Piper didn’t see it coming. Jonathan didn’t see it coming. No one saw it coming.
All Piper ever wanted was to get married. She meets Jonathan, and it’s love at first sight for both. After a whirlwind engagement, the wedding day has finally arrived. There’s still so much to learn about each other, but Piper is fine with letting the puzzle pieces fall into place as time goes on. After all, they’re in love and isn’t that all that really matters? Wrong. What they discover is so devastating, even Cupid considers using his arrow to shoot himself.
Hilariously funny from start to finish.
No explicit sex scenes, but the author keeps you turning pages with humor, plot, and romance. No harsh language.
You will find yourself laughing out loud the Rose provided each character with charisma and charm that strangers will be looking to try and figure out what you’re laughing for.
This rom-com plays with the idea that love at first sight is never as simple as it sounds, throwing the characters into awkward moments, misunderstandings, and sweet surprises. Readers get a light, funny story about attraction, timing, and what really makes people click. Great if you want something feel-good with humor and just enough chaos to keep you turning pages.
Piper’s wedding is happening too fast for everything to go smoothly. And of course nothing will. Very light, humorous and entertaining read for anyone who enjoys romantic comedy.
This was such a delectable read and a page turner. If you are looking for a light rom-com this is it. I read it in one sitting. It's full of ridiculous situations that will make you cringe or laugh out loud but the ending is satisfying.
