I loved my ride with this ambitious series — one that was filled to the brim with the potential to be a fantastic 10+ volume dark fantasy series with incredible character development (which was lacking in these 3 volumes), but was rushed due to being axed and cut majorly short by the magazine it released in. What we got was rushed, but sincerely enjoyable. Interesting, if archetypal, characters in an interesting little world and a nice story-arc overall. Gonbe Shinkawa’s art is nothing short of stunning. So refined. Just the style I seem to enjoy the most. Gosh, I really lament this being cut short. What was done with it was pretty good considering its length limitations.

Lecan learns magic and medicine from Sheila and even gets to go to a dungeon. Even Eda shows back up for a bit.

Again, not the most exciting series I've ever read. But it's not half bad. If there had been more drama and conflict about Lecan being an outsider, this series might've done better. As is, it feels almost like reading a textbook of old myths, just with pictures. So, the genre is kinda up my alley. Overall, not bad, but I can see why it didn't have more.

This series has 3 volumes.

I ended up enjoying this far more than I should. I wish this series had been longer as I found the worldbuilding and characters enjoyable. For what this story was, the ending was suitable and not the complete failure I originally feared a series as short as this might end up with.

I believe it borders on criminal negligence that this is the end of the series. At least I can say I own the whole collection.

A really fun fantasy series. I love the adventures that happened in this volume. I'm just sad it's over. I wish we got a few more volumes.

I’m sad to see this series has concluded in three volumes, it seemed like it held some potential

What the hell man, how’s this so good?

Best dungeon-diving fantasy manga I’ve read. It ignores all cliches typical manga have, as far as I can tell. Maybe not ignores, but still makes it feel new.

Damn good series. Also a damn shame the manga got cut though. I heard the webnovel continues past this ending, so I'll give it a try sometime. Would've been one of the best manga I've ever read if it continued.
