About the Author, Matthew Griffiths

Matthew suffered with dyslexia and struggled with language all through his school years. He decided to try to make a playful impact in the lives of children by creating a series of high quality, illustrated books for children.
He strongly believes that learning to read is one of the greatest skills a young child can acquire; developing imagination and opening up a world of wonder to a young developing mind.

After writing countless rhyming stories for his young daughter, Matthew decided to share his work with the world.

There is always a life lesson, be it friendship, respect, learning, wonder and personal growth to be found within the volumes - along with the introduction of more magical and playful characters.

Matthew is a published writer in other fields outside of children's books but has been quoted to say "That's my day to day life, and frankly it cannot compare to the magical wonder that a child's imagination and smile can bring, that's the real gold!"
