Just like reality, this duet did not go as planned. After Jacinta is kidnapped, dealing with life and finding out the truth about her and Jax’s parents really throws her for a loop. Gone is the spoiled brat who can be an evil conniving wench. Jacinta is spiraling and it’s all downhill. Appearing in public becomes a trigger for Jacinta and she starts abusing coke to get by. Due to this it does feel like her and her harem’s relationship is at times rushed because she’s not 100% herself. Color me even more surprised when her harem grew with another member in this book bringing her total to six men, thankfully three are in their own relationship to give her lady bits a break 😛 I wish we got to witness more of Jacinta dealing with her issues with her therapist and coming to terms with her addiction. So much time is spent simply on sex and unnecessary drama that I really wanted some downtime for her, she gets a bit (a month) in the end but she seems so busy that perhaps it’s for the best. While Jacinta felt like a new character here, I wasn’t a fan of her doping with drugs as a buffer. Regardless I’m eager for Maxines story and even Hopes.

I love this series and I love seeing Juanita grow even more and embrace life. I love her men and I love how they support her. This book keeps you hooked and man, I could not put it down. And what a book! I absolutely love these characters and I can’t wait for more.

This is the second part of Jacinta’s story and continues where we left off. This book picks up where we left it he story and has some super steamy scenes, far more than the first part. We see her develop her relationships with Alex, Shane and Jace as well as adding to her harem. Harlow is not good he only Summers with a lot of men to wrangle and I love how she goes about it here.
Love how the Summers and her harem all pull together to support each other and give Jacinto the support she so desperately needs with her anxiety.Lexie covers a couple of sensitive issues in this book and really think she does a fantastic job with how she deals with them. This adds some gritty realism to the story and shows us that even people who seemingly have the world at their feet are not perfect and have their own demons to conquer.
There is a lot of unexpected good news for the Summers news n this book that brought tears to my eyes. Love how we continue the story of the rest of the family here as I’m invested in the “Neighpalm” worlds of the Summers and have loved all the books, this one will s equally great.
I am so looking forward to reading about Maxine, Hope and the rest of the family. Another fantastic book from Lexie.

Jacinta learns that sometimes it’s ok not to keep a death grip on everything that is going on in her life, to let others in and embrace the different aspects she’ll need to show a little more trust in those that she is starting to love.
But when has life really ever given Jacinta a free pass? Life isn’t all rainbows and unicorns and sometimes those unexpected moments take more to get through than others might understand. But Jacinta is in a much better place physically and emotionally, she now has better coping skills, the men in her life who give her all the support and sexy times her heart can hope for…and there is a HUGE revelation in this book!!!!! Did I say huge I meant HUMONGOUS….lol, something to look forward to for you! This book wraps up most of Jacinta’s story, although it brings up some more questions for other characters. This was the story that Jacinta deserved, and it was so well done! With all of the issues that we see in book one, it’s not hard to realize that she has a lot of work to be done. Jacinta’s mental health is struggling, and she’s trying to balance helping her family with her crippling anxiety about being the center of attention.
Her new relationships, and those that are still forming, are at risk from more than one source. Add in her family’s concerns, mysteries to be unraveled, and more secrets coming to light, and this is an absolute page-turner. Jacinta’s story is wrapped up nicely, but the ending does leave things up in the air for a couple of others.

This was much better than the first book. There’s still drama, but this time they deal with it and I really do love the found family elements in these books. The group gets more cohesion in it, and there are a lot of possibilities opened up. It didn’t go where I thought it would, and instead of some giant end conflict it was this sweet coming together of some old elements that had been woven in and some new ones. But seriously, have none of these women heard of birth control? With all those tragic backstories and billions of dollars to spare I’d have thought they’d be looking to adopt.

Okay so that was amazing! The first book had me all up in my feelings… maybe there was a slight unknown trigger in there for me… I need to study on it a little more. Anyway, this book more than made up for that and completely blew me away. It is chock-full of information and surprises. It’s actually kind of mind blowing how much happens in Jacinta’s life and is covered in these two books. Even just listing the dramatic parts in my mind is overwhelming. When I finished I had to just sit still and quiet for a few minutes to let it all sink in. Obviously, I loved it and if you enjoyed book one, you will be obsessed with this one. I definitely recommend!

Good Read
Superficial Girl Part 2 concludes Jacinta’s story and answers one of the questions that was left open at the end of Harlow’s story. As with the previous books in this series I really enjoyed reading this book. I found the story engaging and I was sucked into the world that has been created for these characters. I loved the characters in this book and the conclusion of the book has left me hoping that there may be a few more books to come in this series looking at some of the other characters we’ve met along the way. Overall, a fantastic book and a great read, I would recommend giving it a read.

We get to finish Jacinta’s epic story. I love how real her character is. She used drugs as a coping mechanism to deal with the trauma that took place in her life and to also feel obligated to help her family. Her character is a martyr and it works for her.
I love how the guys have her back and they naturally flow together. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbow but the harem feels organic. We finally see a little teaser of Max. I’ve been dying for Hope’s story too but Maxs’ is going to be a doozy.
I can’t wait for more.

What an ending! Or is it a beginning?
I loved how much part 2 took me by surprise. The bends in the path I never saw coming. Jacinta really deserves a happy ending and it seems that she has finally found even more then she bargained for. I read part 2 in a day cause I just had to know how it ends. The spice level and MM was just the cherry on top. Loved how you still get scenes with Harlows harem and the rest of the family!
I cannot wait to see any further branch off books from this family! 10/10 loved this book!

These last 2 books did not follow the same angsty slow burn that the others in the series did. Told from multiple POV. I appreciated that the author was out there about drug use, especially Jacinda, since she was such an honest character with a huge capacity for love and loyalty. I would absolutely love to see this series continue with Hope and Max’s story! I also enjoy the author’s series “Galaxy Circus”, so no pressure Lexie...

Great Story for Jacinta
I loved both Part 1 & 2. Jacinta’s spiral and then intervention made my heart hurt for her and then feel so happy for her. Her harem had the perfect mix of personalities and was so full of love. Lexie Winston does a fantastic job of getting a reader to love her characters and the worlds she creates.

What a Beautiful Conclusion!!!
I love the ending to Jacinta's story. The way her men loved and supported her through a tough time and the family dynamic brought tears to my eyes. I have enjoyed seeing her grow through all the Neighpalm books and so glad she got her well deserved HEA. Can't wait for Hope and Max's stories

There's too many babies in the series now, I don't care please stop.
At some points I agreed with the cranky Jacinta that they could have talked to her, not controlled everything and the guys really felt underdeveloped and not that fleshed out besides they want babies and sex

I love this series and this book in the series is wonderful! Lexie has written so fun, sexy and entertaining characters. Each of the characters in this series has something to add to the overall fun of this series. Lexie has an amazing imagination and writes stories that you can’t wait to read more of.

I love Jacinta's story and some more info on the different family secrets. That ending kills me, but I kind of had a feeling something like that was coming. This author has risen to the top of some of my favorite authors. I am looking forward to more of her worlds and recommend this series to everyone who likes steam and mystery!!

Great series loved the spice
Jacintas story is one with everything and the struggle is real. Her hot blokes are a great combo of great guys I loved reading their attitudes well except Cole but hey he still was sweet to. Jacintas story was so well written I loved this whole series and totally enjoyed this book and hell I will be so happy reading more.

Well this book took a unexpected turn that I didn’t see coming. Especially the last few chapters. I absolutely hate Ash’s grandma she’s an evil cow. I can’t wilt for the other two series from this world.

AMAZING!!!
I wish that Jacinta's spinoff series was longer!!! I absolutely love everything that I've read so far, but there is so much that could still happen! But, since this was the end, I can't wait to read anything else released in the Neighpalm Industries series.

Very good finish to Jacintas story. Love her arc and her men. Very disturbed to see no news of the next books, I will be very sad if e don’t get Max or Hope’s stories :( and what about Nana Poppi and Benjamin? Do they throuple full on?? Don’t leave us hanging :’(
