A book of Travel Poetry and Flash Fiction.Adam G. Fleming was raised in a hippie Mennonite strawberry-farming commune until the age of twelve. As if that was not interesting enough, he began to travel internationally in 1987. He has since visited 20 countries and territories, spending the bulk of his overseas experiences in D.R. Congo, Egypt, France and Cote d'Ivoire.He speaks French at an intermediate level, speaks Spanish about as well as he plays soccer, and can say important stuff in Arabic like as "Good morning, I'm fine thank God, turn right, turn left, go straight, here is good, and where is the pigeon? Never mind, my fault, where is the bathroom? Thank you." This book includes glimpses of travel to Thailand, Belize, Congo and Egypt as well as pieces written while the author was at home in Indiana, from 2015 to 2018. Adam has published a number of novels and non-fiction books.
Adam Fleming was raised in the tiny towns of Tiskilwa, Ill.; Wembo Nyama, Zaire; and Wellman, Iowa. The author is a longtime resident of Goshen, Indiana, together with his wife and four children.
