An important concept for all teams regardless of the team’s type of work/industry. I think the book could have benefited from more specific examples to help make the move toward effective asynchronous work and communication more easily understood to readers. While the tools to aid asynchronous communication are rapidly evolving, by trying to be evergreen, staying high level kept the book more theoretical than practical for leaders or team members looking to work in a different way.
