A gripping crime novel from Iain F. MacLeod. When the body of a young girl is found on the Flannan Isles off the coast of the Isle of Lewis, D.I. Cameron and pathologist Kate St John are called on to investigate.

The body appears to have come from St Kilda, but all is not as it seems. This fast-paced modern mystery, interwoven with historical accounts of life on St Kilda at the start of the 20th century, will keep the reader guessing from beginning to end.

An enthralling murder mystery - set on Hiort with parts of the story on Sula Sgeir and the Flannan Isles. In an alternative time-line where the community remained on Hiort in the 1930s rather than all emigrating.
