As a longtime Curriculum Director, this is the kind of resource that would help me not only run my own team meetings, but also support my Teacher Leaders to facilitate their own. Each intentional move is clearly described, easy to implement, and designed to support the students who stand to benefit when educator teaming functions effectively. I highly recommend Elisa MacDonald's book to anyone in charge of supporting an educator team.
