As they crested a lonely hill, Torfulson hesitated for a moment, coming to a stop. Bitterly, he turned around, looking longingly back towards the west. There, in the far distance, he could just barely make out the faint visage of his former home, the mighty metropolis of Oppidium.
"This is a good turn of events for me and you. Don't you think?" declared Menderchuck the Barbarian.
Torfulson most certainly did not think that, but he was not in the mood to argue so he stayed silent.
"This is a big opportunity," eagerly continued Menderchuck. "This is our chance to rebuild clan Chuck and return to the Steppes of Rannsaka! Pretty good idea, huh?"
"Return?" frowned Torfulson. "I've never even been there. What about that Duke who killed your entire clan? Doesn't he rule there now?"
Under the shadowy threat of Duke Belloch, Torfulson is about to leave his whole world behind, setting off on the adventure of a lifetime. Menderchuck the Barbarian and his city slicker son, Torfulson, are back in the anticipated sequel to "The Barbarian Menderchuck."
