Vaayu, given an ultimatum by his dad to clean up his playboy image for a prestigious Japanese project, is a worried man. When attending a fundraiser, he eavesdrops on a conversation by chance, which results in him having a eureka moment. Ruhi, desperate to get her parents off her back regarding her marriage, in a fit of frustration lies to them that she’s engaged to Vaayu, her bestie Mira’s brother-in-law. Having heard this conversation, Vaayu proposes Ruhi act as his fake wife for a year, an act that will kill two birds with one stone. So, they get married. What happens after they marry? How will their families react to their secret marriage? Will they be able to stay without killing each other for a year?

I am in love with the Oberoi clan. From the alpha Adil to the charming Vaayu to broody Kabir. Vaayu true to his name is like a free bird, living life on his terms. Labelled a playboy, he’s been hurt in the past and is commitment phobic, preferring to keep his relationships short-term. He’s had a soft corner for Ruhi ever since that incident where he had helped her, so when the opportunity knocked on his door, who better than Ruhi to be his fake wife. Possessive about Ruhi, he hot when ruffled. Sassy and fiercely independent, Ruhi is a perfect mix of shyness and boldness. Crushing on Vaayu, she’s the first one to acknowledge her love for him. Her post-marriage chemistry with Vaayu is hot and fiery. I will never look at strawberry jam in the same way again. She’s the calm and peace to his hot and cold behavior, making them a perfect couple. I love the bantering between Vaayu and his gang of friends and brothers. Mira and Kyra are adorable and I love Ruhi’s dad the way unfailingly supports her in all her decisions. I am so waiting for Kabir’s story next as I love broody men, and am wondering who will he be paired with? A lovely story of love and family relationships, this is highly recommended.

Perfect

The second  book of the series FAKE LOCKED:--. A FATHER whose business is soaring heights under the reign of his three successful sons Adil, Kabir and Vayu has nothing to worry about. But, after his plan to rope adil into marrying Asap, worked his heart and mind kept pushing him to work the same on his other kid. This time it was vaayu. Victim to fathers plans. one has to read the book to see how vaayu got his happiely ever after even after his past and his stubborn belief that his love stories would only end in disaster. Fake locked is not just a sweet story but a story with love lies. Fear and feelings.. A perfect story.

Era mable has very clearly  pictured the story in her mind and smoothly penned it. Never during the read i felt there are any similarities between the two books.. very well written....
Looking forward to a new and a frest story of kabir and kyra!!!

Another mind blowing read from Era which will keep you mesmerised till the end. Typical marraige of convenience set up where Vaayu & Ruhi entered into a marriage bond for their own reasons and as designed by fate they fell into love. Of course plot is predictable but the twist and turns made it interesting with lots of steamy encounters between Vaayu & Ruhi. I liked the character of Ruhi- A Straight forward girl with a clear mind. She knew what she was doing and she was never confused about her feelings. When she realised her infatuation for Vaayu has turned into a full blown love, she could dare enough to confess her love, even it felt like unrequited in the beginning.

On the other hand Vaayu was always confused and never clear about his feelings for Ruhi. He kept on consoling by reiterating “Been there, Done That” and kept Ruhi at bay which was of course disheartening. You don’t treat the person you love as he treated Ruhi. Without doubt he took Ruhi for granted and never missed a chance to hurt her feelings and the poor girl always forgave him just because she loved him truly.

I loved the way Adil & Kabir made him realise of his love for Ruhi which he stubbornly not ready to voice out even to himself. I felt he was too much stuck in the past and too reluctant to move ahead. Had Adil & Kabir not forced him, had their secret not got revealed, he would have never acknowledged his feelings to Ruhi. I wish she would have made him grovel a bit in the end.

It’s beautifully written and once you’ll pick this up you’d not be able to put it down without reading it completely. Era I loved the way you’ve weaved the story & now I am looking forward to Kabir’s story.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for this wonderful read.

Fake Locked by Era Mable Book Review by Njkinny
Read the complete Book Review by Njkinny and more on Njkinny's Blog

Fake Locked by Era Mable is the second book in “The Locked Series” set in India. Featuring a commitment wary workaholic Billionaire, and an ambitious heroine looking to escape her parents’ matchmaking, they agree to a marriage-of-convenience. But what happens when fake becomes real?

This is the first book by Era Mable that I have read, and I am so glad I came across her books. She writes books that are easy to connect with, set in contemporary settings, and provide easy entertainment.

Although the plot is predictable and used by various authors before, I still sat totally engrossed till the very end. It is the narration style that made all the difference. So, Era Mable succeeds in giving this story her own flair of awesomeness.

Her writing is simple, easily relatable, and beautifully sucks a reader inside the story. So, I felt a part of the story all through. And was heavily invested in Ruhi and Vaayu’s love story.

While this book can be read as a standalone story but due to interconnected events, Njkinny recommends that you read the previous book ("Wed Locked") before reading this one.

The protagonists, Ruhi and Vaayu are strong and complex people with dreams, ambition, and differing viewpoints on relationships and marriage. So, it was very entertaining to watch them clash. Where Ruhi wants “true love”, Vaayu lost his “true love” and is now wary of taking a chance again.

Their chemistry is hot, and will keep you on the edge-of-your-seat waiting to see them finally accept their feelings for each other. Then I also adored their connection with their families.

While I enjoyed reading this book, there are a few things that I feel could be improved upon. Read my pointers on areas of improvement here

All in all, Fake Locked by Era Mable is an entertaining book with spice, banter, clash of wills, relatable characters, and a fun break from reality. I loved reading it, and look forward to reading more from Era Mable in the future.

So, 4 out of 5 stars to it and Njkinny recommends this Indian Billionaire romance to all adult readers. Go grab your favourite beverage and read this engrossing story cozied up in bed. I did just that and adored every second of it!

Okay, so first of all, we are back into the world of Obsessive Oberoi's and we ought to expect fireworks.

But I was not expecting to blow my brains out with Vayu and his sexy as sin looks and  devil may care attitude. He was so much yet you couldn't get enough of that enigmatic Devil.

It was a proper fake-marriage/marriage of convenience romance. But how beautifully, artfully and  flawlessly Madhu (Era) concluded it, was something to be praised out loud.

I call her desi LJ. Shen. No, she doesn't copy or try to write like LJ. Of course she has her own writing style but the fire she brings in Indian romance reads was akin to that of Miss Shen's standards. It is a compliment for any author who has read Miss Shen.

The story of Vayu and Ruhi has the heat-o -meter fired up. It started with a dull ache and blew up into hellfire at the end. The plot was simple yet so different and refreshing from the books that have similar storyline. I loved how Vayu approached Ruhi and how he convinced her for their little adventure of a fake marriage that would be beneficial for both. What he hadn't expected was love. And how that supposed-well-planned relationship broke all hell loose for him. He was trapped in his own web and he didn't know what he wanted anymore.

For Ruhi, she was the sweetest just like the cupcake she makes. She accepted Vayu's proposition just to get her parents off her back with their constant marriage talks. What she wasn't prepared for the heartbreak her husband inflicted on her unknowingly.

This story has everything which makes it a romantic blockbuster. The way Madhu weaved the magic with her lucid language and impeccable storytelling skills, she is pro at it.

And the steam level 🥵🥵🥵 that was beyond describing into words. Also, she knows where she has to put the steam on and where she has to turn the flames off. The balance was fabulous.

I want you all to go read this baby and appreciate the author for writing such a heartwarming romance of a Casanova and a Modern-Day-Angel-in-Disguise.

Desperately waiting for the next and my most anticipated read, Kabir and Kyra's story; which has my favourite sub-trope 😉 in romance.

Highly recommended, a must read without a delay with all flying five stars.

Book: Fake Locked: (The Locked Series Book 2)
Author: Era Mable
Pages: 321
Formate: Kindle version
Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sometimes life becomes more difficult even if you have everything in your life. You are capable, powerful, and hard-working, and you have a reputation and status in society but one mistake or rather one bad thing ruined everything for you.

Something similar has happened with Vayu, the COO of Oberoi Orbits is in a situation where no power of his is working. His father has given him an ultimatum to change his playboy image fortnight to save the business deal. And Vayu can do anything for his family but marriage is not his cup of tea.

Ruhi Walia is also in a similar phenomenon but the reason is her kidnapping after which her parents are more worried and want her to settle down soon so that her husband can protect her better.

Two different scenarios, similar situations but poles apart personalities, both are confused as to how to handle the situation, and not to compromise.

Ruhi's one lie gave Vayu an idea to face the situation, with a great solution, where both of them can get their freedom and peaceful life back. But faking a marriage is a task in itself. And allowing each other into personal space is also not easy.

Now Vayu and Ruhi have got themselves into this act of fake marriage and attraction is taking place, there is this pull that both of them can feel but are not ready to accept.

Hush, peaceful and carefree life is getting intense and that makes the story a notch more interesting and exciting.
Will, they ever be able to accept the attraction between them?
Is there any future for this fake marriage?
Will Vayu give his life a chance forgetting his experience??

Author Era has done it again by scripting this amazing second book in the series which is more intense, more emotional, and more loving. Writing difficult situations and giving them a lovely twist is her strength and she is killing it. In fact, she is spoiling me for good 😬😬. I am loving it🥰🥰.

📗BOOK: Fake Locked
🎆AUTHOR: Era Mable
📗GENRE: Erotic Fiction
📗THEME: Fake Marriage

📝RATING:
⚡Storyline- 3.9/5
⚡Literature- 4/5

📖PLOT:
Fake Locked is the second installment from the Locked series, succeeding Wed Locked.

Vaayu Oberoi is your cold-hearted businessman who only believes in one-night stand. Out playboy had his heart-broken long back after which he stopped believing in love.

Ruhi Walia is vivacious, ambitious and independent woman who suffered from a traumatic experience earlier but bounced back on her feet like a strong person that she is.

A bizarre situation in Oberoi business cropped up wherein Vaayu has to get married to get the multi-million dollar deal. Ruhi wants to escape the daily drama of meeting 'potential suitors' and focus on her business. The mutual solution for them is a fake marriage.

🖤Will Vaayu and Ruhi manage to turn their fake marriage into real love?

✒VERDICT:
🥇Pros:
1) I like love-in-unlikeliest-situation tropes and the author built a concrete plot with strong characters which made this story enjoyable.

2) I liked the fact that the author did not make the female lead an arm-candy or a damsel-in-distress. Ruhi knows how to hold her ground which made it a pleasurable read to see how she managed Vaayu and brought him on his knees.

3) The erotic scenes have been written in a nuanced manner and the chemistry between Vaayu and Ruhi developed like a slow burn with fierce under-current.

👎Cons:
As a drawback, I felt that Vaayu could have been created as more of a gentleman as some of things that he told Ruhi and the way he treated her during certain times bordered on male chauvinism and uncouth behaviour. I would find it difficult to be with such a person.

🌟Overall, this book has been an enjoyable, fast-paced and one time read

Love means to commit oneself without guarantee, to give oneself completely in the hope that our love will produce love in the loved person. Love is an act of faith, and whoever is of little faith is also of little love.

When it comes to romance books about fake relationships, the trope can take a variety of forms.

It can be a marriage of convenience for the sake of getting property, for getting name added in insurance or simply for getting citizenship for individuals.

In the book, Fake Locked: (The Locked Series Book 2) by author Era Mable, we see a tale of fake marriage that has been done to get their families off their back.

I absolutely loved the character of Ruhi Walia. She was smart, independent, strong and had a good head on her shoulders.

Ruhi was dealt with shitty circumstances, but still her persistence was something that we can all learn from.

Vaayu proved to be a great support system and I liked he was not a misogynyst, but rather gave priority to the female lead.

Different from each other but still one.
You can’t just give up on someone just because the situation is not ideal. Great relationships aren’t great because they have no problems. They’re great because both people care about the other person to find a way to make it work

Another one in the series that you just can’t lay down. This book was very interesting from the first page and continued until the last sentence. This book was wonderful. The characters were so lovable and believable. The story seemed so real and life-like. I highly recommend reading this book.

Family values, commitment and stability were deeply important to Tao Iwasaki and so to build a relationship or a partnership with a company in India did include these terms too, but Vaayu Oberoi’s image was totally different therefore Iwasaki was a bit hesitant to enter into a business relationship with a company whose COO treated his relationships so callously.

It was important for Vaayu to clear his reputation as a man-whore and a bucket full of dirty laundry and so he decided to get married to Ruhi who equally needed an escape from her parents desperately.

This is a tale of a fake marriage slowly and gradually turning into a love story or if I am not wrong, ‘a lust story’. What started with a kiss slowly turned to regular make out sessions and then it captured respective hearts. Of course their wasn’t an easy ride and included lots of hurdles but eventually I enjoy when it all comes to a happy ending.

What I liked in this story was that nowhere any episode was dragged to a point where I could feel bored. I was enjoying each day and living their life. You see some stories make you live a different life and so did this story to me. It made me venture into a life of a couple whose goals were different, their choices were different and even their attitude towards life was a contrast.

I loved it by all my heart and I would definitely like to recommend it too.

▶Fast paced and bollywood style romance + entertainment🎭

• INSIGHT: The book is about love, denial, acceptance, obsession and finding your true soulmate. Apart from being an entertaining read, the book provides a generous dose of romance and steamy episodes. The book is a perfect example of show and not just tell.

• REVIEW: Fake locked is the second book in the series. The book revolves around Vaayu and Ruhi as they decide to play fake married couples for their own individual interests. Ruhi Walia is an independent, vibrant and ambitious girl who wants to carve a niche in the food empire. Vaayu Oberoi is a charming billionaire for whom love is just a one night stand. The twist starts when their paths cross. The book provides a generous dose of romance and steamy scenes that are so intense.

The characters are well depicted. With vivid descriptions and back stories, the author creates a curiosity in the readers mind. Other characters like Mira, Kabir and Prithvi are likable. The book is also about family bonding.
Moving towards the end of the book, it becomes somehow predictable.
The language is simple and the narration smooth.

• STRENGTH:
1) Beautiful cover appeal
2) Lucid language
3) Beginner friendly

• DRAWBACK: Lengthy book

• TARGET READERS: 18 and above.

• GENRE: Fiction, Contemporary romance.

• RATING: 4.4

"Every bad memory returned to him in tandem with his father's unreasonable demand."

Vaayu Oberoi was forced by his father to get married, as his image was rupturing in front of everyone. Vaayu started many one-night-stands and was termed a playboy. The Oberois were about to lose a deal with Mr.Iwasaki, who stated that Vaayu was unfit for being involved in business. Vaayu, who had not recovered from his past, couldn't think of marriage.

On the other hand was Ruhi Walia, who couldn't think of anyone else except Vaayu as her husband. She ran a Cafe along with Mira, Vaayu's sister-in-law. Her parents started her matchmaking process which she didn't like. So, she lied to them telling that she was in love with Vaayu and that they were dating.

Vaayu, being an opportunist, took full advantage of this situation and asked Ruhi for a deal - They would be "fake" husband and wife for a year, till they get Iwasaki's deal.

Will Ruhi agree to this? If so, what happens next? Will they able to sustain the drama for too long?

I could follow this though I haven't read the first book in the series. It's a light read and you can easily finish it off within two or three sittings. Do go check it out.

Vaayu Oberoi got a chance to get away with his problems when he overheard Ruhi lying to her parents about getting engaged to Vaayu. Ruhi herself was tired of her parents match making tricks hence she lied to them so that she could buy some time for herself. Vaayu on the other hand was made to step down from the position of COO by his father to clear his shitty image so he needed a fake wife to clean up his image and gain back his fathers trust.

A marriage that happened accidentally, pretending and ignoring everyone to achieve their respective goals ultimately turned to pain and happiness.

As quoted by author Era Mable “To get out of one mess, you sometimes have to get into another” and that’s the crust of this story.

I really liked the story as it had a mix of friendship, family, love, lust, pain, happiness, hatred, heartbreak and everything that you wish to have in an entertaining read. I finished this book in one go because I got attached to Ruhi and Vaayu, I enjoyed their faked drama, kisses and even the make out sessions.

“Shit happens in love and that’s how you fall in love”. A lovely story that needs a wider audience and a good director to get it on the large screen.

Highly recommended….

The book is outstanding, and the author did a fantastic job. I had a great time. Both the title and the cover display excellent storytelling. Ruhi, an ambitious girl with a strong desire to succeed and stand on her own, is the main character of the story. Regrettably, though, she must contend with pressure from his parents to quickly get married in order to ensure her safety because she recently came into contact with a psycho kidnapper who most likely hit her.

Vaayu, a handsome millionaire who lost his reputation as a playboy and is currently being compelled by his father to get married within a set amount of time, is the other main character. To avoid the pressure from their families, our main protagonists came up with a fake marriage idea together. How they lead this marriage is the main question of the hour? Let's look at how they operate and how feigning becomes actual love. Read the book to completely understand the plot of the story.

Due to its uniqueness, this book distinguishes out from the competition. It's interesting how the author narrates. The author writes well and in a completely original way. I liked the way things were said and put together.

It was a pleasure to read the book. recommend in my opinion.

Okay, so as eager as I was to read this book, I am just as eager to give it a review.

Ruhi Walia and Vayu Oberoi are at the centre of the narrative. As the title suggests, they entered a fake marriage. Vayu persuaded Ruhi, and after that, the story begins with ups and downs. Reading the entire story was like riding a roller coaster for me.

I've already begun to adore the novel where the girl is portrayed as ferocious and strong. Ruhi ended up growing stronger than ever even after experiencing a traumatic emotion. I adored how the Ruhi was portrayed.

Vayu's character somewhere troubled me when he treated Ruhi in a way that I would never want a girl to be treated, as well as when he assumed every girl was a cheater and refrained from falling in love because he had been betrayed by one. However, this was the need for character development, and without it, the story wouldn't have been as intriguing.

I really enjoyed the entire story's plot and narration. When I first started reading the book, I assumed it would be a typical Bollywood-style tale, but I was mistaken; it was something fresh and intriguing, despite its simplicity. You ought to unquestionably read it.

The narrative of Fake Locked contains both romance and falsehoods. anxiety and emotions. The plot choice made by the author is admirable.

The heat-o-meter is on fire with the tale of Vayu and Ruhi. It began as a subtle aching and ended with a blaze of hellfire. The storyline was straightforward, yet so unusual and novel from other works with comparable plots. I adored how Vayu contacted Ruhi and persuaded her to join him on their little ruse of a marriage that would be advantageous for both of them. He hadn't anticipated falling in love. And how that supposedly carefully thought-out relationship set him off on a wild goose chase. He was caught in his own web and lost track of his priorities.

The fact that no episode was drawn out to the point where I could get bored was what I appreciated about this story. I was living their lives and savouring each day. Some stories, you see, inspire you to live a different life, and this one did the same for me. It inspired me to go into the life of a couple whose objectives were dissimilar, their decisions dissimilar, and even their outlook on life dissimilar.

"Fake Locked",the second book in "the locked series" by Era Mable has covered you up if you are a sucker for fake marriage trope like me. Although its a contemporary read,I will recommend you to read the first one too, which is "Wed locked"

With a striking dialogue delivery and swoonworthy chemistry between Vaayu and Ruhi I am officially giving it the tag of best read of the month. The way Ruhi's character development has been done, fierce as well as soft, this felt so relatable. Even Vaayu's personality has been beautifully presented. The charismatic billionaire he is,it is very overwhelming when they both come together.

Another reason why I loved the book,is because of its perfect balance of steamy and sweet scenes. This is among those books which will truly gives you butterflies throughout and in all the right places.

In a very perfect pace and with great plot and picturesque narrative style, this book has my heart. I just can't help but wait for the third book.,ahh!!! I hope it comes soon.

If you are a fan of steamy and sweet romantic books, you seriously can't miss this one.

Ruhi Walia, the daughter of a hotelier full of dreams in her eye in a mission to fulfil her dreams but a sudden attack broke her dreams and tied her to her parents' daily tantrums.

Vaayu, a Cassanova, the playboy has to get the deal but a twist awaits him named Rubi Walia. Vaayu is introduced as a heartless playboy who would be around a different girl. But it's the time for payback. He has to marry someone to get the deal but without any affection because of his past.

Ruhi, to be free from his parent's jail, has to tell a lie but who knows if she would be tied with another trouble to escape from another.

What is going to happen in both of their lives?
What are their life ahead, with each other or
Without each other?

This is the second book of the locked series, which can be read as a standalone. The story is quite interesting but it's predictable, there is nothing new to decipher. I sort of know what is going to happen but Still couldn't stop reading it because of the writing. The ending is sexy and self-satisfying. A romantic read with a tinge of drama.

This story is so beautifully written that the story actually plays like a cinema before the reader's eyes. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book.

What to expect from the story?
Expect a roller coaster story with every human emotion and feeling. The plot is a perfect cinema material with all the crafts included.

Who can read?
The story is a typical super entertainer with twists and mysteries. Because of universally accessible language, though there are some matured elements that are illustrated in a neat language, the book can be read by readers of any age. This is my first book by the author. But, I can surely say that this is one of the best entertaining books I read in 2022. The story has every element to be regarded as a definite entertainer.
The reasons to call it a definite entertainer are:
~ It has a good story
~ There are wonderful characters
~ There is a fast action
~ There is a love story
~ There are miseries
~ There are morals
~ There is friendship
~ There is the responsibility

Marriage of convenience becomes real and oh so 🔥

This is the book no 2 of the Locked series. Fake Locked is a story of Vaayu, the CFO of Oberoi Orbit and youngest brother of Adil Oberoi who is walking hotness of good looks and brains. Girls swoon over him and he is a perfect reckless Playboy.

Ruhi, the sweet romantic girl who loves her independance. She is headstrong with a carefree attitude. She is Mira's best friend.

Some situations make Vaayu and Ruhi decide to get fake engaged and married for their own benefit.

What will happen when a beauty and handsome get together. The public PDA will make everyone envy of them and their life as couple goals but will they be able to resist each other when they are not in public eye. Will the spark of attraction be able to capture each other's soul for lifetime? Read on to know more.

P.S. I loved the character of Ruhi and the struggle that she is going through is so real and relatable for all the independent girls out there.

She has done it yet again! Second novel of the series and it was another masterpiece. I loved the character of Vaayu & Ruhi in the debut novel from this author and was looking forward to reading their story. The story doesn’t disappoint, it’s fun, ooh so hot and touches the chords of your heart. Their heated banters and even more heated encounters in the house are enough to set one on fire.
Vaayu is a certified Casanova and an idiot who is messing up everything in most part of the book, but he has his reasons. He has had his heart broken; he is scared to commit again. But when he is nudged slowly and made aware of his feelings that he is trying too hard to fight, he falls in line and makes up with Ruhi. How can one not fall in love with him!!
Ruhi is a sweetheart throughout the story and had me cheering for her all through the story.

On the other hand, Vaayu Oberoi is a workaholic extremely successful billionaire who had the best of all. Either its looks, success, ladylove and what not. So let's read to find out what happens when two distinct and self accomplished people meet.

This is such a book that will make to crave for some little more and there are very few books which will do so, this is one of them.An irresistable, hot and chilling read of romance, love and contentment and most of all passion. The cover is nicely designed. The title, though apt gives away the central theme of the story. The narrative of Fake Locked contains both romance and falsehoods. Ruhi Wali, is an over ambitious girl who wants to build her own food empire separate from his extremely success father. On the other hand, Vaayu Oberoi is a workaholic extremely successful billionaire who had the best of all. Both opposite to each other. To keep there parents happy, they decided to have a fake marriage. This was a carefully thought-out relationship . The characters are well portrayed and relatable. The language is kept simple and I liked that fact.
Looking forward to read more such books

Vayu is a playboy who has been given an ultimatum to clean up his act for an international project. Ruhi, on the other hand, is being forced to get married by her parents. She accidentally blurts out that she is engaged to Vayu, and he eavesdrops on the conversation, taking it as an opportunity to propose a fake marriage to her for one year. Despite her lie, Ruhi agrees to the marriage, as she has secretly had a crush on him. They hastily tie the knot, but will they divorce after the year is up? Will they fall in love? Will their families find out the truth about their marriage? Read on to find out in this lovely story.
It was nice to see Vayu being all caveman over Ruhi, although I was hoping for a bit more groveling from him at the end. I also enjoyed the presence of Adil and Mira, and overall, it was a good book. If you love a jealous, possessive hero with a fake or contract marriage, you should definitely check this out. I'm excited to read Kabir's book.

Interesting....

Fake locked is a story that no one can miss... The story that has both romance and fakeness that build a bond between the characters and the readers from the very beginning. It revolves around two young souls, who are poles apart.

It has a young ambitious girl named Ruhi who is a daughter of a rich man. On the other hand we have Vayu who is also a rich young boy ,a business man. He is charming and also son of a successful man. They both are brought together by there parents. To keep there parents happy they end up into a fake marriage.

But will this really work?
What will happen next can be enjoyed by flipping the pages, and enjoying the essence of a fake relationship that has much more to offer.

As author has written the entire tale flawlessly in uncomplicated language. The cover of the book will definitely evoke readers interest. Overall an exciting read.

I read very rare romance genre these days but yet they will always be my favorite. Reading this one was refreshing for me.

Cover: Good colour combo and it gives hint what it is about.

Plot: Vayu and Ruhi, both are hot and amazing, they enter into a marriage (fake wedlock) with their own motives but how they end up falling in love is the plot which you need to explore. There are spicy parts too that are amazing and lovable. This may be the 2nd part but can be read as standalone.

Characters: Ruhi and Vaayu are Protagonists but other characters are good and make the story amazing to read.

Language: Colloquial English language used which is easy to read and interpret by anyone.

Final verdict: If you love romance, this is your book.

I absolutely adored 'Fake Locked'! The writing was impeccable, with a masterful blend of emotional depth and witty dialogue that drew me in from the very first page. The author's use of language was beautiful, with vivid descriptions that transported me to the world of the story.

The plotting was expertly woven, with unexpected twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat, eager to find out what would happen next. The author's ability to balance multiple storylines and characters was impressive, and the pacing was perfectly balanced between action, romance, and emotional moments.

The character development was superb, particularly Ruhi's strength and resilience, which I found truly inspiring. Vaayu's complexities and vulnerabilities made him a compelling and relatable character, and the supporting cast was equally well-crafted.

This is the second book of the series and my first book from the author and I'm always up for a good romance but definitely not for a cliche one and this book is exactly what I wanted. It was a good break from heavy self help books, I loved how warm it turned but at the same time it's not one of those cliche ones where you don't understand what's going.

Fate dating is one of my most fav trope and I haven't really explored fake marriage but when I did in this book, I literally fell in love with how it turned out. I truly enjoyed the author's writing and plot building along with how beautifully she sketches both the protagonist.

Definitely it's a book that will be served as a treat for romance lovers, it's light and breezy, it entertained me a lot. Go for it.
