I am a full-time mom to two sassy, strong-willed, loveable little girls. What can I say? They take after their Mama. I’m on the wrong side of 30, and I have been married to my best friend for over ten years and I couldn’t imagine doing life with anyone else by my side. We are Southern California transplants, currently residing in a very rural part of the east coast. I have two crazy dogs that I adore, even though they drive me out of my ever-loving mind most days.

Writing and graphic design consume all of my spare time and I could not be happier. This journey I am on is a crazy one, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Now this could've worked for me but I'll be honest it went down hill when Mikey was disappointed he didn't get to see his cousin spank his wife. Like?? Why you lusting to see your cousin spank his wife.
Then when Nora (h)and him get home they watch the cousin punish his wife for being rude to Nora again why? I know it's supposed to be humiliated for the wife and a pubishment but it felt wired since Mikey wanted to see that in the first few pages.. so it felt ick to me.
Also didn't like Nora and her brat side she was unlikable.. I just couldn't click.

A riveting read, great addition to the DeCosta family, once started impossible to put down

II have read all of the books in this series nd there has not been one that I have started and had to finish in one sitting, they are that engrossing it simply is impossible to put the down and this was exactly the same.

Cole and Adele have quite the story to tell and it is important that only the closest know the truth of who she is otherwise she would most likely end up being attacked, her Daddy takes every care of her but never takes anything for granted and he and his brothers are extremely protective of their extremely brave and smart sister who has made their brother Cole a new and very different man.

When Cole and Adele and Miley all attended a meeting with Carlos Romano, they are not quite sure what to expect but when his daughter Leonora arrives prior to going out her father orders her to attend the meeting which she is not happy about and ensures that every knows it.

Suddenly Carlos states that he wants one of the DeCosta’s to marry his daughter, this will tighten up their union both in family ties and also makes them stronger among the other mafia families, imagine Coles surprise when his brother Mikey puts himself forward and much to Nora’s ire they are married within 20 minutes and she has been moved out of her fathers house and into theirs immediately.

Things are a little rocky at first and then as Mikey shows that he will stand for no nonsense and that he sees her as his wife and girl and she calls him daddy they seem to be happy, she has never had the strength of a man that will say no! and punish her when necessary and she flourishes also being part of such a tight family where she is immediately considered a sister is humbling and she realises the importance of this and her attitude and priorities change dramatically.

This is a wonderful read with a great deal of action and adventure and I guarantee that like me you will be left looking forward to future books.

I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

When Mikey DeCosta watches his cousin with his wife interact, it almost makes him want a girl of his own, but he doesn't ever plan to marry. When they go to the Romano compound on Family business, he sees Nora Romano on the stairs, and he is done for. She has grown into a beautiful woman from the little girl he remembers, but is very spoiled. Her father wants a husband for her, stat. Mikey offers to be that husband. She argues against it, and her father threatens to cut her off completely. Half an hour later, they are married and off to a rocky start. Nobody has challenged her in a very long time, and her first spanking is a rude awakening. Nora has no intention of ceding control, and the amused and calm Mikey refuses to let her control him. They are at an impasse.

This is a delicious romp. On the lighter side for a Mafia romance, Mikey and Nora are evenly matched. When Nora is in danger, Mikey will do anything to keep her safe, and his cousin Cole will back him up. Of course, they get their happy ever after, because the authors love their readers. This may be read as a stand alone, but there are lots of references to Cole and Adele's story, so it's better read in order. Luckily, both books are awesome. This is a very worth the one click book.

I received an ARC for this book, and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

Daddy's Claim is a forced marriage DDlg story without age play. Michael and Leonora are each from a different mafia family. Leonora's dad is fed up with her spoiled brattyness so he wants to marry her off and Michael volunteers. The beginning of their relationship is rocky with Leonaro being so stubborn and argumentative. While Michael struggled to find his footing as a daddy. He kept comparing her behavior to Adele, his best friends little girl, even though the two ladies were night and day. Once he figures out he needs to treat her differently because she's her own person and Adele's punishments don't work for her. Their relationship begins to grow deeper. The amount of growth that Leonora goes through throughout the book is fantastic and makes her more loveable. The kinkyness, action, drama and spice make for a great read. The couple get their HEA and an overdue honeymoon. These ladies sure do know how to come up with cool names. Cole Porter from book one and Leonora Romano in this one. I could have done without all the threats of spankings from Michael. Great quick read!

I am leaving my honest review for a complimentary copy of this book via the author.

Carlos Romano has been hearing other families talking about the Cole and his new wife Adele. They aren’t happy with her. Cole and his cousin Michael certainly don’t care about the talk. But Carlos needs something else. He needs to marry off his daughter Lenora. He can no longer deal with her bratty ways. Michael knows he can tame Nora’s brattiness. She just needs a firm hand.

This is a continuation of the DeCosta family. Cole is still dealing with Adele being a naughty girl. Michael is now given Lenora. But boy is she a big pain in the butt. She was defiantly spoiled by her father. Michael has his work cut out for him to tame her attitude. There is more to Nora. Yeah, she is bratty but I think a lot Is just because she was spoiled and never had guidance. Her and Adele rubbed each other the wrong way but they learning about each other helped. Nora did make mistakes and got punished. She made a huge one towards the end. But things are settles sort of. We still have a running issue going on for the family.

A forced marriage story, one I wouldn't exactly call insta-love, but perhaps insta-attraction that leads to bedroom antics. Mikey agrees to marry Nora to solidify the working relationship between their families. Beautiful to look at, Nora is a grade A brat and her father has given her an ultimatum, marry or be cut off. After living with his cousin and his wife, Mikey has seen how being a Daddy Dom works and he decides to start as he means to go and keep Nora in line. She won't admit it to herself, but she loves his control, maybe not the punishments quite as much. But changing her lifelong habits are difficult. Trust and communication between these two are the key to making it work. But there are some nefarious forces at work, which hint that we'll hear more about in future books. My big complaint was how Nora acted at the very end. I thought it didn't fit with her growing character.

Can Mikey claim and tame the brat?

Leonora, a spoiled princess born into the mafia, has went too far and her father arranges a marriage for her to keep her safe. Mikey has his hands full but rises to the constant challenge of keeping her in line. This is the second story in the Dangerous Obsessions series and with it comes all of the angst, and fear that comes with mafia stories. It is engaging and I hard time putting it down once I began reading. It has so much emotion and ends with a HEA.
This story is well written and engaging. It kept me on the edge of my seat more than once! I love how the dual POV helps define both characters and how the authors used the characters from the previous book to help with character development. This book is a solid 5 star read and I am hoping for another in this series!!

I initially struggled with this book. I thought the storyline was weak in places, and the characters lacked depth making their journey unbearable. I do feel that reading the first book in the series would have been beneficial and given me the background I needed. Despite this, I still enjoyed this short read with its twist and turns that I didn't see coming.

The emotional growth of Nora was the highlight of this book for me. It was unrealistic to expect Nora to change from the brat she was and acceptt her father was using her as a pawn to strengthen the ties between the two families. All her attempts at manipulation ended with her being punished, but she continued testing her boundaries.

I believe in lust at first sight, but I'm not as convinced of love at first sight. I feel that Michael’s offer to marry Nora was because he envied his cousin's relationship with his wife. Michel was dominant in every way, and being a daddy took work and advice from his experienced cousin. Michael helped Nora release her inner little while learning it took give and take to be the daddy she needed.

Despite there being no past, their relationship grew in leaps and bounds. One thing the authors do is shatter the stereotypical expectation of a relationship of this type. Their roles didn't come naturally, but when they did, it was magic. I loved the push and pull. The authentic power exchange. This story was steamy and brimming with emotion. Just the way I like it.

I honestly struggled to like Michael. While I agree that Nora acted like a brat, Michael was a thousand times worse. He was nothing but a bully looking at abusing his wife. Whipping someone with a belt is uncalled for in my opinion. Both Cole and Michael need to learn to discipline in private. Doing it in public is humiliating and certainly isn’t a Daddy in my opinion. There is no way I would ever call that AH Daddy. In fact, I’d be filing abuse charges at the police station. That’s what should have happened. I felt sorry for Nora! Her husband was no better than her actual father, but at least her real father didn’t abuse her. I received an ARC copy.

Lots of ups and downs for Mikey and Nora, but love is definitely in the air.

I love Mafia Daddy Doms and the Little Girls they marry! The DeCosta mafia family is a strong family. When another Mafia Don gives his daughter to Michael to marry, it takes quite a bit of "persuasion" for Nora to become the good girl she needs to be for her husband and Daddy. Will she learn quickly or continue her bratty ways? Allysa Hart and Stella Moore have written one awesome second book in this series. A definite must read for anyone who enjoys Mafia, Doms, Daddy, or a combination of these books!

Working for his cousin in the family crime organization, was never supposed to lead to his marrige. But the day Michael "Mikey" DeCosta went with his cousin to visit a rival mob family, he comes back home with a wife. Lenora "Nora", is a spoiled brat, and she's used to getting whatever she wants from her father. But when she meets Michael, she quickly learns this is one daddy she can't wrap around her finger. Before they even leave her family home, she gets spanked over his knee for being rude.
For some reason, the minute Mikey sees Nora, all grown-up, he knows he will do anything to own her. The infuriating, spoilt sexy goddess will be his and no one else. He will claim her as his own, no matter what it takes. Nora is used to getting what she wants and meeting Michael and his strict discipline is a rude awakening.
But this daddy is up to the challenge, both of taming her and keeping her safe. Like the 1st book in the series, this book is filled with delicious, sexy scenes that will make you all hot and bothered. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

Absolutely brilliant! While I loved the first book, this one had me laughing out loud at times. She started off such a brat, thinking she ruled the roost, taking out her frustrations on others. And then she was married, and all that changed, right? Well, not so much, and her Daddy was a powerful man he knew what she needed. That twist really shocked me, but the way she reacted afterwards was a surprise as well, and that ending… no surprise given the way she is 😊 A great book and I hope there are more to come!

This book is full of unexpected events. I loved Nora. She may be a brat but she is also neglected. Michael is perfect for her and so are the DeCosta family. This story will carry the reader on a wild ride. Elements include some violence and lots of hot erotic sexy scenes and well deserved spankings. I enjoyed all the different characters especially Micky's mother. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and I recommend it. A very enjoyable and interesting story. I read it in one sitting.

What a fun story, Nora was such a spoiled brat she was appalled when her father said she either had to get married or he would cut her off. Fortunately for her Mikey stepped up and knew exactly how to tame her. There were some very steamy scenes in this story and some intrigue and betrayal but through it all Michael and Nora fell in love and he would protect her with his life. A really great ending that captures everything.

Loving and caring in the family.

Lenora and Michael only know each other via news from family.
Noras dad needs to make a deal with Michaels family to insure she is always safe.
Lenora is spoiled by her family and is definitely in for a rude awakening as to how she is going to have to behave or have the consequences to face.
Loved this book and the characters.

I read an early review copy of this book for an honest review.

Hot from page one. Michael never expected what he got from a meeting, but he's going with it and willing to teach Nora a lesson or two. She's definitely a brat. Michael is one tough alpha, he takes what he wants, when he wants. I enjoyed this story of getting to know each other, in a very fast paced way, she kept him on his toes. Had to fan my self quite a few times.

Sizzling hot, fast paced, intense, full of spunk and amazing chemistry; Daddy’s Claim makes for one seriously captivating page turner.
With humanly flawed yet completely lovable characters - that grow throughout their highly entertaining and at times humorous battle of wills - and a plot that is an enjoyable mix of feels, deliciously sexy kink, danger and suspense, this book was unputdownable from attention grabbing beginning to satisfying, smile-inducing, heart-melding end.

This was one of those books that makes you miss your bedtime reading "just one more chapter". I loved Nora's spunk and sass. She may be a spoiled princess, but that doesn't mean she's going to put up with anyone telling her what to do. Mikey DeCosta has no idea what he's signing up for when he agrees to marry Nora, but he's up for the challenge. This family is full of adventure and there's never a dull moment. This story is so hot your Kindle might burn up!

Mikey DeCosta works with his cousin Cole, we know him from the last book. They go for a meeting and Mikey comes back married!

Nora is a brat, there's no two ways about it. But while she had her father wrapped around her finger, that's gonna fly with Mikey.

It's a rough start at the beginning of their relationship, but safety and happiness always win!

I'm looking forward to more of this family.

This story was a little harder for me to get into than the first one was. Nora is an over the top brat who needs a firm hand. Mickey didn't seem like a daddy to me at first and then he slowly learned but man, these two seemed more like enemies at times. Another thing that sort of bothered me is I'm not really into humiliation and there were a few scenes that I didn't care for but I still finished it and enjoyed the ending!

This is the second book in the series and focuses on Mikey and Nora. However, the plot and characters from book one are involved significantly in this one so I wouldn’t call it a standalone. This book has a DD/lg relationship but unlike the first book FMC is not a submissive and is an super brat. The steam level is high throughout and was creative and entertaining. This ends in and HEA for the couple.

From the very beginning you can tell that Nora needs a Daddy to get her brat under control and Michael is up for the task. From the moment they say 'I Do' until the end, Nora challenges Michael not only as his wife but also as his little girl. I loved the story but only gave it 4 stars because it did feel a little rushed but overall it was a great story with great characters. I can't wait to read more books in the future from both of these authors!

Bratty little princess

Leonora has perfected the art of brattiness and her father about had enough. In true mafia fashion a deal is struck and Nora finds herself married to Mikey DeCosta. Despite being a hunk of a tall yummy glass of water he's firm and set to keep Nora safe even from herself. Unfortunate for her bottom though. Lol.
The chemistry between Mikey and Nora is palpable and the power exchange is delicious.

I normally don't do Mafia books but this one sounded good to me. I am so glad I tried it.
Nora is the brat of all brats. She is married off to Mikey through a deal that is struck.
At first he has a hard time figuring out how to tame the bratty lil vixen. I loved watching the trial and errors and seeing how their relationship unfolds. Mikey also does whatever needed to protect Nora and keep her safe. Read to find out how the story plays out!

I enjoyed this book. You can really feel the heat, sparks and tension burning between Lenora and Mikey. The story itself is quite enticing. The combination of drama, danger, action, emotion, kink and sizzling steam went down easily and was exceedingly enjoyable. This is my forthright, volitional review.

This is a steamy, quick read that's fast-paced (forced wedding), full of surprises, and very enjoyable. The battles between Nora and Michael were at sometimes humorous, but the emotions run deep and their chemistry couldn't be denied. He's determined to be in charge and she's determined to push at every boundary he establishes, and the ending left me with a smile on my face.

she was a spoiled shrue

she was a spoiled shrue. Could not relate to her at all. She was a bully who treats people like dirt. He deserved someone better no way he wants her to raise his future children. She would make a awful mother. She just was completely h relatable and I found it very very hard to get into the story.

I just adored this book. It was a arranged marriage, enemies to lovers type book with a Mafia spin.
Michael agrees to marry the bratty and out of control Nora.
Naturally Nora is having none of it and fights it every step of the way. This book has plenty of spankings, loads of steam and banter and a perfect HEA.
Great book to read, just don't expect to put it down once you start!
