This special re-print edition of “Meat Dehydration” has not been available to those interested in curing or drying meat products since it first appeared on the scene back in 1944. The demand for this rare book has brought forth the much needed reprint of this famous classic work. Included are details on the manufacture of dehydrated meat. Though written for the commercial meat industry during World War Two, there is considerable information in this short booklet that will be of interest to those who are interested in the technical details of drying or dehydrating meat for home use.
