Perfect! I wanted a simple, straightforward WB canning book and this more than delivered. The troubleshooting and tips/tricks in the beginning are super helpful.
I think this recepie book would be very helpful to a new to canning and preserving individual. This book is very informative and detailed about technique. I was looking for a more of a variety of prepared meals in a jar recepies but, this book did help me with some questions I had regarding jams, jellies and pie mixes.
Great for jams, Jellies, Relishes, and a few drinks. I was looking for more than just water bath canning recipes. The book is good for what is in it. I did not/have not tried any of the recipes, as yet.
