K. A. Gandy was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is married with two babies of her own. K. A. has worked as a restaurant hostess, library book shelver, ranch hand, tour guide, Realtor, tech whiz, landlord, and small business consultant, all in addition to pursuing her passion of writing. As a person of many interests, her life has never been boring.
She likes to write late in the evenings and thinks drinking hot tea and baking great cookies fuels hopes and dreams.
This was an extremely unsatisfying book. I have so many questions and honestly, none of the events in this book make much sense to me. Everything just kept happening and not much of it was logical. It was a thoroughly unsatisfying end to this trilogy.
As the title of this review says, it grabbed me and wouldn't let go. After the first book I couldn't wait to read the second book. But when I started the third book I wanted to slow down, because I knew it would end. I'm A retired lady who loves to read but only if the story grabs me. For a first book series ever, this was a great choice. Ill need to read more by this author because I like the way she writes. I would recommend this series to anyone who likes a lot of action and adventure and a little romance thrown in sometimes.
Being a mother is supposed to be sacred. Sadie was not ready to be one, but it was too late for not ready. Yet she had a lot of mothers to save before she became one. It's got to feel discouraging to find out a mother sold so many women out. One question was never answered. How did the Prime Minister betray his wife? There is an implication, but it's never actually started.
I like this trilogy because is was a new take on what could happen in our future. The characters had good values and made great decisions. I liked the way they valued the general population.
Loved reading this series. I found how the storyline continued to unfold was very good and entertaining. Love how this Author ended the story I this book.
Yes!! I thought this was the end but according to the author's note, there's at least one more book! These almost completely clean books are one of the best series I've ever read. It was such a different idea. The storyline is amazingly. The action is fast paced. The characters and their friendships or relationship are so complementary and so well developed. I have become totally engrossed in all three books so far!! Going to find what's next!
Populations Crumble: Three wonderful adventure stories
I thoroughly enjoyed each book, the continuous action, the characters. I truly appreciated the lack of profanity and absence of sex scenes. I look forward to more books from this talented writer.
Follow Sadie and Patrick as they uncover the plan that holds women hostage. There is espionage and secrets galore. Find out what happens when Patrick finds a member of his family is involved. Glitch uncovers much truth. Sadie finally gets most cherished wish. Great ending to an awesome trilogy.
Fortunately I am retired. I can imagine how much trouble I would have If I couldn't read until 3 am! A true sci-fi uses impossible sociology to create economic worlds. This series is truly worth every moment.
I thoroughly enjoyed this series! I read it quickly because I couldn’t put it down! I enjoyed the characters, especially the strong female role. Thanks!
I found this trilogy through browsing, so decided to have a read with it being complete. I wasn't sure what to expect but found a wonderful group of character's which hooked me into the story. I am know going to see if there are anymore books by this author. Thank you for your character's, I loved reading all Sadie and Patrick had to do to get their home and family.
So let me say that I am a bit of a book snob. If a book has less than 300 pages I usually won’t pick it up. I made an exception with this story because it sounded so intriguing. I am so grateful that I made the exception!! Honestly I wish the book series would have lasted longer it was so good! Not a book series that I have a regret picking up at all. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I really enjoyed this series! The couple married in the first book - I have to say I was a little annoyed that the author drew it out bc it was clearly Patrick and only Patrick from the beginning. BUT, she did use some of those relationships further in the series.
I was surprised to find that with no dark moment on the relationship in the next two books, no thrown in temptation love triangle or anything, I still truly enjoyed reading about their journey as a couple.
Most books these days end when the couple is finally together and it totally steals the joy for readers of getting to enjoy the thing they cheered and longed for for the entire book. I love that we got to enjoy the relationship and see the couple grow together.
I really enjoyed this series for a quick, fun, action and romance packed binge.

I loved this trilogy. It was a great, easy read with relatable characters. Given the current political climate in the USA (It’s August 2022) I can imagine these events happening in our near future. I loved that the author was able to give the readers an amazing and solid love story without gratuitous scenes. I had originally thought the ending would be predictable, but I was wrong. Nice double twist at the end! I read all three these in less than a week and can’t wait to start the next series.
I wasn't sure about this series bc it seemed to be YA, however, I quickly fell in love with the characters and was enthralled by the action. You won't regret trying book 1 and I dare you to NOT finish the series!
I've seen these books, but didn't think I would be interested. Boy was I wrong. Loved every single character. They seemed like real people. Made decisions that real people would make. The love story was sweet and realistic. The female lead character was kind, but didn't seem fake about. The lead male was kind loving and brave. Actually so was she. Personally I would like a story from Nell's point of view. She was my favorite. Just putting it out there.
A thrilling story from page 1 till the last page of book three! The story moves and keeps getting better. The characters are down right lovable and in predictable! I can't believe this is the author's first series! I truly haven't read another author, besides the series of Harry Potter and the Hunger games, write as well as this author. So many stories lack originally, but not this one. Enjoy!
How did his mom meet Brock? How long was their affair? What were they're plans to over take the throne? How? Was his dad involved in any of this? Where did the babies go?! What did she mean when she said Patrick's dad betrayed her first?! Like, sooooo many questions were not answered. :( super disappointed.
So I read it despite it being poorly plotted out. It was all over the place, like the author pantsed the whole thing. It had good premise which is what drew me in, and at least I followed through the entire trilogy, but mainly because it was short and took 5% brain power.
