Good booking great advice

I liked that it seemed we where reading a note book into his life as a chef.

I am a head chef and related to lots of this and even got a few bits I have not done or thought of.

Similar o other PSA's

I enjoyed the quick read, but the bulk of the information was relayed the the first PSA tome I read.
