Miranda & her ex-husband keep their divorce secret from their twin daughter & now they are not talking to either one of them. Now Miranda’s parents are doing the same thing to her & she doesn’t like it for one minute. This Rafael guy that is suppose to be volunteering at her parents farm, I think think there is a little more going on there. Miranda knows they are having some problems, that’s why she wanted to have one of her friends look at their books, but they wouldn’t hear of it, why? What are they trying to hide from her? And why did Rafael not tell Miranda who he really is? Why did her parents cut him off more or less when he tried to cover for them fixing up the place saying it would help it sell better. What is with all the secrets about the farm & Rafael? Miranda’s friends talked her into looking Rafael up on the internet & she was SHOCKED at what she found! He definitely can afford to volunteer. What is his real story? Why is he really in Del Ray Beach? Is he planning to take over the farm? Why will Miranda’s parents not let her friends try to straighten out their books & why did her dad want tax returns from so far back? Too many questions!

I received this ARC for free & I am giving my review for free in my own words.

Rene’s daughters are still not speaking to her. Miranda makes plans for a beach clean up and Allison reveals the truth about her current situation.

Handsome Rafael is helping out at the farm owned by Miranda’s parents. As she develops feelings for him her friends advise her to do a google search. Unfortunately the search reveals details Miranda is not happy about.

Thank you to the author for the ARC. This review is my honest opinion.

Rene and Miranda pick up Allison at the airport and see Evan there. They finally make their way to the beach house to relax. Miranda goes to help her parents and meets Rafael. Great by play between the three friends. They are so supportive of each other, really like the dynamics between them. Can’t wait for the next book.

I was given this advanced copy for free, and am leaving this review voluntarily.

Waiting for something to happen. Seems like it will but it’s a bit boring in book 1 &2. Also, quite a few spelling errors and that drives me crazy.
