Love is a dream come true for many…

But for those forced to sleep, their only dream is to wake up and live their life.

When a strange technology, targeted at lovers, forces them into nightmare-filled sleep, love plummets all over the country.

Sleeping people definitely can’t fall in love.

Or do just about anything…

They definitely can’t get married.

And when the reality starts making any waking moment worse, Paris Beaufont knows she has to spring into action.

To fix this problem, they are going to need magitech. And a detective. Oh, a bit of muscle and courage.

Good thing that none of those are in short supply if you know the right people.

Thankfully Paris does, and they are all willing to help…in exchange for something.

Can Paris Beaufont save weddings before brides fall asleep forever?

This is no Snow White tale because a simple kiss definitely won't wake them up. Only Paris Beaufont can do that—by outmaneuvering her enemies.

You know when you are reading a book from any of the Beaufont series you are in for an entertaining story and this one is no different. There is plenty of action and adventure as Jackson Zelle is still out to destroy love and take down the FGA. A Snow White retelling, but in typical Pairs style it comes with a twist!
King Rudolph and Sherlock Holmes again work together to solve a mystery to help reverse the sleeping spell, whilst Paris and Faraday have their work cut out on a mission of their own. Not to mention Subfar has a way for Paris to make money - but she must follow his directions exactly. All the characters we know and love in an entertaining journey.

I’m left with a melancholy joy….

It is, at its core, a fairy-tale, so I have to believe that there will ultimately be a happy ending. But, Lord! I hurt for Paris.

The fatigue that carries her into sleep as the book ends is almost palpable. Sarah is doing something a bit different, here. I can’t quite put my finger on it. But, whereas Paris’ stories have largely felt “flighty,” perhaps even slapstick, this and the last couple of books, have had much more depth. It’s starting to read like some of her dreamwqlkerr material and THAT is a good thing. Believe me.
*** grin***. Now go buy a copy! lol. And ENJOY!

Whatever you’re doing Ms. Noffke, keep it up. It most certainly seems to be working. IMHO, of course.

This ain’t no fairytale! “ Love is a dream come true for many…”. Unlike In Snow White the prince’s kiss will not wake these brides but Paris is on the case with a little help from some friends. Exciting, thrilling, these adventures have you hooked from start to finish as Paris continues to try to save love. With characters we love and a storyline that’s captivating and entertaining, I devour each story as it’s released and would definitely recommend you dive into this series!

Expected Fun

It's another book full of corny jokes, interesting side characters and of course the same mission save Love for the world and all us normal people. The premise never changes but the madcap way these story unfolds is always a fascinating insight into Noffkes mind and how this makes the most fascinating reading, even if me a dog person is coming round to how cool it would be to to have a squirrel as a pet.

Jackson Zelle is cranking up his plans - this time it's to put brides to be to sleep so they can't plan their weddings.

Paris and Faraday are on the case though. But things are made difficult because Paris is also a bride to be.

Another great story with the usual suspects helping out - Sherlock and Rudolf make a great team!

Poor Ramy, his death in this book is hilarious - I laughed out loud and everytime I think about it, I chuckle :D

I'm sad that this is the penultimate book in Paris's story, but I'm sure the next book will be epic.

Paris and Faraday are really fighting the clock in this story.

Jackson Zelle has set in motion a plot to render all Brides-to-be into a coma, so that they will die.

As Paris is also one, after Hemingway proposed, she gets infected by the spell that was created by Zelle's Magitech scientists, but Faraday, and Alicia, Paris' Aunt, are there, and are able to remove the spell, albeit causing Paris terrible pain.

But, despite this, Paris recovers enough, and starts another adventure with Faraday, as they gather what's needed to make things right for the countless Brides-to-be, caught up in that awful spell, around the world!

As usual, I loved this story, and the continuation of Paris' journey. I love that she is so deeply committed to protecting Love - with Saint Valentine being a big concern for her - and her relationships with family and friends are wonderful to read about.

Her continuing to push bad jokes and puns onto her friends and family, is funny in and of itself, but I think the funniest thing in this book, takes place in the Junk Yard - but you'll have to read this book to find out what happened! Lol

The only thing that makes me sad, is that I'm now going on to the final book of the series: Book Nine: The Violent Valentine.

With the wedding of Paris and Hemingway due to happen in this final book, I can't wait to read about it, especially with Faraday standing up as Paris' Maid of Honour - how cute will that be!

So, I'm off now to start reading it, and I'll see you on the flip side, to tell you all about it!

Another mystery solved

Paris and her friends have another mystery to work out, this time with brides to be falling into a deep sleep and not able to wake up. I love the humor and adventures in this series and the way Paris and all her friends interact. They all band together to help her figure out the mysteries and the best ways to fix them. I am really looking forward to the next book to see how Paris defeats the villain and sets love back on the right path.

The Courageous Believer

There has not been one of the Sisters or daughter/niece Beaufont that I didn't love. Especially when she made friend with the appliances and cars in the junkyard in Alabama, United States. I'm originally an Alabama native and don't believe the is a Nicholson, but I don't know where every town is in AL. I sure would like to have seen that though. These girls can find and solve more problems, but I love every minute of the action.

Adore the Beaufort books!

Yes, all of them. The whole family of magical, warm-hearted, joke cracking, feisty, people and their companions. Faraday, the brilliant scientist turned squirrel and Linus the blue dragon are a couple of my favorite “sidekicks”. This is a terrific adventure series with the right amount of mysteries to solve (and yes, Sherlock Holmes is part of this too), love, fairy tale fantasy, and deliciously diverse magical beings.
Highly recommended!

The Courageous Believer(The Unconventional Agent Beaufont book 8)

I am so amazed at how well written these stories are, and how entrancing they are! I read each page following the anticks of Paris and her squirrel side kick hardly wanting to put them down! I feel like I'm in the story with the characters watching their lives take shape. The Authors have done such a wonderful job that I can hardly wanting to read the next book!

Paris has to plan her wedding, rebuild her new Advanced Love Department, save FGA from financial ruin and stop Jackson Zelle from ruining all weddings.

I love the interactions between Sherlock and Rudolf. Sherlock is all details and facts, then Rudolf comes and uses simple common sense.

Fave scenes: Holly & Isha eating the cookies, Clark’s decorating plan, Terrance’s house and Whirly & the relay race.

All just incredible plot twists
Not sure, but I do not think we went to any new venues in this one
