The science references are among the many miracles of the Qur'an that this book tries to bring to "light" which when recognized, acknowledge Allah as the Creator. Allah knew that the posterity of the last Prophet would come to live in an age where scientific facts relating to man and the universe would be revealed. Hence, scientific miracles are given in the Qur'an as scientific allusions such as those referring to the universe, living organisms, time, man and natural phenomena. When the people at Prophet Muhammad's time inquired, "Why doesn't God send us miracles such as transforming a stick into snake or an ordinary hand into one that is radiant as He did during the time of Musa?" The Qur'an drew their attention to a "scientific allusion": " There is not an animal (that lives) on earth, nor a being that flies with wings, but (forms part of) communities like you". Many of these scientific allusions and linguistic miracles are illuminated in the book with succinct clarity and logical inquiry.
