping their budding relationship a secret until they were certain it was something rather than a hookup, was never going to end well. But the way it was resolved was so incredibly done, it made this middle aged readers heart skip a beat.

This is where the book really took off for me. Piper and her big business dreams - I really loved how she was written in this particular way. No nonsense at times, still a little bit vulnerable, then add in all the hilarious moments whilst setting up her store.
But it was the whole romance between these two that I enjoyed the most. Keeping their budding relationship a secret until they were certain it was something rather than a hookup, was never going to end well. But the way it was resolved was so incredibly done, it made this middle aged readers heart skip a beat.

Lila Monroe has done it again in the Billionaire Bachelors and what an awesome idea in Piper. Here is a woman who knows what she wants and is not giving up. For years it has just been her and Dash but somehow there are now more friends who are well annoying when it comes to her love life or lack of it. All she wants is a man who is not afraid of her brother but none have come near her. Flynn is a friend she has known so it's quite surprising how much they actually have in common. I loved that Piper is set to make her adult business come true and one thing about Lila Monroe is she makes it very flirty, professional and oh so hillarious in some scenes. Now this is something I can see Piper doing in real life and poor Flynn has no way to deny the attraction. Piper's store is like a huge foreplay between her and Flynn there's no escape for him. These two are great but seeing Flynn torn between friendship and his happiness got me. This is book 11 of this series and just wow how far we have come from the first one to these two it's awesome seeing everybody again. He may be a rugged, flannel wearing six feet tall furniture maker but get ready for all the wood jokes in this book Lila Monroe is one devious, talented author with these two.

I received a complimentary early release e-book prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is book 5 in the series but easily stands alone. It stars Piper who is Dash's baby sister and his best friend Flynn. Piper has been crushing on Flynn for a while, but he starts to get to know her more as she is opening her own business and is renting a space in a building he owns, well he starts to realize she is all grown up. He has some really complicated feelings for Dash and so to him Piper is extremely forbidden, and he tries so hard to fight his attraction.
But Piper tries absolutely everything to get him to notice her and well this is what made this book so much fun. Seriously fun!! Added to that Piper has a secret and she is launching a sexual powerment app for women and a store that caters to that interest, and she is hiding it from her brother and his friends. It was so much fun watching her keep it secret and then when the secret is out, I loved the reaction.
If you want a light and fun read with a woman who is trying absolutely everything to get her man. And a man who tries to absolutely everything to try and resist, well then you will love this story. Charming CEO was a delightful addition to the Billionaire Bachelors series. I’ve been waiting for Piper and Flynn’s story and while it wasn’t quite what I was expecting, it was a lot of fun. It’s full of the humor, heat and heart that I’ve come to expect from this series.
Piper was such a feisty character and I loved her determination and commitment to making her business succeed. She wasn’t afraid to go after what she wanted and once she had Flynn in her sights, he was powerless to resist. Flynn was surprised by his attraction to Piper, but once he realized it, he could not stay away from her. However, his loyalty to his best friend caused him such angst that it led to some emotional turmoil that could have been avoided.
The banter and chemistry between these two was sizzling and I laughed so much at some of the circumstances they found themselves in. Charming CEO is a sweet and spicy read that will leave you with a smile on your face.

She pulled me right into the story with vivid descriptions and interesting details. She blended those elements into the imaginative storyline, and peppered it with fun, familiar side characters for an entertaining and unputdownable reading experience. I LOVED me some Piper, our heroine, who is fierce, strong, and independent but is over her brother & his friend's overprotectiveness. She's grown into a beautiful woman who wants Flynn (brother's best friend), and she's going to go after him, especially after her business ends up in his storefront. Little does she know he has a strong attraction for but with the whole bro code situation, he's going to keep it under lock & key despite all the sparks flying between them. I laughed out loud quite a bit throughout this story as Piper is determined, making for hilarious moments on top of the heat between them. There's even some angst in the pages as Flynn deals with internal guilt when it comes to her but he just can't stay away so you already know, they're going to act on it and then keep it on the downlow. Lila Monroe is definitely a talented author that you don't want to pass on because she'll leave a smile on your face with her work! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Charming CEO was a fun read and flirty read! That is the joy I always get out of when I am reading a Lila Monroe book. Her Billionaire Bachelors series has been a hit. A lot of laughs, low angst, and just fun characters. Especially charming on the men side. The woman are ready to take on the world.
Flynn and Piper were a hit! It was never meant to be more. But when these two try a few things or two and spend time together, the chemistry is mind blowing for these two. It was a push and pull situation. In the end, there was a lot of laughs, goofiness, and an ending that had me smiling.
Chaming CEO is a story that will have your heart happy. I loved revisiting some other characters in the series. This book can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend this series as well!

YES!!! I have been waiting for Flynn's story and it did not disappoint. Flynn has his hands in all kinds of things, but his passion is construction and woodworking. Making something beautiful for another family. What he loves is to give to his friends a hard time and their families. They are close and that includes his best friend's sister Piper Dashford. Piper is trying to get her business together while keeping it quiet before launch time. She doesn't want her brother or his friends to know what she is doing until it's time. But she will need the help of her brother's best friend Flynn. The man that is the ban of her existence. But these two have an attraction that they are trying to hide. When things go to the next level will they be able to hide it for long? And when the truth comes out about her business and her affair with Flynn what will happen? This story is so hot and steamy it will leave you breathless.
