This was a cute second chance romance. This couple had lots of nasty filthy sex 😏. I don’t blame A’Marie for being weak in the knees…Nic just oozed BDE.

Quick but still enjoyable
Ok, let me tell you how I devoured this book. Yes, it goes by fast, but keep in mind it is a Novella, so don't go in wanting it to be drawn out.
Now to the good part.
Dominic is him ok. The alpha energy he gives off would have you hooked. When I tell you he didn't take no for an answer, he was willing to get his girl back at any cost. He was the definition of persistence. I also loved that we still got to see a back story of why they broke up at first and how much Dominic changed. I was rooting for him the entire book. Also, my girl A'marie is stronger than me, though, because I would have caved after the office scene and forgave him. Dominic would have had me screaming my man my man my man.

Dominic was energy, even though he tried it a little bit. I liked A’Marie, she ain’t do too much playing with Dominic. This could have easily been a longer length book, it definitely had the substance. However, I did enjoy this book a lot!

I’m just getting back into reading erotic fiction and haven’t read smut this good in a long time! India gave her readers exactly what they were looking for. The title of the book was all the readers needed to know that this book was gonna be bomb. A short, seductive story that was straight to the point.
Although, I gave it four stars because Dominic just kept talking too much for my taste. He talked way more than A’Merie did! However, he was determined to get her back! Definitely had me wanting to have a play session myself after reading.
Even though it’s erotic fiction, I was expecting to read a little more on Dominic and A’Merie’s love story on why they really love each other, other than it just being based on really good sex and knowing each other for years. Wish it had a little more of their love story added in it. Other than that, it was a good read!

Okay, so I was fanning myself reading this the entire time. The two of them are super hot. The book gave you what it said. It was erotic, from start to finish--from their reactions to each other, to their thoughts, to the way they can't keep their hands to themselves ever. Dominic is convincing in the best way, using his unique skills to get A'Marie back on his side and never letting up. Lol. It's a bit toxic, but it works in this context, lol. It was nice seeing him stand up to his father and the journey into his past gave him a nice context. I loved how A'Marie made a name for herself and took her life back. I liked this a lot.

Fate stepped in and brought these soul mates together again despite Dominic's father and all his mess, it really hurt him when Dom laid all his past love failures at his door step, he wanted his sons to be just as bitter so happy Dom and his older brother was able to grow from their mistakes becoming the true men their granny knew they could be knowing how negative her son was. When Amari came back into Dom life he was determined not to let her disappear again. Great love story, would love to know what happened to the other brothers and dad if possible

Can Sit On It while entertaining, barely scratched the surface. I can’t even say I liked either Dominic or A’Marie. I found them both irritating and prone to idiotic behavior. Dominic was an ass and A’Marie had no backbone! After 6 years apart she loses all her resolve and falls back into being dickmatized. Ugh, I’m all for second chances but this one didn’t do it for me at all!

The chemistry between A'marie and Dominic was very intense. After Dominic broke her heart by not wanting to commit to her she moved away to get over him. When moving back home she really hoped to never run into him but luck wasn't on her side. Her feelings instantly picked up where they left off no matter how much she tried to fight it. Her heart won in the end. This is a very sexy read and will leave you hot and bothered. Read with caution lol.

Amarie annoyed tf outta me. Constantly complaining about the past but still letting this man run in her guts baffled me. Sooooooo this is giving BDE all day. This was short and sweet. If you not in to spice you don’t need to read this book. Although it has a lot of spice the story line was catching. The woman was kind of getting on my nerves a little, fighting what she really wanted. I will read more by this author. Glad the author gave you warning on kind of what to expect from this book in the beginning.

I wanted it so badly to DNF this book, but I’m not a quitter. I think the author needs a little bit more practice on grammar and maybe a new editor because there were so many mistakes that it was hard for me to read the sentences fluently. I did not like the FMC, and the MMC was OK.
