I just have to keep reminding myself that this is an act. For both our sakes...

Book 5 in the Bratva Brothers series ~it's best to read these in order. Something happened in book 4 that ties into this one.

Featuring ~ dual 1st person POV, tattooed dangerous man, Russian mafia, single mom, fake dating

Sadie is on a hike alone when shots ring out and she stumbles upon a man with a gunshot wound to the head. She calls 911 and stays by his bedside until he wakes up...6 weeks later. That's quite a long time for someone to stick around when she doesn't even know him....or does she?

When Dmitri wakes up from a coma he has plenty of questions, but the first one is ~ who is the cute brunette that's sitting at his bedside? He was found without a wallet, phone or keys so he's deemed a John Doe and that's how he wants to keep it for now while he tries to figure out which of his 'friends' shot him and left him for dead.

In true Willow form we get a quick read with a protective and dangerous, yet sweet at times, hero. It's light on the mafia and heavy on the chemistry.

I was given this book by the author for my honest review.
Sadie a single mom of a 13 year old is out hiking when she hears two gun shots. She comes across a man barely alive this is Dmitri. Well Dmitri is part of the bratva russian equivalent of the Mafia. Did I enjoy the story yes, did I love it no as at times it felt like whole lots of the story had been missed out on to get to the next part. At no time would someone who isn't family be let into a room of a patient unless they had permission to do so, let alone for 6 weeks while they were in a coma. But I digress as that is just a small part of the story. Who would want Dmitri dead? His boss? His best friend? Or the couple he had been sent to kill in the first place but didn't get the chance? Well you do find out and why.
Then there is the building romance of Sadie and Dmitri I did enjoy the story just wasn't blown away by it, but that's just my opinion and my honest review.

This book is mysterious, full of intrigue and revenge, and there's a dash of romance! Three stars.

This is part of the Bravta Brother series. Dmitri was found by Sadie who was walking by when she found him shot. She stays by his side while he’s in the hospital since they don’t know who he is. He looses some memory. Sadie is such a good person for helping out a stranger when she knows nothing about him. I loved how protective dmitri was with Sadie.

Very disappointed

I am very disappointed in just this book. Okay for one Luka did not shoot Dimitri it was Nikita. And it was not Savannah sister that lives in Montana it is Lucy sister Katie. It was Nikita that ran the club not Luka. This dose not even have Nikita and Lucy in it. Please recheck the pass books. I enjoy Willow Fox as writer.

This Is part of the Bratva Brothers series each book can be read as a standalone but connects via events/characters so buckle up this is a wild ride, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, so gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, arranged marriage, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love (ALL THINGS TO EXPECT FROM THE MAFIA WORLD). By the time you’ve figured out who is who and what is what, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter!

Dmitri sexy as all get out bratva boss was shot left for dead because Luka from previous story was busy trying to protect two others thinking he was going to die out in the woods since Mikhail the current Pakhan left their hands tied and he was left to die. Sadie intelligent with a good heart naturally will help when it is needed so while hiking she comes across a dying man and not willing to just walk away makes the decision to help ensuring he gets to the hospital staying with him during his recovery while there they get to know each other a little better but she doesn’t know the real reasons why he was shot, left for dead yet there is something there. The attraction is instant, insanely intense and the magnetic pull can’t be ignored but Dmitri is doing his best to keep her safe away from his life and his interactions with her daughter are too funny as we know teenagers will do and say things they know aren’t exactly right but when has that ever stopped them but this little girl love her mom so grilling is understandable I mean picture it a big dangerous bratva man and a teenager who isn’t the least bit scared of him ….yep told you funny 😊 but will he remember why he was shot since his memory is a little fuzzy, when he does remember what then, he doesn’t do relationships yet he finds himself wanting to be with her, protect her/her daughter, and can they find happiness with everything that is going on?.

Dmitri was shot and left for dead in the previous book when Luka chose to protect Anton and Savannah. That moment was shocking to say the least but Mikhail, the Pakhan did push them into a corner with no other foreseeable way out.

Dmitri is found by Sadie, who happened to be hiking through the forest. Her proclivity to help others and big heart propels her to help Dmitri and stay by his side in the hospital while he recovers. This chance meeting propels their relationship, and while they agree to have it fake as first, they cannot deny that there are feelings growing. However, secrets threaten to tear them apart.

I liked Sadie as a character, as she is a responsible mother looking out for her daughter. While helping someone she doesn’t know at all might seem unfathomable and seems like she threw all caution to the wind, her generosity and suspicions that she might know at least a part of who he is, makes her wanting to help him more believable. She also trusts him more the more they interact. She is also tough as nails and doesn’t let anyone walk over her.

Dmitri himself is kind, wanting to protect Sadie and not involve her in his lifestyle, though he also wants to stay by her side. He also gets along with Sadie’s daughter, Ally, who is a hoot herself as a young teenager and is also looking out for her mother. Dmitri as well wants to find it what happened the day he was shot as his recollection is fuzzy at best and is rationale in his approach.

In terms of plot, this mostly focuses on the romance aspect with light mafia involvement. Nonetheless, I enjoyed this story!.

What an amazing ending to a fabulous series. I loved each and every book from the Bratva Brothers series and I hate that this was last one.

When Sadie runs across Dmitri in the woods, he’s been shot, she does the right thing by calling 911. But she has no idea who this insanely handsome man with a star tattoo on his chest really is! All she does know is she can’t leave him by himself in the hospital. She’s determined to help him. But she also wants to be cautious, she’s a single mom and doesn’t allow men into her life because she wants to protect her daughter.
The attraction between Dmitri and Sadie is hot. He doesn’t do relationships and girlfriends, but he wants that with Sadie. Dmitri is also careful, he needs to protect Sadie and her daughter, not wanting them to know who he works for. He also needs to know who shot him and why.
Dangerous Boss definitely did not disappoint, I loved Dmitri and Sadie, and Allie was a “ray of sunshine”! She didn’t pull any punches with her mom and Dmitri.
I wish this book was longer! I really enjoyed it and I’d love to get a follow up book and see where Dmitri and Sadie’s relationship goes… besides down the aisle! Maybe giving Allie a little sibling!?

I thoroughly enjoyed this Mafia Romance it hooked me from the start full of suspense, intrigue, danger, violence, secrets, lies, betrayal, passion, angst, fear, trauma, twists that have you turning the pages.
Dimitri was found shot in the woods by a single mother Sadie who has a daughter Allie she got him to hospital pretending he doesn't remember anything he doesn't want to lie to her who his boss is but doesn't want to scare her either.
Sadie works at a hotel keeps checking in on Dimitri to see how he's going there's definitely an attraction between the two I loved the chemistry between them.
Dimitri will do anything up protect Sadie & Allie but he needs to know if it was his brothers that betrayed him or the Italian Mafia she doesn't know the danger her & Allie are in.
I definitely recommend to get this amazing well written story so well worth the read, will Sadie & Dimitri get a HEA along with Allie you must get this book to see what happens it certainly won't disappoint I thoroughly enjoyed this story.

Wow what an absolute amazing book, the story was amazingly awesome and the characters were sensational. This book was dark, twisted, action, suspense, violence, danger, enemies, anger, frustration, fear, trauma, courage, chaos, conflicts, confusion, betrayal, lies, secrets, arguing, lust, sizzling passion, rough, kinky romance, friends with benefits, Mafia and Bratva. Dmitri doesn't want to lie about who he works for but he didn't want to scare the person that found him in the woods. Sadie is a single mum works for a hotel, came across a man that had been shot. Sadie kept checking in on the man that nearly died, there was an undeniable attraction between these two and her teenage daughter went for the ride.

The conclusion to the Bratva Brothers series by Willow Fox was a good one, if not quite as exciting as the prior books, but a solid read. This picked up after Dmitri was shot in the head and left for dead but Sadie, literally, stumbles upon him when out for a run. She calls the police and gets him to the hospital where she sits at his bedside for 6 weeks while he is in a coma. When he wakes up he plays dumb, telling people at first that he doesn't remember who he is and certainly not that he's in the Bratva. Through the book, there's a touch of suspense and action, a lot of steamy scenes and obviously romance that leads to an HEA. I could have used a bit more excitement like in some of the other books but the story was a really quick read and an enjoyable one!.

I enjoyed reading the last book in this series. I enjoyed getting to know Dmitri a little better and to find out that he might just have a softer side to him! Sadie is a single mom who is feisty, sassy, and strong-minded. She is no pushover and is a perfect match for the dark and mysterious Dmitri. Sadie comes across Dmitri after he had been shot and left in the forest. Something about him made Sadie want to stay by his side until he woke up from his coma.

What happens though when Sadie unknowingly goes to work for the Italian mafia? Of course, Dmitri will go all caveman on her. Will they be able to get past this? The suspense, drama, secrets, twists, and truths will make it very hard to put this book down! I look forward to reading more from this author. I’m afraid this last two books shouldn’t have existed. The storyline is all over the place, I mean WHAT? hahaha. As a standalone it’s a good story and that is why I give it 3 stars, because it was fun, and cute and I have a good time…. But, as a part of this series? What do you mean Nobody knows what happened with Anton and Savanna but Nikita and Dimitri, what happened with “the family” bullshit ? hahaha. What do you mean she was working with the Italians and they left her alone without saying anything? What happened with the FBI plot line? I don’t know, I got the impression that something was missing all the time. And as a final book of the series I kind of expected more! This one felt like a novella, you know like a story from the same universe but not relevant to the primary stories. Ugh AGAIN justice for Anton! Hahaha at least everyone was happy.

Love the suspense in this book with Dmitri on the hunt to find who shot him! He doesn't know if his brothers betrayed him or whether it was the Italian Mafia.

Sadie found him and feels drawn into helping him find answers and also wants to make sure he's safe and that the person doesn't come back to finish the job.

However, she doesn't know the danger that she's actually in and that Dmitri is keeping secrets from her.

I love this series of books from Willow, they're always well-written and keep you hooked from the first page. I highly recommend reading the full series, although they are all standalone books.

This Dark, Twisted Mafia story loaded with tension, interest, risk, tumult, apprehension, insider facts, lies, treachery, dread, injury, energy, brutality, and turns makes this very irresistible read. Dimitri and Sadie's science is hot however he doesn't do lady friends or connections something about her he needs that with her yet he must be mindful so as to safeguard her and Allie, he doesn't believe Sadie should know who he works for in addition to he has to realize who shot him and why.
I recommend this exceptionally fascinating serious drama to check whether he can safeguard Sadie, Allie, and himself against his foes. I completely enjoyed in this book!!.

Sadie is walking thru the woods when she hears gun shots, she stumbles over a man on the ground. He has a pulse and she calls for help. She follows the ambulance to the hospital. The man has been put into a coma, that does not stop her from visiting, he has no one. When he wakes he does not know who he is and offers him some help.

Dmitri wakes after six weeks on the hospital and does not remember who shot him. He tells the doctor and Sadie does not remember his name, but he does. He needs to find out who wanted him dead, it is better to remain hidden.

The more time he spends with Sadie the deeper she gets under his skin. What will she think when she finds out who he really is?.

The Doctors put him into a medically induced coma, but Sadie visits him every day. When Dmitri wakes it's six weeks later and he can't remember who shot him but he does remember his name. He fakes his amnesia as he needs time to find out who wants him dead. He and Sadie end up getting close as he spends lots of time with her. What happens when Sadie finds out the truth about Dmitri? Will she care who he is? Will they get their HEA? Great story and wonderful series.

The last book left me wanting to see how it finally plays out with the Family. Dmitri is back from the dead. Sadie is going to be his savior in many ways. She thinks she is protecting him but she actually has no idea the danger that surrounds him. He and Sadie have chemistry and a real connection. This book has betrayal, survival, family, vengeance, danger, possessiveness, passion and love.

This is a great story that will draw you in from the first chapter on. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Willow Fox has written a really sweet Mafia romance with several twists. Sadie is out running when she finds Dimitri shot. She calls 911 and then follows them to the hospital. Sadie continues to visit Dimitri while he is in a coma for six weeks. You need to read the book to find out all the things Sadie does for Dimitri, how she introduces her daught Allie to Dimitri, how she unknowingly gets a job with a rival Mafia group and all the twists including a run in with a grizzly bear until they get their HEA.

This was so good!!
Dmitri was shot in the head and left for dead in the forest when Sadie out hiking, hearing the gun shots finds him.
I loved the connection and chemistry between the two and the sitting of her daughter Allie really adds to the relationship. Also adds some fun moments as well. They are both passionate people although feeding their way slowly.
Well written, I'm really enjoying Willow Fox's writing style and easy read interesting books. Another amazing story this is!!.

When Sadie hears gun shots she goes and investigates only to find an injured man who doesn't know who he is or so he says! Dimitri was shot and left for dead and now he wants revenge, but he also has a connection with Sadie a single mom whom he doesn't want caught up in his fight. Will these two weather the storm Dimitri is about to encounter and will it lead them to a happily ever after! This intense story kept me glued to the pages. Once I started it was difficult to stop reading.

When the man wakes, he pretends not to know anything. Dmitri doesn't know who shot him and is playing it safe until he knows more. Dmitri works for Mikhail, a Russian Pakhan. Dmitri and Sadie fake a relationship. Will Dmitri and Sadie stay together? Who shot Dmitri? What happens the next time Sadie goes walking in the woods? Great story. Can't wait to which Bratva guy is next to find his true love!

Another good read from Willow Fox! It was interesting seeing the Sadie's innocence re the mafia and then her reaction to the Bratva, and the fall out - I think there was something missing between realising what this actually means for Sadie and Allie. however I thought the chat between Anton and Dmitri and consequently Luka, was brushed over a bit compared to the pace of early on in the book.

Definitely worth continuing with the series!.

This is the 5th book in this series and is Sadie and Dimitri’s journey. Sadie comes across a mysterious man who has been shot, and left in the forest, and calls 911. Sadie stays by Dimitri’s side throughout his coma, and he has no memory of who he is or what happened. This is a well written story which has secrets, drama, suspense, danger, intrigue, twists, truths, and love, which leads to a riveting page turner.

I love the relationship and chemistry between Sadie and Dimitri. Being a mafia book, there is of course some angst in this book and that's part of the reason I love them so much!

Love the fact that Dimitri is protective and dangerous. But at times, he is sweet, especially with Sadie.

This is a mafia book that is less focused on the mafia side of things and more on the chemistry between the characters.

This book made absolutely no sense. Important characters were written off. Plot was left completely hanging. What was the point of the Italian mafia plot line? The fbi plot? The savannah and Anton plot? This whole book just didn't make sense. Now if was just Dimitri and Sadie with no relation to any other characters, it would have been great. I would have been lost, but not completely thrown the way I was when I read this. Nothing was resolved at all. Nothing made any sense. I regret reading this book 🥺😔

I loved this series. All
Of the books were amazing and held my attention from the first page to the last. I wasn’t crazy about how the previous book ended with Anton and Savannah but we glad they touched on that couple in this book.
Sadie and Dmitri seemed to be destined to be together since the beginning. I love how Sadie stood her ground somewhat and made sure he knew she was a strong woman with or without him. I liked how him and Allie got along too. I wonder if Allie will get a book eventually.

When Sadie goes in her hike she comes across Dmitri injured and left for dead, she calls an ambulance and stays with him, but know she can't get to close to him, her daughter comes first in life. But Dmitri is out for revenge he doesn't want to get Sadie mixed up in his dark world but their connection is to deep to ignore. Well written steamy drama action revenge and more!.
