I can't say enough about this Journal and all the great devotions, Prompts and Exercises that it has in it. I like how I have applied them to my life and used them to help with my anxiety and the Journal un general just makes me feel more at peace with some of the things it has in it, I would recommend this book if you want to feel more at peace with yourself.
This prayer journal is so useful, especially if you struggle with anxiety. It allows you to stay in the present end to be mindful. Collecting and sorting through your thoughts will help to keep you centered. I would recommend this journal!
