This was one of my first cookbook purchases YEARS ago and it is still one of my favorites. This book has my go to pesto recipe...even after trying lots of recipes. I LOVE the roasted tomato and garlic recipe! Best pasta sauce ever! This book also turned me on to roasted garlic in my early cooking days. This is a MUST HAVE!!!!
