I read this book after talking to Mike at a swim meet this winter. He made some good points about coaching a running a program that got me and my head coach thinking about our goals for our program. He mentioned writing a book which prompted me to look around for it. After reading, I think it would be a great read for any swim coach, especially those who find themselves in a "transition" or "rebuilding year" for their team. Definitely gave me food for thought and things I would be interested in implementing the program I work with.
