Arabella has a steamy night with a tattooed bad boy named Reaper but leaves his bed the next morning before he wakes but takes a memento along with her that she doesn't realize what it means. Later, Bella moves to a town and opens a bookstore and the local MC's president is none other than Reaper.

They try to avoid each other but neither can deny their feelings and chemistry and soon they fall back into bed...and love. Trouble is brewing with another MC and it will be up to Reaper and his chapter to make things safe again.

This was a short and steamy read that was enjoyable to pass some time but nothing groundbreaking or thought provoking. I liked it.

Couldn’t do it. Okay typos in a book I get I really do but I wasn’t even 12% of the way in and I can’t tell you if the h friends name was Laila or Kaila and how the heck does it go from the H about his name being Reaper and how it was from another time to all of a the sudden in her head the h is calling him Liam but he never said that that was his name. Can’t get over all the inconsistencies in just a short amount of book that I read maybe first two chapters….. DNF

Arabelle (from Seattle) is out on vacation in NOLA when her friend talks her into going in a bar. The friend then goes off to talk to some hot men while she stays at the bar. There, she meets Liam "Reaper" Black (from Haven, TN). Their meeting quickly turns hot and steamy, but when she wakes up later, she leaves. And she doesn't leave empty-handed. Then, 2 years pass. Reaper gets stabbed during an "interrogation" about a man's missing wife. (I'm thinking that may have been in the Savages books, I haven't read them yet.) She now lives in the town he's from, but after two months hasn't worked up the nerve to approach him. And he knows she's there; she never left his mind. One night, leaving her bookstore, a rival MC encircles her. Reaper and the DS's come to her rescue. Things get out of hand quickly. Until he finds what she stole from him. Now she has a target on her back. Can Reaper protect her?


There are Spanish and Russian phrases in the book that are not translated into English, but KU will translate most of them. This book was a great example of the hero vs. villain question. Hero will sacrifice you to save the world, but the villain will burn the world down to save you.

Arabelle had gone to New Orleans for a girls trip with her best friend. She met Liam and knew immediately that he was trouble and not the good kind. She allowed herself to have just one night with him and then vanished from his life. She took the ring to remind herself of that night.

Now it is a few years later and Arabelle has opened up her bookstore in Tennessee. Has far away from her stepfather has possible. She knew what she was doing when she moved there. She still remembered that one night with Liam.

With trouble brewing with a neighboring MC will Arabelle and Liam get back together or with the brewing trouble tear them apart.

After waking up alone after spending the night with a woman he now craves to spend his life with but knows for her sake he must leave her alone, awakens something in Reaper. His life consisted of death and destruction until Belle showed him how wonderful life could be if he could allow her to be part of his Dirty Sinner's life. This is an unusual situation where the remaining Dirty Sinners MC stories will be written by different authors so it will be an interesting follow-up to see how others will write the next stories.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Arabelle and Reaper have a single night together that years later they will still hold on to. She has kept her memento all this time, which ends up being fitting when she learns of its meaning. Reaper's heart was hers before she ever snuck away. That's why he is more stubborn than ever when she appears again. Their story was good but had a few areas that felt like I had missed something. This contributed to the characters feeling off for a short time to me. The story has their actions and feelings going back and forth. I liked where it was going though. There is drama, violence, rival MC conflict with conflict and heat between Reaper and Arabelle. I enjoyed the last half of the book the most.

I'm not a fan of books in a series each being written by a different author. When I fall in love with characters from the beginning, I want to know each of their stories. But with each author having a different writing style, the series loses something along the way. That being said and with Reaper being Book 1, Ms. Wylde has gotten the series off to a fantastic start. I loved the way she has portrayed the characters and how Reaper came to be President of the MC. Arabelle is a perfect match for him with her resiliency and willingness to step up to protect those she cares about. She didn't back down when confronted with danger. Hopefully the rest of the series is as good because Ms. Wylde has grabbed my interest and now I find myself invested in the Dirty Sinners MC.

Okay so I tried to like this book, I really did. There were a ton of typos, misused words and even the names of the characters changed at points. I don't know how Annabelle supposedly knew that Reaper's name was Liam, yet she suddenly starts calling him that halfway through the book. She also took something significant from him and he never looked for her? Find that hard to believe. The book was choppy and some of it didn't make much sense to me. Never really got to know how she was able to buy a bookstore? Reaper was also way too old to not know what he wanted out of life. If he really loved her, he would have looked for her. Also not a fan of the h losing all sense whenever the H decides to kiss her. Left me with a lot of unanswered questions and not a lot of answers.

One night in New Orleans is not enough

Reaper by Penelope Wylde is part of the multi-author Dirty Sinners series and it definitely is a great addition. The story is about Arabelle and Reaper, who first meet two years prior to the story in New Orleans. There they spend a night of toe curling passion that neither has forgotten. It is now two years later and both find themselves in a small Tennessee town starting new lives. He is taking over the MC after his father died and she is opening a new bookstore. Yep their lives could not be more different. But the passion between them sparks into overdrive quickly when their paths cross once again. Only this time Reaper is not about to let Arabelle go again.

Brings a whole new meaning to 'erotic romance' aisle!

Belle has secrets, she has fears and she has dirty fantasies, the need to be close to Reaper has brought her to Haven. But she is terrified to get any closer, to trust...
Reaper lost his heart to Belle once, so he avoids her, until he can't. Once he holds her again, tastes her again, all bets are off. She is his and he will follow her to the ends of the earth if she runs again.
Steamy hot, deliciously naughty and sinfully dirty this is a great introduction to the Dirty Sinners.

Arabella and Reaper had one special night together two years before. When Reaper and Arabella run into each other the spark is still there. To Reaper she was the one who got away and now that she's in Haven he's not letting her get away again. This is a steamy MC romance with likable characters that have great chemistry together. The writing is well done and the ending is great. Reaper is part of the multi-author Dirty Sinners series and I look forward to reading the rest of the series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Reaper and Arabella

Reaper is the new Prez of the dirty sinner mc. I job that fits him to a tee though two months on the job is two soon to show his mc brothers how good of a leader he can be. When Arabella shows up in his small town and takes residence, he avoids her. He is not ready to come face to face with the woman that disappeared after a amazing night and that took with her, not only a ring tgat didn't belong to her but also took his heart. Good solid plot. Highly recommended

Penelope has written another fantastic MC book. I was instantly enthralled. I read this in one sitting. Reaper and Arabelle meet in a bar and have a life altering one night stand. A few years later these two come face to face again only to have multiple hurtles to overcome to be together. I love how they both know what they want and go all in.

I thought that this was an awesome book. I loved Reaper (Liam) and Arabelle together. These two have fantastic night together but don't see each other again for 2 years. Now, these two are willing to fight to be with other no matter the coast. I thought that this was a great book and a great start to a new multi-author series that I can't wait to dive into.

Such a good read. I will say, there were so many familiar characters in this one I'm tempted to go read this authors list of books! I loved Arabelle's sassy attitude and Reaper was just amazing. Definitely one of my new fav hero's. These two were such fire together and made for an amazing read. Action, suspense, heat and a great HEA. Exciting start for this series.

Hot for Prez

2nd chance romance? Unsure how to classify this one except it was 🔥🔥🔥

Man between the spanish and the sex, I don't know what turned me on more. (I have a thing for languages don't ask lol)

The 2 main characters are hot for each other, but the fmc tries to fight it but.... the mmc won't let her. That's the best part.

I DIDNT LIKE THE BOOK THROWING. damaging books like that. Tsk tsk tsk Wylde what if they were your books she was throwing 😂😂

SO many errors!

I really want to read the story. Really. But how when there’s error after error! One page I highlighted 4 wrong words and one incorrect sentence. I don’t know, I’ll update if I manage to get to the end.

“Hit with a hit” supposed to be “hit with a hint”
“In. and the”
“Gold eyes” vs “dark eyes”
“Board shoulders” instead of broad

A mix of things

Proof reading. Is it Laila or Kaila? Who let's their friend go to a table of 3 and walks away from her to then leave with a guy to f*ck. 2 years and not a word of the 'close' friend she left behind. Who puts their prize EAP in the window display? Didn't hear of 1 person actually buying a book. Who jas sex against shelves with books constantly falling off? There are so many odd things going on.

This was a steamy MC romance. I loved the story, it was fast paced and had such high levels of steam. Reaper and Arabella had amazing chemistry and such a strong connection from their very first night together. I loved how independent Arabella was. This was a really great story.

I was consumed by this book from the beginning. I loved the chemistry between these two. The one night stand at a place neither lived. Then their worlds collide. Will they be able to resist the chemistry between them or will her past and his present destroy them?.

Yuck

What a horrible waste of my time! This book was just awful, Honestly I could not even make it till the end. I got to chapter 13 and could not go on. There wasn't anything likeable about any of the characters in the book and I just found them ridiculous! I love and good MC book with lots of smut but this book didn't deliver anything worth my time. The different look into motor cycle clubs is interesting and intriguing. Seeking family, brotherhood, someone to have your back seems compelling. This super hot relationship between Reaper and Bella is well written, the sex well choreographed and the love so sweet.

Pretty good but not quite my preferred writing style. I like these multi author series because they into new authors. Only complaint really is the use of the word "milk". Just no. Nope. Sorry. But again, my preferred style isn't everyone's. I recommend you try it.
