This book really came to me at the right time. After graduating and getting extremely sick I got easily annoyed by those who told me to “go with the flow” when I was tense and hoping to get a job but this gave me an entirely different perspective on the phrase and how to approach life. It places the perspective of what flow is and how people actually go with it. It’s a fascinating read.

A practical introduction to Flow State

I didn't know anything about flow state before reading this book. It's a thorough, simplistic, and practical introduction to the topic.
Every chapter has an exercise to practice the concepts of that chapter in an easy to apply way.
Recommended for anyone who wants to learn about the flow state for productivity and success.
