Malcolm McCoy is a former FBI agent turned black-ops. He goes where the job takes him, whether it’s gathering intel in an office or undercover with the darkest dregs of humanity. After everything he’s seen and done, his reassignment to Watchdog Security should be a walk in the park—with a dog no less. How hard could it be to protect a glamorous star or two? But the gorgeous woman he meets at a Hollywood party is no starlet, even though she outshines every star there, and their immediate attraction is undeniable. Figures he'd be called away before he can get so much as her last name.

The emergency turns out to be a literary agent who approaches Watchdog on behalf of one of his clients, bestselling thriller writer Annalie Givens—who Malcolm just met. Her book has attracted the wrong sort of attention—a ghost from Mal’s past that holds Annalie’s future in his murderous hands. Can Mal stop a killer from repeating his bloody pattern before he gets to Annalie?

It seems that each new book in this series keeps getting better and better and I now have a new favourite from this author starring Malcolm and Annalie.
From the first moment he saw Annalie, he wanted her but never expected her to be a client and definitely didn’t expect he wanted more…more than one night with the beautiful and talented author. Annalie is a famous author under her pen name and linked to a serial killer from many years ago. Now it seems after getting screw** from her current publisher, she has no choice but to give up anonymity and come clean with her pen names, attracting the killer to finish the sequel from her hit from years ago. Mal vows to keep her safe on her book tour and signings along with Watchdog’s help and hopefully catch a killer that has haunted him for 20 years.
Soooooo….sooooo….good….the book had me from the first page to the last and these two are on the top of book couples. I LOVED the no drama between them, the open honesty and trust from the beginning and how Annalie helps Mal warm over the coldness he seems to carry. The book had it all, steam, suspense, twist and turns, surprises, and amazing characters….making it a book I couldn’t put down.

I believe this is my favourite so far in this wonderful series You have everything a mystery drama suspense and of course red hot romance a cheeky swipe at publishing houses

Malcolm McCoy is on lone from the FBI to Watchdog Security the branch he works for in the FBI is buried so deep that not many people know about it but it is also eating away at Malcolm's soul Then he sees a woman at Bette's latest party a woman he is instantly drawn to Soon Annalie is watchdogs latest client a world famous author who has managed to keep her identity secret but has a stalker in the shape of a serial killer and it is all about to be blown open as she is blackmailed by her publishers to do a tour. now who she is will be out in the open giving the serial killer a chance to get close and force her to write his sequel can watchdog keep her safe and will Malcolm protect his heart or finally go after what he wants in life and maybe give himself a brighter future. You will have to read to see but be prepared for a roller coaster ride

Great Action and Suspenseful Romance

Ooh, I really liked this one. I felt like I was seeing how a writer's incredible mind actually works.
And to wrap it in with a cold case come back to life, was brilliant IMO!
Loved the mains being tough but human, and compassionate as well. Malcom was all heroic and hunky, and having the Watchdog characters be involved, along with a few favorite canines was cherries on top!
This is a stand-alone with a sigh worthy HEA, but is also a part of a whole darn good series.

This book is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. It was a spectacular book! I was excited about reading it and it lived up to the hype! Annabelle is an author who live anonymously. Malcolm works for the FBI but is also working with a security company. Malcolm is instantly attracted to Annabelle. Unfortunately, Annabelle has a dangerous stalker after her.
Malcolm and Annabelle have some definite chemistry! The author has a great talent for sharing their story. This book was a romantic suspense and I did not want it to end! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I do so enjoy this series and Annalie & Malcolm's story does not disappoint! As expected the plot is twisty and engaging, a truly suspenseful romance that keeps you turning the pages. Annalie & Malcolm are strong characters, their chemistry is instant and they are a perfect foil with their open and honest trust in each other. Of course add in a serial killer linked to a case in Malcolm's past who is now stalking Annalie and the scene is set for rollercoaster ride of drama. Love the supporting cast, great story and more to come!
I received an arc from the author and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

An author who writes under different pen names. A serial killer who wants his story told, and a man who will protect her.
Well written with great characters. Full of mystery, action and suspense. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down.
I was given an advanced reader copy and I voluntarily leave this review.

Annalie has been hiding under pen names for years to keep her life separate from the best selling thrillers that she writes. When someone comes looking for her and her true identity is revealed Watchdog Security is called and hired to protect her. Malcolm and Annalie's story has everything you could want in a romance suspense book.; heat, mystery, intrigue, and page turning action. Easily my favorite Watchdog Security book.

This is my most favourite of this series so far. I found this story was amped up compared to the others. The other instalments in this series were great, but I found this one was spectacular. Each can be read on its own, but you get the background of the other characters. Loved the labyrinth connection and those dad conversations and actions from the guys. Push and pull, weak and strong, good from evil. Big, big smile on my face for Chapter 21.

Good out of evil?

Wow! So much going on in this book...

Authors with numerous pen names...

Kids nursery rhymes with a twist that will haunt you....

Stalkers that have stalkers....

Parasitic PR companies....

And agents that have no boundaries...

Fortunately Annalie has Watchdog and her own personal 'Watchtower'. A fantastic read on Kindle Unlimited.

Having the last Word.

famous authors, romance books, mysteries, thrillers.
Now add in greedy publishers a sexy body guard, and a dog?
Oh! And a psychotic killer.
Once again, you have a masterpiece as only Olivia can write it.
Wonderful book!!

I think that More Than Words Can Say is my new favorite book in the Watchdog series! This book was a fast paced, sexy, suspenseful page turner. I was captivated from the beginning, and I could not put it down! I loved Annalie and Malcolm. Their relationship was so deep and emotional. Annalie was the perfect, smart, strong willed women for Malcolm’s alpha protector with a heart of gold. The plot was a thrilling rollercoaster of twists and turns. Olivia Michaels did an awesome job with this book. I can’t wait to see what she writes next!

Wow the Watchdog Security Series is sure heating up. Annalie is an author but she keeps her real name hidden. But things go downhill fast when a serial killer wants her to finish the next book. Malcolm is charged with keeping her safe.
He was also the agent who was on the case years ago and it still haunts him.. This is fast , furious, mystery solving, money hungry agents, and love amongst all the craziness. I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a honest review .

Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Steam: 🔥🔥🔥
POV: Dual 1st Person
M/F
Stand alone: while the couple’s story is fully complete there is a lot of character crossover and ongoing backstory so reading in order is highly recommended.

This was one of Olivia’s deeper books covering a few topics that are not usual and I have to say I absolutely loved it! Life is not always sunshine and roses and art is supposed to be imitation of life, but better. That was what Olivia Michaels achieved with this book. Life, but better. The hard topics but with a sunshine ending. I am absolutely HERE for it!

The love story kicked butt, the back story was absolute gold, the set up of the next story was extremely enticing, the action was an excellent balance, there was suspense and intrigue and, of course, a pup who might be a working dog but was no less of a cuddle bug for it. All in all, I’d say this book was another slam dunk by Olivia Michaels and I absolutely can’t wait for the next one!

Happy Reading my Friends!

More Than Words Can Say is the sixth book in the Watchdog Security series and while Olivia Michaels has proven time and time again her talent as a romantic suspense author. This captivating book gave this lover of murder mysteries, crime/thrillers, and passionate romance a story that was all-consuming and so well developed I’ll be re-reading it again very soon. Every book in this series provides something special, but this was definitely right up there with my all-time favourites. A complex, yet easy to follow plot, characters with emotional scars, but determination and strength that is never in doubt and a support cast that compliments the overall storyline; this what the author provides as she delves into the complicated world of a famous writer and a damaged and dedicated ex-FBI agent. I loved everything about Annalie and Malcolm and their relationship was nicely paced, genuine and believable too. A fabulous addition to the series and another exceptional read from Ms Michaels.

Malcolm McCoy and Annalie Givens met at a backyard barbeque and were enjoying their conversation that was leading somewhere until he was called to a work meeting and she planned to leave as soon as she found the friend she’d come with. In the meeting Mal is told a best-selling author is being ‘stalked’ again by a killer who’d claimed her first book was written on the murders he’d committed and it was just Mal’s luck it was the first case he’d worked for the FBI.

Annalie enters in a fury and the secret is out. Not only was she the author they were discussing, her agent told them before he’d told her and she was terrified, had been since the book she’d written scared her! Meanwhile, her publishing house had changed hands and her original editor had died, the honchos in charge weren’t interested in Annalie’s safety... they wanted the sales. With her agent failing due to age, the contract didn’t protect her and she’s forced to do a publicity tour with the killer on her heels while the publishing house blasts her real name and face in the media. But Annalie feels safe with Mal.

This one really picked up quickly. It seems odd that Annalie's team would hide so much from her in the past, so it was understandable how things it her hard in the present. It sort of sent her into a tail spin until Malcolm could calm her down and show her they had a plan figured out on how to deal with things.

I hated Annalie's publishers and publicity people. I was so glad when she finally gave it to them, they deserved it and more.

When the bad guy was revealed and the why of it, I kinda felt bad for him, despite all the bad things that he did. I think Gina and Malcolm made the right decision, tough as it was.

It was nice to see everyone happy and having fun at the end.

More Than Words Can Say

Just how many enemies can an author have? Well Annalie has several starting with her publisher who brought other enemies out of the dark. Forced to go on a signing tour causes enough problems to cause the need of a bodyguard. Malcolm thinks this will be an easy assignment until the assignment begins. As Malcolm takes on the job it becomes clear there are more problems to be protected against and more feelings between Malcolm and Annalie ever expected. Can they both come out the other side of trouble and enjoy the results?

I enjoyed this book. The characters were well written and I enjoyed the aspect of reading a writer writing about a writer. And the premise of the book the fictional author wrote was very unique. Annalie and Malcolm were fun to read and I enjoyed their story. The plot had a good bit of suspense and it was fun to read.

More Than Words Can Say

Wow! What an interesting story! An author writing about an author. This story is about Annalie and Malcolm. Also about Murray and Eric. What a twisted plot this is. The heroine and hero actually save the day together but it was totally heart wrenching at the end but the very end was just as heartwarming! FANTASTIC job Olivia! I would recommend this book!
