Very worthwhile! Not a typical poker instruction Manuel but a book about working to be a better poker player and person. Read one chapter a day as instructed, but now will go back and study the finer points and put them into action, plus a very interesting list of references to read.

Possibly not the best game to learn poker - as my game still sucks. But definitely one of the best self-help and self-motivation books I read. Which is surprising, but great.
