Czy praca w CIA bardzo różni się od tej w roli CEO? Może i tak. Jednak Rupal Patel, była agentka, jest najlepszym dowodem na to, że unikatowa wiedza zdobyta w CIA może pomóc osiągnąć ogromny sukces w biznesie.
W swoim przewodniku „OD CIA DO CEO. Jak techniki CIA pomogą ci w pracy” Patel w praktyczny i zrozumiały sposób pomaga przejść przez kryzys zawodowy i przede wszystkim zrozumieć, dlaczego niektóre rzeczy nam nie wychodzą lub po prostu ich nie lubimy. Dzięki praktycznym wskazówkom mamy szansę na nowo poukładać swoje życie zawodowe i czerpać z niego satysfakcję.
Podoba mi się, że autorka poświęciła uwagę także problemowi ze znalezieniem odpowiedniej ścieżki zawodowej. Krok po kroku przeprowadza nas przez drogę ku jej odnalezieniu i, co najważniejsze, dodaje wiatru w skrzydła, byśmy nie bali się podjąć nowych wyzwań.

I am really loving this book so far - I wasn't sure exactly what to expect but it has exceeded my expectations. There are so many self-help, productivity books out there but I feel like this has so much more character and almost makes completing the activities a game. The way it is centred around the CIA just brings the tools to life and makes it much more memorable. It has personality, and character, whilst it is quite straight-talking there are also moments to laugh, reminders not to take life so seriously yet it also talks about the realities of applying these tools and what that might look like in real life which I find particularly refreshing. I think this book is the perfect balance and I am enjoying reading it!

A practical and engaging read- A must-read for goal setters
Rupal Patel’s From CIA to CEO is a masterclass in clarity and motivation.
What I loved most about the book is the easily digestible lessons, alongside memorable and fascinating stories. I had many takeaways from this brilliant book. My key takeaway, though, is that there are many components to success, all of which need to be aligned to give yourself the best chance of achieving your goals.
If you have goals that you want to achieve then I highly recommend this book.

The author is a friend and I found the book and the tone of the advice shared very authentic to her personality. She generously shares of herself and her life as evidence and examples of the struggles and tactics many of us can employ to realise our fullest potential. The CIA framework is a novel way of thinking about the topics
