2004年12月、旧神奈川県立三崎高校で三日間だけ行われた「スラムダンク一億冊感謝記念・ファイナルイベント」
そこに描き下ろされた23枚の黒板漫画「あれから10日後-」を完全収録したフォトブックです。
同年の夏、スラムダンクの単行本が一億冊（国内累積）を突破したことを受け、作者井上雄彦が読者一人ひとりへ「ありがとう」のメッセージを伝えようとした試みから始まった、一連の活動。
ファイナルイベントへ至るまでの新聞広告やウェブサイトのビジュアルも多数収録しています。
当時、連載終了後８年の歳月を経ていたうえ、三日間というきわめて限定的な公開であっただけに、ファンの間では伝説化されているこの作品。
数多くのリクエストにお応えして、会場風景とともに一篇の漫画として楽しんでいただける大判のブックスタイルでお届けします。

Obiettivamente, sarebbero una o due stelle perchè è poco più di un “divertissement”.
Solo che... per la stima che ho di Inoue, perchè è un pó come ritrovare dei vecchi amici dopo tanto tempo, perchè è sempre una delizia poter leggere qualcosa, anche se poche pagine, relativo al fumetto sportivo più bello di sempre, perchè ho amato SD all’epoca della sua prima edizione italiana... per questi motivi, si merita 5 stelle, e se le merita tutte.

These small panels were cute. They’re simple, mostly just quick outlines, not finely detailed, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t worth it. It’s not much, however, if you found yourself in love with the series, & just wanted a glimpse of a bit more after the events, then you’ll get a laugh out of these. They were the perfect settling ending to the series. I loved reading through this series. I will cherish it & one day I’m sure I’ll read it again.

Da accanita fan di Slam Dunk non ho potuto farmi scappare questo volume formato XL (da fuori sembra quasi un artbook!), che assomiglia ad un album fotografico, contenente delle illustrazioni e alcune vignette raffiguranti i protagonisti del manga alle prese con la loro vita qualche tempo dopo la fine dell'ultimo volume.

Devo ammettere però di essere rimasta molto delusa da questo volume; è vero che ci sono alcune vignette che fanno sorridere, ma non aggiungono nulla di davvero significativo alla serie originale.

I disegni sono invece sempre molto belli, nonostante si tratti solo di schizzi a matita.
