Seasons come and go. But the season we've been in since the year 2020 seems like it's never going to end. This book is a poetic and conversational interpretation of the last two years. It speaks about what we've been through and still are going through in hopes of hanging on to a sense of normalcy while in the clutches of this "new normal" that we've had to deal with.
A writer, poet and up-and-coming publisher; he was born in 1975 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Don self-published some of his early work through the online publisher lulu.com and in 2008, he signed his first contract with PublishAmerica to publish Don Savant’s Book of Poems, Sonnets and Vows for Relationships and Weddings. The following year, he signed a second contract with PA to publish The Lyrics of My Soul. Both books are available through Barnes and Noble Booksellers, Amazon.com and a host of other online book retailers. He has work featured in several chapbooks, as well as on several different websites and blogs.
