The demand for this rare book has brought forth the much needed reprint of this famous classic work. Included are details on the manufacture of dehydrated meat. Though written for the commercial meat industry during World War Two, there is considerable information in this short booklet that will be of interest to those who are interested in the technical details of drying or dehydrating meat for home use. This public domain edition is a perfect facsimile of the original edition and is not set in a modern typeface.
