Prophesied Kingdom

Rate this book
Xali’s world has shattered completely.
She has lost loved ones and now Carnick has turned on her. The war between the Fates and the gods has poisoned every aspect of her life and shaken the foundation of her faith. She must push past her fear, the doubt she has about her powers, and claim her destiny. Only then will she free them all, only then will there be even a fraction of hope. Before her sits a severed kingdom, a cursed kingdom, one for which she must sacrifice everything for it to become the prophesied kingdom she was destined to create.

Rcvd an advanced reader copy from BookSirens for giving my two cents. We met Xali, Ren and Carnick previously when Carnicks Dark power of the God's takes him away from Xali and promises to spill her blood. Xali is having a hard time woth Carnicks betrayal and those of her family except her brother. She saw the shift in his eyes but deep down she knows he is still in there. What Xali doesn't know is that she is with child and it makes the betrayal even more horrible. Xali can't sit around and wait she needs to do smtg and that smtg is to find Carnick. She knows she must go to him in the mountains to end this...but how. The prophecy intertwines Ren, Xali and Carnick but how far must they go? How much blood needs to be spilled? The Fates and the God's are at war and these 3 are at the epicenter. What Xali knows for sure is that the Queen is with her all the way. Can Xali accept her fate and save them all?

This trilogy is a fantastical fantasy. Book 2 ended with Karnic turning into darkness and leaving Zari.Fate and the gods battled to destroy the world. Prophesied Kingdom is the culmination of this amazing series, all of humanity and the world in balance. I think this trilogy is a must-read series. This story caught my attention from the very first book. Being able to watch Xali learn, grow and push boundaries has been the best way of the series. All the characters and plots fit really well and flow well. This is a story worth investing time in.

Xali and Carnick will continue to fight each other . The Gods and Fates have put them through so many trials in order to fulfill the prophesy that one will have to sacrifice a life to save the other. This book is full of emotions that will tear at your heart strings and you will wish that there is some happiness for all the heartache that Xali and Carnick have gone through. This was an awesome ending to the series. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

The prefect way to end the series. Parts will pull at your heartstrings making you hurt for Xali. But as always Jackola picks up the broke pieces and puts you back together, she never torments a character without it being worth it.

I am glad that i continued to read this series. It took me 1.5 days to read this book. I could not put it down. It made me cry for some of the characters. I felt so happy with the ending.
