Great concept- poor execution. If I have to buy 8 different types of flour, or more than 20% of your recipes rely on a synthetic protein powder, I am not interested and I'm absolutely not sorry but those are not healthy. Add recipes that have naturally occurring protein.

Also, something very icky about a man making a hormone guide-based cookbook that will be used mainly by women and focusing on weight. There's a warmth missing in the writing because clearly the author is not experiencing these problems, but profiting off them.

You can find all these recipes on Pinterest. With pictures. Colour-coded recipe info cards are pretty though.

I would consider buying this book - and I rarely buy cookbooks.

You can take a quiz to let you know which area to address first from the five mentioned in the book - weight, fatigue, hot flashes, brain fog, sleep.

Looking at the recipes, they are common ingredients and simple enough I MIGHT actually make some of these! 🙌🏻

Simple, easy to understand and digest presentation of a LOT of information. Actions to be taken are realistic, provided meal plans with real ingredients, simple meals, meal prep optional. Love this book.

Great information but nothing new. A lot of good sounding recipes. I will be trying at least a few of these.
