Her Amish Patchwork Family

Rate this book
In this heartwarming Amish romance, a former schoolteacher and a single father discover a second chance at friendship, family, and love—perfect for fans of Laura V. Hilton and Marta Perry.

Former Hope’s Haven schoolteacher, Martha Eicher, has always been the responsible one, putting her family first and caring for her widowed father and two younger sisters. But now they’re all happily married, and Martha isn’t sure where she fits in anymore . . . until she hears that Asher Lantz needs a nanny. Even though her childhood friendship with Asher ended abruptly years ago, when a misunderstanding drove a wedge between them, Martha offers her assistance.

Asher is also feeling adrift. As a single father to his niece and nephews, he struggles to balance his new family responsibilities with those on the farm and in his workshop. He’s grateful for Martha’s help, but worries things will always feel awkward with her. Yet before long, Asher realizes Martha is exactly what his family needs, and he can’t imagine his home without her. Martha and Asher thought they were lost, but could they be right where they belong . . . together?

Winnie Griggs grew up in south Louisiana in an undeveloped area her friends thought of as the very back of beyond. With her two younger siblings and another family of two siblings for playmates, she spent many an hour exploring the overgrown land around her home, cutting jungle trails, building forts and frontier camps, and looking for pirate ships on the nearby bayou.

Once she ‘grew up’ she found other outlets for dealing with all those wonderful, adventurous imaginary friends by filling notebooks with their stories. And somewhere along the way, those scribblings gave way to full length stories.

Eventually she found her own Prince Charming, a rancher whose white steed takes the form of a tractor and whose kingdom is situated in a small rural community that she loves to call home, and together they’ve built their own storybook happily-ever-after. Their lives together expanded to include four now grown children who share Winnie’s vivid imagination and her husband’s steadier influences and are now out in the world pursuing their own adventures.

Winnie shares her stories with readers through her writings for Love Inspired and Love Inspired Historical books. You can learn more about Winnie at www.winniegriggs.com

HER AMISH PATCHWORK FAMILY is the third book I’ve read by Winnie Griggs. It is the third book in the Hope’s Haven series and I loved every minute of it. She grabbed me right away, from the very first page and she never let me go. Martha volunteers to take care of Asher’s family when his hired nanny breaks her arm. Asher and Martha have history together. She was very good friends with Asher’s brother, Ephron. They went on a trip together when they were younger and Ephron never came back! Asher blames Martha for his brother jumping the fence and leaving Amish life. Now I’m kicking myself for not making time to read her previous books! More importantly, I really love the lessons I learned. What we think we want isn’t always what we really want. Home is where the heart is. All those lovely cliches that make us keep reading sweet, clean romances. HER AMISH PATCHWORK FAMILY is very enlightening and filled with love, respect, trust, and forgiveness.

HER AMISH PATCHWORK FAMILY is a very captivating story and will have you flipping the pages quickly to see what happens. I was instantly caught up in the story of Martha Eicher and Asher Lantz. Asher is the guardian of his niece and her three brothers who are triplets, after the death of their parents. To say that Asher is over whelmed would be a huge understatement. Oh, I forgot to mention that Martha was Asher’s teacher when he was in school. He had a crush on her back then like some boys get in grammar school. When I finished reading this wonderful story I was happy and sad at the same time. The story was great but I wasn’t ready to leave all of the strong, caring characters. HER AMISH PATCHWORK FAMILY is like a big bar of Godiva chocolate, you want to devour the whole thing at once but you know you will get more pleasure by savoring each chapter. This is a carefully woven story of two lovely people who have truly loved and suffered loss.

HER AMISH PATCHWORK FAMILY is filled with twists and turns and had me swiping the pages way too late one night to finish! I had to know where Winnie Griggs was taking us and what would happen to all the people in this wonderful community. I love how Martha moves in with this family and takes over their crazy and chaotic lives. Asher starts to see Martha in A whole new light. She wins over the children as well as Asher. There is so much heart in Winnie’s writing that I was left with a huge smile on my face and my heart very happy. All of the characters are very interesting and believable, so much so that I felt as if I’ve known them for a long time. Fans of Amish fiction will love this book!

Description in my words …
Two people who are struggling to feel comfortable in their new circumstances. Martha Eicher took care of her widowed father & two sisters. Now all are married and she no longer feels joy living with her dad and new wife. Even her best friend is getting married in a week. She feels like a fish out of water. Asher Lantz, a bachelor, now father to his niece & three nephews, is struggling to balance taking care of the farm, workshop AND four preschoolers.

Asher needs someone to take care of the children and his home. Martha needs to move away from home. And you guessed it, Martha steps in to help. Asher feels awkward … until he doesn’t.

My review …
I am SO late with this review … there were reasons why I couldn’t complete it before its publication date of 25 Apr 2023. This is the third in the ‘Hope’s Haven’ series; I reviewed book 2, Her Amish Springtime Miracle, last year for NetGalley.

"Her Amish Patchwork Family" is beautifully paced. Engaging throughout the read. I finally got this book read in November. The characters are rich and their actions — even when you don’t like them — are in keeping with the plot and scene. Asher certainly did have his hands full with four preschoolers as well as his other commitments. Martha having been a schoolteacher knew how to corral four little ones. Personally, I think I would be hairless.

If you haven’t read "Her Amish Patchwork Family", add it to your reading list. Tell Santa. This is a lovely read. While this is book 3 of a series, it can stand alone. And, by the way, I have added the author Winnie Griggs to my fav Amish authors list.

I received a complimentary DRC (digital review copy) of “Her Amish Patchwork Family” via NetGalley from the publisher, Forever (Grand Central Publishing), Forever. A positive review was not required; the opinions expressed are entirely my own.

Her Amish Patchwork Family was such a joy to read! I loved the tension between the two main characters. Martha stepped up and gave of herself to help Asher’s family, even though there had been a misunderstanding years earlier which caused the rift between herself and Asher. I liked seeing the way the two of them grew to trust each other and respect each other.

The children in the book felt very realistic for their ages and it was fun to see how well they responded to Martha’s love and guidance. I also liked the age aspect between Asher and Martha. Asher was four years younger than Martha, which sometimes made Martha question the romantic notions she was feeling toward Asher, even though they were both in their twenties. It was fun to see Martha realize that Asher was a grown, responsible man and father figure to his niece and nephews. It helped her to begin to see him in a new way, as a love interest.

Even though this is book three in the Hope’s Haven series, you can jump in and read this story even if you haven’t read the other two before it.

I received a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

This was a different read for me. I’ve never actually read an Amish book before. Is that what it would even be called? I don’t know. Anyways, I’ve never read a book that specifically had Amish characters. However, it did look like an interesting book, which is why I wanted to read it.

My main issue with the book is that a lot of words were in Dutch. Now if I knew Dutch this might not have been an issue, but I just felt like it was taking away from the story when I was just constantly trying to figure out what these words meant. If the words were only used during conversations, I might not have had this issue, but they were used throughout the book when it wasn’t in conversation form.

By the end of the story, I did really enjoy the book. I started focusing more of the characters and plot and less on the Dutch words. Maybe if you know Dutch or are more familiar with the Amish community (is that what they would be?), then you will probably enjoy this one more than I did.

Her Amish Patchwork Family by Winnie Griggs earns five stars from me. this is a delightful story about a family that was separated too soon. The husband and wife were killed in a buggy accident leaving their young daughter and a set of triplets all boys. Even though Asher had moved out of the house, he moved back in with his mother and began the role of father and caregiver to the children. Asher hires a nanny for his children, but unfortunately she leaves to get married. Martha has just returned to her family’s home after caring for a relative for three months. Martha used to be Asher’s teacher many years ago. After the present nanny breaks her arm, Martha volunteers to take over for six weeks. And take over she does! She wins the hearts of the four children and also Asher’s heart. Things get off to a rocky start but luckily all is well in the end.

Loved this book, the first I've read by Winnie Griggs! Her characters are so real, flawed and bumbling as they figure out relationships, just like real life. I felt like I had new friends when I finished reading and hope they show up in a subsequent book. I enjoyed the glimpse into Amish life.

I received an ARC from the publisher through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Asher is now guardian of his niece and triplet nephews and in need of a nanny. Martha is a former teacher who went to be a nanny for a few days until the prior nanny heals from a broken bone. Martha falls in love with the children first but there is secrets stopping her from allowing herself to fall for Asher. Asher believes the worst about Martha. The truth will need to come out before friendship can heal. And love can win.

In the small community of Hope's Haven, Ohio, Martha Eicher has had to grow up fast. With her mother's passing, she's been in charge of the household, caring for her father and her siblings while also acting as a teacher in the local Amish school. Now, it looks like her family does not need her anymore. Her sisters are grown, with husbands, and her dad has remarried. Martha wonders what she will do with the rest of her life.

She has a reprieve when she's summoned to Shipshewana for three weeks to care for her cousin, Brenda, before and after she gives birth to her third child. However, her three weeks away turn into three months, so now she is back home and happy. But what is she to do? Of course, she can continue living with her daed and stepmother, but she doesn't want to be a third wheel.

Then she hears that Asher Lantz, an old childhood friend, needs a nanny, so she can help him. But 12 years ago, they had a misunderstanding, and she wonders if Asher would even want her help. If so, would they be able to mend fences and get along?

Their first meeting does not go so well, and he is barely civil to Martha, but he cannot forget his feelings from long ago:

"When Martha had been the assistant teacher, he'd been in sixth and seventh grades. He's watched her as she worked with the younger students and admired her patience and empathy as she helped them with their work. And somewhere along the way, he'd developed a crush on her. The fact that she was older than him by nearly four years hadn't mattered to his adolescent self.

"Of course, it hadn't helped that for a while that his middle bruder Ephron seemed poised to court her himself. She must have looked at him as nothing more than a kid, one of her pupils.

"And then, the summer between seventh and eighth grades, everything changed. Not only between him and Martha but for his entire family. . . ."

Now, after Asher has lost his brother and sister-in-law, he is the guardian of his brother's four kinner. Though he loves the young ones, it proves to be a burden. He's never raised kids, so how should he know what to do?

Martha is thrilled to be home and able to attend the wedding of her best friend Joan, who happens to be Asher's cousin. And Joan lets on that her fiancé is bringing his friend Laban, the man she wants Martha to meet. The two get acquainted and seem to get along reasonably well, and they correspond when Laban returns home. Their letter-writing has him telling about how beautiful his hometown is and suggesting Martha visit to see if she would like it. The visit ends earlier than planned as Martha realizes Laban is not the man she wants to marry.

Before the wedding, Joan had cared for Asher's' charges along with Oma, their grandmother. Still, with Joan getting married and moving away, he needs permanent help. Then, the children's part-time caregiver is sidetracked and laid up after an accident; now, they really need help. So when Martha comes to the rescue, he knows that despite their animosity, he desperately needs her. And the best part for the family is that Martha can move into the house with them and be there whenever needed.

It is an excellent match because Martha is great with children and loves these four unconditionally. Still, there is tension between Asher, his parents, and Martha. They all blame her for Asher's brother, Ephron, leaving home several years before. Little did they know it was all Ephron's doing and not Martha's. She couldn't be happier living among her kin and Amish community, but how can Asher and his parents understand this?

Though Martha once believed she and Ephron would be a couple, his deflecting from his family and faith ended that, along with Martha's loving feelings toward him. Will Asher trust her and realize she was not the reason for Ephron's leaving? Will she ever find a man who loves her and have a family of her own?

When Asher's family learns the truth about Ephron, Martha is welcomed with open arms. They all see how much Martha loves the children and how well she cares for them and Oma. Will Asher find his teenage crush for Martha blossom again, and will she learn to care for him despite their four-year age difference? Why should age matter when two people are drawn to each other with similar needs, traits, and values?

It has been 12 years since Martha was teaching Asher Lantz. Asher had a teacher's crush on Martha. Even though she was 4 years older than him, he saw how well she was with the other students. Always encouraging and helping students overcome fears. When Asher older brother Ephron and Martha jumped the fence, he blamed Martha for his brother turning English. For years Asher kept his distance from Martha. However, when Asher's family is struck by tragedy with the death of his brother and his wife, Asher steps up to be a father to their children. Lottie who is 5 and Zeke, Zeb, and Zack who are 3. With the help of his grandmother, they are a comfort to the children. However, when Asher loses his nanny for 6 weeks, Martha sees an opportunity to help with a need and make amends to Asher. She is also feeling self-pity with her own family dynamics as her father has remarried and her two younger sisters are starting families of their own.

With any story there is always a back story. What led to decisions. Martha knew that Asher did not not know the whole story of his older brother. With grace and a sincerity, she slowly makes her way into his Asher's heart and misconceived notions. She also has misconceived notions as well. Wanting to get married for the practicality of having a family and without love. Before agreeing to nanny the children, she has set up a relationship with a possible suitor from out of town. What she learns, that Asher has love to offer such as the love he offered to his niece and nephews. I really liked how she build her relationship with Asher's family and how she grew in self-awareness. She had misconceived ideals about Asher. His age and being his school teacher kept her back from seeing him as a man. Asher was blinded by Martha's practicality. Her practicality kept her feelings from being seen and heard.

Things are never what them seem until you really listen and became aware of others. I thought this romance really brought that out. It was a sweet read.

A special thank you to Grand Central Publishing and Netgalley for the ARC and the opportunity to post an honest review.

Her Patchwork Amish Family by Winnie Griggs is a sweet Amish story. We are taken to Hope’s Haven where Martha Eicher volunteers to help Asher Lantz when his new nanny breaks her leg. Asher is the guardian of his niece and triplet nephews after the death of their parents. Asher is reluctant to accept Martha’s help because he blames her for is brother going Englisch. With no one else available, Asher reluctantly accepts Martha’s help. Will time and proximity heal the rift between them? I enjoy Winnie Grigg’s writing style. It makes the story easy and pleasing to read. I like the characters and the setting. I enjoyed getting to know Martha Eicher and Asher Lantz. Asher’s grandmother is a sweetheart. The three children (Asher’s niece—Lottie and three nephews) are endearing. The triplets are extremely active and mischievous (Zeke, Zeb, and Zack). Martha’s former teaching experience helps her in dealing with the children. She can see what the four kids need (structure, discipline, and love). In the story, we get to see how a mistaken belief (or a lie) can harm people and relationships. I like that we get a glimpse of life in an Amish household. There are daily chores that need to be accomplished. I liked how Martha taught the children how to do their chores. We also get to see how Amish traditions are passed on to the next generation. It turns out that Asher and Martha have a lot in common. Asher has cared for Martha since he was a student. Martha worries about the four-year age difference and the fact that she was once Asher’s teacher. I enjoyed reading this charming, wholesome story. While Her Patchwork Amish Family is the third book in the Hope’s Haven series, it can be read as a standalone. We do get to catch up with Greta and Noah as well as Hannah and Micah. I appreciated the humor in the story. Her Patchwork Amish Family has forgiveness, love, family, friendship, and faith. Her Amish Patchwork Family is a touching tale with an injured nanny, energetic triplets, a mud mishap, courting correspondence, a timid miss, a past misapprehension, and an insightful Gott.

Martha and Asher’s moving, uplifting, emotional story in Her Amish Patchwork Family, by Winnie Griggs, book three in the Hope Haven series, is a delightful story about a family that was separated too soon. Bachelor Asher Lantz became the guardian of his niece Lottie, and triplet nephews: Zach, Zeb, and Zeke after his brother and sister-in-law were killed in a buggy accident; and is in desperate need of a nanny. Martha Eicher has just returned to her family’s home after caring for a relative for three months. Martha used to be Asher’s teacher many years ago. After the present nanny breaks her arm, Martha volunteers to take over for six weeks. Martha falls in love with the children; winning the hearts of the four children and as well as Asher’s heart. As much as Martha wants to fall for Asher there are secrets stopping her; causing Asher to believe the worst about Martha. The truth will need to come out and misunderstandings cleared up, before this friendship can heal and love can win. The children added an additional layer and depth to this story; squirming into this reader’s heart.

Ms. Griggs wrote a story that tugs at your heart, holding you hostage until the very last page; reading it in one day. Take a misunderstanding, a younger man, four orphans cared for by their uncle, and a woman who has lost her place in her world and you have a patchwork family. I highly recommend Her Amish Patchwork Family to other readers.

Martha is back home in Hope’s Haven where she will be living with her dad and her new stepmom. She feels a bit out of place back home as her younger sisters are married and her best friend is getting married. Martha is single and feels like she is missing out as she wants to have a husband and kids.

She sees her friend, Asher, who has taken on the responsibility of being a father figure and caretaker to a young girl and her triplet brothers. When the nanny gets hurt, she has to take time to heal and Martha volunteers to help out Asher, which will make her feel useful.

Martha decides to start courting as she wants to be married. She starts to correspond to Laban, but it always is a little off for some reason. She can’t help bur start to notice what a man Asher has become, but refuses to indulge as she is 4 years older than him. Asher has a school boy crush on Martha and isn’t sure if the feels are real or just a silly crush.

What will happen with Martha? Will she feel at home and part of a family?

This was a good read and honestly a nice wholesome love story. The characters are Amish and so their courtship is different from our dating scene. I’m not sure how accurate this book is with the Amish lifestyle, but I enjoyed a book that was different from my normal romance reads.

Martha has been a helper since the death of her mother. She took care of her father's home and helped raise her two younger sisters. All three have married now. After being away helping a cousin with a newborn she is back at her childhood home and feeling out of sorts. She isn't needed any more.

Asher has a lot on his shoulders. He isn't very comfortable having Martha back in town. He knows it isn't proper to hold hard feelings for another person but it will take God to help him change.

I really like the characters in this story. They are all good people with human weaknesses; misunderstanding, immaturity and shyness to name a few. Author Winnie Griggs has developed a good storyline which can give a reader a feeling of anticipation. Will Martha give up on love and marry for a home and husband or will she stay near her family? I received the advanced reader's copy of the book from the publisher through NetGalley and this is my own unsolicited opinion. I read it in less than 24 hours as it was hard to put down. It works as a stand-alone, but I hope to read the other books in this series.

Loved this sweet romance. It proves time and again that God is working in our lives even when we don't realize it. I was pleased with the ending. It made my heart full and satisfied. It also proves that the truth will eventually come out whether we want them to or not. Laying blame on the wrong person didn't sit well with me. I don't like when people just assume things without asking. I was glad when truth finally came out. Being painfully shy is awful. I could relate to one character in the book on this one. It took McDonald's to bring the shyness out of me. This little girl was fun in getting to know. The 3 little boys were the ones who made me smile the most and sometimes I even laughed out loud at their antics. So, in my opinion it was the children who stole the story and made it interesting. 5 stars for a well written book and rounded out characters. The kids made my day. My thanks for a copy of this book. I was NOT required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are my own.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for granting me a copy of this book in return for my honest opinions.

This book is part of a series, however enough information is given that it can be read a a stand alone Novel.

The book is a sweet romance story about Asher a young Amish man who is suddenly left to care for his brother's children, three year old triplet boys (Zeb, Zeke, and Zack) and a five year old girl (Lottie) upon the death of him and his wife

Everything bis okay for a while until Asher loses his Nancy and needs help immediately.

Martha a woman four years older than Asher who was once his teacher offers help. Asher once had a huge crush on her plus her family reputation is somewhat questionable.

Asher decides to accept her help. Their relationship is so sweet. I loved their romance story. The author did a great job revealing perceptions and gossip are not always true.

Highly recommend.

Martha is at a crossroads in life. With her dad and best friend both newly married and starting new lives, she's not sure where her place is in the world. When two opportunities come her way--a chance to correspond with a nice man looking for a wife and the sudden need of a neighbor family for a nanny--maybe she can find a new life and purpose for herself.

Martha is a kind and well-intentioned person and it's easy to root for her happiness. Asher is also a good and thoughtful man who is open to learning and can admit when he is wrong. I really appreciated that they weren't always perfect. They both had insecurities, misjudgments, and moments when they weren't at their best. It's a joy to watch both of them grow and see each other, and themselves, with new eyes. Fans of Amish romance will enjoy this sweet tale rooted in faith and family.

Many thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review!

Martha and Asher have a history of teacher and student. A lot has changed since then. Martha is the caregiver for all it seems. Asher is the caregiver to 4 orphaned children and his grandmother. Asher has a grudge toward Marth for something he does not realize is not her fault at all. He will need her help to hold his house hold together. Martha is looking to have a marriage and family of her own. She has started corresponding with a man she met at her best friends wedding. He seems have all the boxes checked for future. Things are do not always work out the way we think. She starts to have feeling she did not think she would have But she cannot help but fall for whole family. There are a lot of things to overcome before she finds her happy ending.. Relationships though complicated will work in the time they are meant to. I hope you enjoy the story as much as I have.

Martha's father has recently re-married and she is having a hard time adjusting to being simply a daughter again, instead of running the house for him. She volunteers to be a nanny for Asher, a bachelor who is caretaker for 4 active preschoolers, due to the death of the children's parents. He is also supporting his grandmother, so it is a full and busy household. Martha grows to love the children and is unsure as to whether she will consent to courtship with Laban, who lives in Fredericktown, nearly an hour away from her sisters and Dad. Asher was Martha's student, when she was an assistant teacher, and is 4 yrs younger, things that seem insurmountable to Martha - but while they are clearing up each other's misperceptions, love grows between them. Martha is faced with a choice, one she isn't sure she knows how to make - should she marry Laban for companionship and a home of her own, or should she confess that it's not just the children she has grown to love with all her heart.

Martha, as a retired teacher at a young age of 24, always thought of others and putting their needs first. She returns home to find it a bit awkward now that her father has remarried and she is no longer the lady of the house. When a mishap occurs with a neighbors nanny she offers her services until a replacement can be found. Two people feeling lost in the world, try to find their place.

Martha Eicher has always taken care of her father and sisters, but now they are all married and do not need her assistance. What is she going to do with her life is her primary concern.

She learns that Asher Lantz, who is caring for his three orphaned niece and nephews needs a nanny. She and Asher had been childhood friends, but parted ways after a misunderstanding. Neither is sure how this situation will work out. Will Martha be the right person for the job?

This is a sweet Amish romance that you will want to add to your collection. I enjoyed it very much and could not put it down until I had finished the book.

Thanks to Forever (Grand Central Publishing) and NetGalley for the chance to read and review this book.

The author pulled me into this read, and didn't let me go! Yes, this one was a page turner, and almost from the beginning I knew how I wanted everything to turn out. Now, did I get my wish? Well, you will be turning pages as I did for answers.

This is the story of life, and some of the not so fun parts, where young parents die and leave four toddlers. Their Uncle steps up and along with his Grandmother they are raising these children, they also have a nanny.

When circumstances put Martha Eischer at Asher Lantz's door one morning, assumptions and past hurts come to a head and the welfare of the children take priority!

You will love the children, the family interaction, and throw in a bit of sweet romance!

I received this book through Net Galley and the Publisher Forever, and was not required to give a positive review.

Her Amish Patchwork Family by Winnie Griggs is a heartwarming read. It is full of love, faith, forgiveness, and understanding. Yes, it does give an outsider a view into the Amish way of life. I enjoy following the characters as they assume and stumble along the way. The flaws made them so believable. They feel real. Winnie Griggs makes it impossible to not love them all. Themes of family, second chances, and faith are strong throughout this wonderful read. It is clean, fast-paced, and engaging. The story is also an emotional tug of war kind of ride too. The book's title fits in perfectly with this story. I highly recommend this to fans of Amish, Christian fiction, and romance genres. I love it and cannot wait to read more by this talented writer.

I received this copy from the publisher. This is my voluntary review.

I enjoyed this book so much! With themes of faith, forgiveness, family, and love, this wholesome story of the Amish of Hope's Haven was everything you would except from a tale about the "Plain People". Reminiscent of the books from Beverly Lewis, the depiction of Amish traditions, language, and values were accurate and respectful, and paints a picture of a beautifully simple life.

Fans of Wanda E. Brunstetter and Beth Wiseman should thoroughly enjoy "Her Amish Patchwork Family", and I'm hoping that a sequel is in the works!

I want to give a huge thanks to @Netgalley and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review before its April 25, 2023.

My thoughts: HER AMISH PATCHWORK FAMILY is the perfect title for this patchwork family. Martha is very much like her biblical namesake and both she and Asher are fixated on the past, but despite that they develop a tentative friendship of sorts. This is another love comes softly type story where the characters don't even seem to realize they are friends, let alone that they are in love. The four children and the grandmother are sweet additions to the story, and even though I wanted to knock a few heads together, I couldn't help but root for Asher and Martha. If you like sweet, clean romances you will love HER AMISH PATCHWORK FAMILY. Make sure you grab a copy for yourself and a friend. This is book you'll want to read. I was given a copy free and all opinions are my own.

Such a delightful fun filled book complete with triplet boys and their sister who are living with their uncle Asher after the death of their parents. When his job, the farm, and raising the children become to much for him, he hires Martha who was his childhood friend. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding causes them to part ways. Will they be able to put aside their differences to renew their friendship and help each other out?

All words and opinions are my own. I was given a copy of this book from NetGalley for my honest review.
