Elisabetta Gnone is an Italian writer. In April 2001, she co-created the Italian comic/magazine W.I.T.C.H. with Alessandro Barbucci and Barbara Canepa. The publication was later made into the television series of the same name. Gnone also wrote the children's trilogy Fairy Oak: Il segreto delle gemelle (The Secret of the Twins), L'incanto del buio (The Spell of Darkness), and Il potere della luce (The Power of Light). She expanded the Fairy Oak Universe with four more books, "The four mysteries": "Captain Grisam's love", "Shirley's wizarding days", "Flox smiles in autumn", and "Good-bye Fairy Oak".

I really liked this part of the story. After defeating Phobos, we get to see the girls as what they really are. Teenage girl with normal problems. They are maybe a bit childish, but at that time you think every bad thing that happens to you is a catastrophe.
I like the new problem that the guardians have lost their powers and that Luba somehow betrayed her role. Cornelia was also my favorite character from the start and I love that we can see her goal and motivation even it is related to a somehow silly perfect first love.

3.75/5* oh nooo, this is not good. this is not the way to bring back caleb, oh this is a whole mess 😭😭 WHEN WILL THEY ALL COMMUNICATE PLEASE it's hard seeing them always fighting and hurting :(( also, luba can choke, idc if she regrets it (which i don't believe lol) she should have done her job accordingly.
This mini 3-issues act (#13, 14 & 15) is really really good, in my opinion. After all the conflicts with Phobos story-line and Meridian as background, we are able to see the girls with mundane problems, which allows us to relate with them but also allowed the writers to developed the girls and made them grow up.
In this issue, Will is trying really hard to help Cornelia get better; Also, the conflicts between the girls and the rage of Luba lead the girls - except Cornelia - to lost their powers; On the other hand, Cornelia uses her remaining powers trying to bring Caleb back...
