This book was really cute. It's standard Jenna Rose so there's lots of heat as well! Zander and Ali's story starts with a bet and ends with a beautiful happily ever after.

This was a quickie romance. It was ok. I didn’t really get the point of the bet. Almost as soon as it’s made, the heroine folds and gives into him. I would’ve liked to have seen the hero try to win her, woo her, but she doesn’t even resist for a week before she’s fallen into his bed. So she lost the bet. I guess she gained a man who is obsessed with her, so it’s still a win

As is typical with this author, there’s a manwhore hero. Thankfully not too many details are given of his past. In one scene, he brings a woman to work in order to make the h jealous. No details are given if he fucks her, but I prefer to think he didn’t. It came off as a ploy to rile the heroine up.

Maybe safe-ish for reasons already given. Heroine is a virgin and belongs only to the hero. Minor OW drama. Minor OM drama when h goes on double date with BFF, no intimacy of any kind occurs between them. No cheating or abuse. HEA with epilogue

Woah !! This was definitely different

This trope isn’t one of my favorites but it was definitely still very well written. The thing that made this a page turner was the drama. I seek drama in everything that I read. Our lovely main character is headstrong and not easily manipulated which I loved. She allows herself to fall in love but she is never a ditzy chick which I love.
I’m happy I gave this a try and as always I love the energy.

This was a surprisingly deep love story, as it played out! A bit far fetched as she wasn’t going there, but the dude had game!🤔

Ali is starting to work in HR in Zanders company. But as soon as he sees her he is obsessed and wants her away from ogling eyes. So she gets a job at the reception... And that is so not what she wanted. Their attraction is off the charts ,but Ali stays stubborn and won't fall for the hot annoying and self-absorbed boss ... Ali (h) arrives to start her new internship when she spies company CEO Zander (H) and it's instant attraction. Zander is so possessive that he instantly moves her to a lesser position to keep her away from his males employees. Ali doesn't believe in sleeping her way to the top and says no to Zander. He offers her a bet - money if she can resist him for a month. Ali doesn't win the bet but she definitely lose either. Hot and steamy quickie read!

This is Ali’s mom philosophy of life. Not bad if you ask me.

So Ali is in her gap year before college and she decided to apply to an internships in Human Resources. Luckily for her, she scores one at Francis Construction.

“Oh my God…
Handsome doesn’t even do him justice. In an office building filled with men, Zander stands out like a single swatch of color in a black and white photo.”

She’s super nervous for her first day and is super excited to meet her new boss… that is until said boss decides to completely ignore her and put her as the front desk clerk.
To say that she’s pissed is putting it lightly.

“Hot guys are always the biggest dicks.” She pours us both glasses and frowns. “Always have the biggest dicks too, which is why they think they can get away with being the biggest dicks.”

This book was funny, because Ali goes to great extents to get exactly what she wants.
Tho the book in itself was predictable and corny…

The story was amazing and the chemistry between was off the charts. He knew she was the one as well she there was something she could stop thinking of him. A great story of instant love and caring way he was there for her sister. You're going to love this book as much as I did.

The author has given us a wonderful older man/younger woman story that pulls us into the lives of Zander and Ali and does not let go. The story keeps us turning the pages with instant connection, jealousy, secrets and steam.

Our hero is rather cocky and wants our heroine, so he makes her a very tempting bet. But the question is how much does she want to win the bet and how much does she want to give in? Tough choices.

This is a short romance story with an older/younger office romance theme. The story is very well written and easy to read. Our characters are also well developed and have excellent chemistry. I am not overly fond of cocky people, so I was really happy to see our heroine push back a bit. Of course, in the end we get plenty of steam and a nice HEA epilogue. Overall, another fun story and look forward to more from this author.

Highly recommended.

Ceo Zander falls on love with Ali

I was kind of questioning Zander intensions, because he deflowered Zander at club in the VIP lounge, I was like don't do girl, but it couldn't be helped, they were like magnets, I was very angry with Zander for not giving Ali her original position at his company and the way he had her fired was an epic fail, but came through and really loves her enough to get her position at his buddy's company as an HR person, because her friend Mel wasn't having it, what great friend she is to Ali. I am happy after five years of marriage, they are still in love and have a child together. Terrific read!

Ali got a job as an intern at Zander’s company. As soon as he saw her he was in love. He was OTT possessive and a little bit of a jerk when he moved her to a job she didn’t want to keep her away from his men, bet with her that she couldn’t resist him and paraded another woman in front of her. The second half of the book was much better, hot steamy with great chemistry and Zander showing Ali how much she meant to him. The HEA was lovely.

Who will win?

I Bet You'll Be Mine is the story of Ali and Zander. She has been hired as an intern for the company of her dreams. What she gets though is a boss who asks her out on her first day and then won't let her alone.....can anyone say harassment lawsuit. Anyways, the story involves a bet on whether he can get her to break and become his within 30 days. Zander is underhanded, manipulative, and a few more things. Ali is determined to fend him off, win the bet, and get the job of her dreams. Who will break first?

I am split about this book. I don't like the start but I loved the ending. She's an intern and he is the boss but their interaction at the start doesn't look like boss-employee. There is too much familiarity at the start of their relationship. I didn't even realized that he is the boss until she told us.

Anyways, there's still that hotness factor, a groveling and a hea for our MCs.

Love her books but not one of my favourites

I think there was so much potential for more they make a bet and the very next day she essentially loses. I loved her fight at the start it would have been much more interesting if she hadn't given in so fast and they could have had some fun moments to get to the hea. I know they are quick insta love stories but this one just felt like it missed the middle and skipped right to the end

I thought this was a fun novella! I like that Ali is strong-willed and that Zander actually has to work at this romance. The chemistry between them is sizzling and their interactions made me smile. This was such an entertaining read as expected by Jenna Rose books!.

The plot of the story was your typical boss seduces intern. Which is fine, the story was still lacking.
There were a quite a bit of spelling errors. I would suggest those be fixed along with the missing words in some parts.

When Ali gets an internship of her dreams she doesnt expect whats too come.... il be brutally honest i didnt like this book i found it rushed i didnt feel the connection between her and Zander. There were plot holes like that guy that was harassing her. It just was ok.
