Blaquehattan
The moment Mullah Blaque turned eighteen, she moved to Virginia to start her life. She wanted to live a normal life away from her family. The Blaque family is infamous for everything under the sun, and all Mullah wanted to do was live a normal life without being connected to her family. Now eight years later, she still lives in Virginia and owns one of the hottest boutiques in the DMV. Women from as far as Atlanta make the trip to visit her store, Noire.
Mullah lives in the richest and most prominent part of Virginia with her son, is a successful business owner and owns her own four thousand square foot home. On the outside looking in, she has everything that any woman would want. Except happiness. While dealing with her baby’s father on and off, she hasn’t made any room in her life for love. It’s always about her son and her business. Nothing more.
Wiz has always moved to the beat of his own drum. As the only child, he only knew how to be alone. Once his father passed, it was up to Wiz to step into his father’s role. Wiz has been a part of the Blaque Mafia for as long as he’s been alive. His father was best friends with Tony Blaque before he passed away. At her graduation party, he met Mullah Blaque. His breath is knocked out of his chest when he lays eyes on her. The last time he saw Mullah was at that party, years ago.
Mullah has cut love out of her life for years, is she going to let Wiz in? Or is she comfortable with being a baby mother for the rest of her life?
Maphia Blaque is the eldest Blaque daughter. Her brother, Boone, is the oldest out of all of the siblings. Except, the pressure to be married was never weighed on Boone’s shoulders. At twenty-five, Maphia married her husband, Latif. She had always been in love with him and watched as he handled business for the family. Maphia was forbidden fruit until she turned twenty-five. Ms. Jah I just love reading your books and this one is no different. Mullah is a sweetheart and deserves happiness. Rashuan can kick rocks. You never miss your water until your well runs dry. Trina is a trick and I can not wait until she gets hers. Mullah did the right thing by bursting her bubble kudos. I can not wait until part two drops. Great job. May God continue to bless and keep you and your family in good health. Normally I have a lot of questions but I will wait. I am happy for Maphia and she needs to leave her husband, her father needs to kick him out of the mafia. People do not sleep on this book. Download it today

Next WINTER !!!!
This book started out swinging uh Kay ! I'm genuinely happy for Maphia and Mullah mending their relationship...I'm also happy that they both got happy endings at least in this book...the thing I would have like to see more of was intimacy from Mullah and Wiz...I Hope Latif burn in hell along with Rashuan ! And I can't wait to see Machetti's story unfold I'm sure it's going to be wild lol...overall I LOVED this book ass I do all books by Jah && I'll be looking forward to reading the next one !

Great Read *spoiler alert*
Jacquel’s pen game is unmatched. This is a good story that ended too soon for me. I would love to finish the series out because I am interested in seeing how things turn out with Maphia, I want her to leave Latif cause he is playing in her face for real. I’m glad Mullah left Rasaun. Wiz is a good look for her, I hope he remains to be a good man as the series continues.

A lot
The story had much going on with the Blaque women and their cheating men. That part never made sense to me that women stay with a serial cheater.. There isn't that much love for me to keep getting cheated on like the ladies in this story. And why can't female best friends in these stories shop for a man outside of their friendship boundaries? This was a lot of stories to unpack.

This book is definitely a great read of sister's love and friendship!!!... I'm sooooo glad Trina got what she deserved for her show and tale behavior!!!... Rasaun is definitely sitting in the shot show he produced and he does not like the reviews!!!...I can not wait for part 2!!!...

Jah done it again. It was different but everything at the same time. I didn’t think mullah would leave Rah but Wiz came right along. Never would’ve thought Maphia didn’t have the perfect life. I can’t wait to see more of these sisters

It was an ok read. This is one of my favorite authors but this book was just okay. There's nothing wrong with it, it just didn't hold my interest like her books usually do. I read it in about a day. Would love to read more about Wiz

Man!!!!! Where is the follow up book? That’s all I want to know. This book was good. I liked the story and the characters. Even the ones that irked my soul.
