The only highlight of that miserable night was Luka, my big, bad, strong protector. He flew in like a knight in shining armor and scared the college kids away. I never imagined I’d see him again, but when I do, he’s at my door and eager to prove to me that there’s more to him than just a mafia enforcer. Behind the alpha male façade is a man I might want to get to know.

I have had the pleasure to have read Ms. Roma James' work in many instances, however, Lethal Enforcer is on a new leve of perfection. I have found the Sokolov Bratva to be an addictive and action packed adventure in every publication. To me, every installment never fails to capture my immediate attention throughout. I must say, there is just something all the more special in this exquisite release.

As an Enforcer, Luka is dedicated, loyal and extremely skilled as well as confident. He also stands at well over six feet of delicious goodness and has been experiencing extremely naughty thoughts about the hardest working woman he's ever had the pleasure to meet. Kira.

When danger comes seeking out Kira, Luka will do everything in his power to protect her. For the rest of her life, if she'll let him.

I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced reader's copy of Lethal Enforcer, from The Bad Boy Update, in exchange for my honest and voluntarily given opinion.

I absolutely adored this release and I highly recommend reading.

There is Luka, who was brought up in the Sokolov Bratva to be an enforcer. His father was the lead enforcer and set very high standards for Luka to meet. Now he was the top enforcer for Mikhail Sokolov.
He was always on call and worked long hard hours to keep everything running smoothly. Then there was Kira, who took a job at the Shining Star Casino to be able to help her parents. It was a good job with good tips though the outfits they had to wear were a bit revealing. When Luka first saw Kira at the casino he was immediately smitten. Kira would rather be home reading a book, but she learned how to work as a cocktail waitress at the casino and her good looks helped her tips. She would flirt with the man she called Mr. Muscles. She thought he worked for the casino though when she learns what he really does, what will she do? Her parents escaped Russia because of the crime. This story has some good twists and turns and is definitely worth the read.

I have thoroughly enjoyed these Sokolov Bratva stories which take place in Las Vegas. This third one is the story of Luka trained since his young childhood by his father who was Enforcer for the Sokolov. He was anxious to please his father and very competitive but his mother's love offset his willingness to be the executioner for the Bratva. As he does his rounds between missions, he is taken by beautiful Kira, who immigrated to Nevada as a young tot with her parents, escaping evil gangs in Russia. Kira does not understand 'Mr. Muscles' relationship with her employer Shining Star Casino. But he comes by frequently passing all lines, friendly with the door guys, and other waiters, and saving her on more than one occasion from groups of men being aggressive enough to put their hands on her. When she gets brave enough to ask Luka what he does, she's shocked into quitting when she finds out they both work for the Bratva. The pages turn even faster as Kira loses her job and her protector. I can't wait for Book 4. Recommended.

This is book three of the Sokolov Bratva. The characters are both leery of the feelings they feel when they are around each other.
Luka is doing his job for the family by keeping the peace and helping to keep their city clean(or as clean as out can be). When he is at the casino, he sees Kira and is instantly attracted to her. In her own way even though they circle their feelings, she brings him peace.
Kira is a waitress in the family owned casino, and she is always upbeat and friendly to the customers. When she sees Luka, she lights up and her heart beats a little bit faster.
They flirt with each other and finally decide to give it a try, but there is outside enemies that are out to take Luka and the Family down. They make the mistake of hurting Kira and trying to sell her, thats when the gloves come off and Luka goes hunting. He and his team rescue Kira and the other women who were also taken.
They admit they love each other and plan a bright future .

Luka is a top enforcer in the Bratva, and he is drawn to Kira when he sees her working in the casino as a waitress. He helps her on her first shift which makes him a hero to her and then he shows up as some guys get rough with her. Kira works hard to take care of herself and her parents. However, when she learns who Luka works for she tries to find a job away from him and people like the ones he works for. This doesn't turn out well for her and luckily Luka was there to save her again. Will she take a chance with Luka? Is the threats to her over?

This is an amazing book that will have you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

I'm loving this series! Luka's family has been the Enforcers for the Sokolov family for years and now Luka is the Enforcer. He lives in the dark and loves what he does, but is resigned to be alone. Kira is working. to not only support herself but he parents and her job at the Shining Star Casino is the best job she has had. She catches Luka's eye and she has no idea that he has been making sure she is safe at all times. She knows he is out of her league, but when trouble fins her he steps in to save her. Love their chemistry, their back stories and the journey they take. I can't wait for the next one! I received this from Bad Boy Updates.

This is the third book in the Sokolov Bratva series and is Kira and Luka's story. He's an enforcer for the or the Sokolov Family and he learned everything from his father who had been their top enforcer. He meets Kira who works as a cocktail waitress at the families casino. Some things happen and he ends up being her protector. The book is full of action and is a good read. The characters are great and the plot is engaging. I read an advance reader copy via Bad Boy Updates and voluntarily chose to review it.

Luka is the enforcer for the Sokolov Bratva and when he’s not working he spends his nights in the Shining Star casino. There he watches Kira and they talk. Luka really likes her but doesn’t want to scare her off. Then one night when he saved her from some drunken men he made the mistake of telling her he worked for the Mafia. Her parents had left Russia to get away from that so she handed her notice in that night and left the casino. She found another job but Luka was outside watching her without her knowledge. Luke Antonov is a sokolov dakhan's head enforcer.for the pakhan mikhail . when he go into the shining star casino he seen the most precious angel kira Rudavin but when she is in danger he move mountains for her . Fantastic beautiful story. I loved these characters .

Ms. James left me hanging!!!! I love the plot and this series! All these tough alpha males make me swoon!!! Luka and Kira are cute together and very steamy! I wanted a little more angst. What did occur was solved quickly. I hope we find out what happens in book 4.

Absolutely loved this book. Luka is the enforcer for the sokolov bratva and didn't expect to find love but when he meets Kira at the casino she works at he will do anything to protect her, Kira runs from Luka at first when she finds out he works for the bratva but after he saves her she let's her walls down and let's love in.

okay, but only okay

I didn’t like the way each book melded into the next one. Ms. James cut off the characters too fast and moved onto the next couple. Not to mention how easily each rescue was achieved. I felt that each book did not “complete” it’s characters. I’m not moving on to the next book.

This book was horribly bad.
I was bored from page 1 and it never got better. No chemistry, no depth, not story and definitely no romance. It’s supposed to have dual POV but the way it written it’s like your being told a story of these two people by a 3rd person. It made no sense. I don’t recommend. The scenes didn’t flow

Cocktail waitress Kira has it bad for the tall, dark and handsome Luka. Too bad Luka's the head enforcer for the Bratva, and Kira is allergic to the Bratva. Kira and Luka's story is a page turner full of action, suspense, twists and steam that sucked me in. A great read!

So much Bratva drama. In Vegas, no less.
Kira tried hard to stay far away from the Bratva drama, but it can’t seem to stay away from her in the form of Luka, the enforcer.
