I was supposed to graduate college and live a quiet life in California, but it seems like life has other plans for me. After graduating with my master's in English, I thought I'd have a job waiting for me. Clarly that wasn't the case.
Luckily Daniel, my old college roommate has a house for me to stay, but it's back down south in my home town. That, and it's occupied. My quiet summer finding a new job just turned into me rooming with my best friend's brother Taylor. He just won't let me forget how much he doesn't want me there.

Daniel didn't alert me of his plans to dump a girl in my living quarters for the summer, but here we are. The house is small enough as it is, but now with a girl around I'm gonna have to worry about who's coming in and out. Daniel should have told me before he planned this, but knowing him, he's too soft.
I want to just focus on my music and lock myself in my room for the summer, but I can't when she's asking me about my music and looking adorable with those dimples of hers. Fuck, who am I turning in to?
