So glad I bought this book without hesitation. I’m a Black Rican Bronx native myself and I’ve been struggling a little bit with coming up with vegan meals. This book has all of my favorites that I make already… so being able to transition and still enjoy “my normal” Latin meals is great!! I also love how she put this together. I most definitely recommend this book to anyone who I know is vegan or need ideas for healthier meals.
So many delicious recipes are available in this cookbook! I borrowed it from the library, but I will definitely be adding this book to my home cookbook library. I can’t wait to make so many of these. I read through it, but I haven’t made any of them yet (this will change very soon though).
