Garlicamoley!

I love using excessive amounts of garlic in my cooking. I justify it by praising the health benefits of using so much garlic. This little booklet has quite a lot of knowledge jam packed into it. I read it all in one sitting and now want to read it again (albeit more slowly) so that I might actually retain everything I just learned.

Over all well worth the $2.99 price!
