The author of Notes from the Universe presents a third collection of inspirational messages on how to tap innate powers to determine the course of a life by having confidence in the universe's willingness to provide, in a guide that covers such topics as thinking positively, becoming focused, and following a straight path to success. Judging by how seemingly popular this author is, to me, it is a sad reflection of the state of humanity's collective mental health and as a result, the fragility of humanity. I found this book to be nothing but arrogant drivel (with the author gleefully laughing all the way to the bank). The author was also a most annoying reader and after each of his perceived pearls of wisdom, there was an irritating musical tone as to give one a chance to reflect on what they just heard(?)
I love this series of books. Loving, thought provoking, uplifting, feel-good, read. Perfect for rising in the morning, just before sleep, or anytime, really.
An easy read as are the others. Saccharine and some what off-putting. The premise that someone's hard work is no better than another's wishful thinking was, well, irritating. The idea is to boost you, I get that however after reading the series, I feel far worse about my life and didn't think that was possible.
The only reason not 5 stars is because I would have liked to listen again but the chimes between each thought do not let u quietly absorb each thought, especially when listening at night
