When you want some spice BANG!! this novella was some good spice. That is all with lil plot and all the steam you need.
Avery has been crushing on her ex boss for awhile she had to leave to keep herself sane. But that doesnt stop him from texting her and wanting her back he's been wanting her for the past 3 years just never made a move now he can. And its alittle hard since Avery is keeping that wall up thinking things won't work. It does test them which i love. HUDSON!!! he's a great guy I loved everything about that man! His diety mouth his sweetness ugh.. can we talk about the car scene and the "camera scene" GIMMIE MORE!! I wanna be a good girl for Hudson ehehe

Little Blue was a great fast paced erotic novella. I picked it up because of the sex and it delivered. I got amazing scenes with spanking, edging and being tied up to name just a few. Avery and Hudson were great but I felt it was only physical and their love was rushed. It was only towards the last 20% I got some depth to them so it became more emotional between them and not just sexual. I would’ve liked some flashbacks to them having worked together for three years and not just them mentioning it to strengthen that connection. Still a great story and I enjoyed Little Blue.

Little Blue by Eva Marks is my second book by this author, and my new instant fave! This really had soooo many things that worked for me, honestly, it was a little scary how much worked…
The FMC used to work at the same company as the MMC, although the MMC was in a high leadership position versus the FMC’s assistant-level role. However, their jobs did necessitate some inter-office communication, and they fell for each other instantly – cue the mutual pining and unresolved sexual tension. I mean, they lusted and loved after each other for 3 whole years, and nothing happened between them, not until after the FMC left the company for a new position. And that’s where this story kicks off.
The writing was great. It read quick and fast-paced, even though Eva was able to make the romance feel deliciously tense and slow-burny, even after the first sex scene. The two main characters really bounced well off each other, and their chemistry was off the charts. I could really feel their mutual pining, and even if we only get flashes of memory regarding their time actually working together, you still felt all the buildup of it, which made the spice that much more rewarding.
.5 points off for dragging out the FMC’s trust issues with only a limited amount of pages to work with, but nothing crazy, and the writing and spice makes up for it in spades.
I’ll definitely be reading the sequel and prequel to this, along with every other thing Eva Marks writes.

While I didn't feel as connected to the characters, this was still a fun and delightful read. They really tried to work on communicating which is also a plus, and learned to trust eachother emotionally. Hudson took his role as dom very seriously and tried to not make Avery fall into her mind.

This short novella was a mind blowing and neverending story of erotic and sexy scenes.
Avery and Hudson always liked each other since they started working together 3 years ago. But none of them acted upon the attraction, until after Avery stopped working at Hudson's company. I was soo happy that he finally decided to chase her and show her how great they can be together.
The story is short and the feelings between them were escalating really quickly, but this is why I like short sexy love stories. They are fast pacing and always have happily ever after.

Okay I am sooo glad I jumped right into this one after finishing Little Beginning because all the tension that was in the first book was definitely worked out in this one 🥵
Woahhhhh Hudson aka Sir, just gets better and better and man I'm not sure if I can handle this man. He is everything 🫠
I absolutely loved how relatable their relationship is and how hard outsiders can be when looking upon them. But I am so glad they were able to push through all of their obstacles and show the world that its them against the world and nothing nor anybody will stand in their way!
And that epilogue 🥹 just so absolutely heart warming.
Ugh this series has solidified my love for miss Eva so much more! 💜

What a fun spicy novella.
This is my first novella by Eva Marks and she did not disappoint!
I love Hudson and Avery’s story. Eva’s writing just pulls you in and you can’t stop reading. The way she writes those spicy scenes 👩🏼🍳💋 👩🏼🍳💋 👩🏼🍳💋There are so many good scenes to choose a favorite but the office and desk scene is freaking amazing. There’s some plot which makes the book even better because you can feel for the characters

First Eva’s writing is absolutely beautiful and flowing, you don’t feel like you’re reading - literally, you are the characters!

This is my first ARC read. And it was perfect. I enjoyed this book so very much. It is a standalone novella. The MC are both hot professionals that worked together at one point. They no longer work together so they can finally act on their feelings. That act on those feelings they sure do.
The spicy scenes in this book are so hot. Between the car scene and the bedroom scene. Just wow.
The book is beautifully written by Eva. The characters are strong independent characters in their professional lives. But when they are not at work things are dramatically different. These characters are made for each other.
If you are looking for a book that is a quick but good read. This book is for you.

I wish we could have gotten more backstory of when they were working together, but that’s just me wanting more plot as usual. I dropped a star due to the amount of overthinking done by Avery, it was so back and forth with no communication with Hudson. Overall I enjoyed this book and will continue the series.

If you love age gaps, and have a praise kink then this novella is perfect for you! this book is HOTTT in all the best ways. its a really quick read and you can tell from the beginning that the characters already know each other and have a history. that's what really helped bring the story to life the story didn't feel rushed or insta-love like.

This debut novella from Eva Marks was a such a treat. The writing is easy to follow and engaging, with wonderful characters and plenty spice and chemistry. Hudson and Avery make such a great couple. Their relationship felt genuine and i couldn't get enough of those smexy scenes. A quick read but with a well developed plotline. Curl up and just fantasize with this book! I highly recommend it!

Little Blue is the first part of Hudson and Avery's story. It was a good start, though, a bit fast-paced. They almost immediately begin having sex with one another after trying for years to ward off their attraction. Hudson is very adamant to make her his, and Avery is hesitant.
