Dr. Wilson and Nicole are amazingly helpful and this book is full of wonderful advice and exercises to help those with chronic illness. I loved how the stories had personal connections and included activities to get me thinking about the introduced concept. Highly recommend to all of Dr. Wilson’s patients and anyone else dealing with chronic illness. The affirmations at the end are an added bonus feature.
