This is beyond a self-help book; it's a genuine guide for living true to your authentic self. Through both wisdom and vulnerability, the authors of this book offer a variety of effective strategies to elevate your living, bringing you into closer contact with yourself and the world around you.
The chapter I personally find most helpful is Chapter 18, written by Jamie Lee Murphy.
Using her own lived experiences as an example (experiences which resonate with many of us), Jamie reminds us to take time to reflect and listen to our inner voice. Is it really your own voice that's speaking to you? What messages have you internalized- from family, community, and even the media? When these messages no longer serve their purpose in our lives, Jamie outlines a strategy to express the gratitude for the things they have taught us, and to move on to a voice that is more uplifting, and true to ourselves.
Because of the many authors who have collaborated here, you'll be able to find a variety of perspectives, and certainly one will align closely with yours in a way that makes sense to your inner self. Lived experience, and the wisdom of others, is one of the most valuable commodities available to society.

This is a treasure trove of knowledge and information! Want to increase your abundance, learn how to attract the right person for you, figure out how someone got past that trauma and has a glowing life now or find out what the heck Human Design is? This is the book for you. Many stories and ways to make your life better, live and figure out what works best for you. Each chapter is short, sweet but powerful with steps on how to be the best you. Read some, all or somewhere between you will be impressed. Don’t skip the Human Design chapter for it helps you to understand why you do the things you do, thanks Kristi!!
