★ Part 1 of Lilly's story ★
With her father on the ruling council, Doctor Lillian Brach had lived a coveted life. Rising to Director of the viral research program, she had carved a place for herself within the Empire.

But her life plans changed the day she revealed as an Omega.

Her former research partner, Erison Tsing, has assumed control of the program. Her singularity—unique Omega gift—brings more challenges than benefits. And Tsing’s methods of testing her gift stamp over moral and ethical boundaries.

Secretly suppressing her heat, and clinging to a measure of independence unheard of for an Omega, her life is precarious enough.

But when the viral research center comes under attack, she makes some questionable decisions.

Her escort soldier has been shot...by her hand…she was trying to save his life.

Now she is trapped outside the safe zone, and enemy soldiers are closing in.

Her father promised she would never be allocated a Controller. But that’s about to change.

Dr Lillian Branch is assigned with two Alpha controllers - Ethan and Ryker. They are modified to meet Lillian's needs. Both are sadist, controlling and protective. Lillian has lived independently as long as she could by suppressing her dynamic but danger finds way and she needs her Alphas now. Ethan is so commanding and brutal, Ryker is violent and manipulative. Both are so caveman and controlling to Lillian's rebellious and fierce nature. There are so many hot scenes and I haven't got enough of Ethan.

Focusing now on the evil Dr Erison Tsing, he is upto something. I define him as the sneaky snake. I like the concept of this story. Having seen the appearance of Lillian in few of the books I was curious about her, now I can't read fast enough to know her part of the story.

Nicely woven this is the steamy beginning of Lillian's story with two deviant Alphas.

Somewhere between a 3 and 4. There were parts of this book I felt were a solid 4 stars and then other parts more of a 3.

#3 in this series, but it can be read first, it's part 1 of Lilly's story. I haven't read the first two books and feel like I understood everything just fine.

Elements of this book I liked:

- It was so refreshing to have a 28 year old Omega that had her dynamic present late, even more refreshing that she was an intelligent research doctor.

- Ethan Tsing was a great side character, definitely look forward to reading more about him in this series.

- I loved how I slowly learned more about this Omega's gift as the book progressed (and it sounds like there is more to learn in the next book).

- I've been reading a lot of old Avengers fanfic on A03 (dating back to 2013 or so), and this is the first Omegaverse series published on Amazon that gave me Natasha Romonov vibes.

In some of the Avengers M/F fanfic (especially with Natasha Romanov) you often have an Omega who is a spy, assassin, or soldier on a mission and she 'presents' as an Omega at an inconvenient time. Or she's an Omega that uses her skills somehow in missions - I haven't really seen this in published M/F Omegaverse yet (I guess Zoey Ellis' Omegaverse is reminiscent of this, because her Omegas are spies). Anyway, I liked the added element of an ongoing war in this series, and that the Omegas are more than just nurturing breeders because they have gifts that make them useful tools in the war.

When you go back to the start of M/F Omegaverse fanfic (dating back to about 2012), you'll find a lot of Superhero fanfic (Iron Man, Thor, Loki, Black Widow, even the Hulk) made into these dynamics. Omegaverse tropes (heats, knotting, bonds, dubcon/noncon inherent within the dynamic, etc) are overlapped with the tropes found in Superhero comics and movies. Fun fact: Shep from the renowned Alpha's Claim series started off as Bane in "Bane and Claire" fanfic. OG Addison Cain fans will remember Itzy Strange's Born to Be Bred and Born to Be Yours fanfic from 2015.

It's a good idea, imo, to layer Omegaverse tropes over these broader tropes found in other genres. Combined with good world-building, interesting hierarchies and power dynamics, you have a compelling story on your hands.

I definitely see some of the Superhero tropes in this series, although it's very much it's own series with unique world-building.

I lovvved Ethan. What an Alpha. What an introduction!

Then around 40% or so he hands Lilly off to Ryker.

I'm not a huge fan of Ryker, and it's on me. He's not my favorite type of Alpha, but I recognize other readers may like him. He's caring and protective of his Omega.

*sigh*

He kept on threatening Lilly that "he would tell Ethan this or that," and I swear, every time he said that I just missed Ethan even more.

Here's why I wasn't a huge fan of Ryker (completely subjective on my part!)

- He talked too much (I think the author could have tightened up his dialogue a bit)
- His inner monologue went on too much at times
- I felt like there was a lot of bravado when it came to Ryker, but I didn't see much action to back up the bravado
-I did like that he protected Lilly from Tsing. At the same time I'm so twisted I kind of loved that Tsing just wanted to use Lilly. I like how the Theta dynamics, while not as strong as the Alphas, are suppose to be the most intelligent and ambitious. While reading I could really see that with Tsing.

Now, with Ethan, there was action to back up the bravado.

Even though I wish the focus had been on Ethan rather than Ryker, I understand why Lilly was shared between two controllers. It fit into the world-building. There's almost a slight dispersonal aspect to the situation - Omegas are used in the war and they need controllers, so they're assigned them. I like that.

Despite my complaints with Ryker, I'm immediately moving on to the next book because there is going to be more Ethan.

This review is for all four books of Lily's story; I do use the spoiler function. Because the books need to be read in order (in fact, most end in cliffhangers) and characters from earlier entries in Ms. Lane's Omegaverse series appear, I don't think these work as standalones.

In this Post-Apocayptic Omegaverse, dynamics can be created artificially (due to a virus, which has new meaning in the age of Covid). This science proves helpful to the Empire in their long war against the seemingly non-dynamic Uncorrupted. Caught in the middle is Lily, a doctor whose research aids the government in the war. She, however, is also an Omega in need of protection and that's where Alphas Ethan and Ryker come in...

In general, I think those who enjoy Sci-Fi Omegaverse that isn't too harsh and has some plot to underpin all the nesting and rutting might like these. Though ménage isn't my kink, the author does a good job of making Ethan and Ryker distinct; in addition, the fact that neither initially wants to share Lily adds some interesting conflict. I also appreciated that Lily had interests and characteristics that were atypical for this genre, and that Ethan and Ryker by and large respected that.

Ultimately, however, this series wasn't for me for three reasons. First of all, it didn't need to be four books. It was enormously repetitive: Lily three times; the two MMCs fight endlessly; and whole sections are cut-and-paste throughout the books (while I understand that authors need to provide background information, they should at least vary their word choice). In addition, the third and fourth books concentrate on secondary characters to the detriment of our throuple. Since my personal preference is not for the it takes a village approach to storytelling, I skimmed those parts.

Second, Lily is far more interesting in the first books of this series (we first meet her as a secondary character) than she is here. While she has moments of autonomy and strength, throughout, she accepts everything that all the men in her life dish out with little pushback. Because of this, the relationship lacks tension; thus, the author is forced to substitute internal angst and action-movie plotlines for dramatic conflict. Again, this isn't my personal preference in narrative.

Finally and most importantly, I simply didn't buy the given circumstances and polar attitudes. While they're complex enough since they include more dynamics than the usual A, B, O (though I still don't understand why the war started), every time the author demands that I believe x, I kept thinking "Well, actually, I believe y." Since this happened quite a bit, I ultimately found neither the relationship nor the motivations compelling or believable. Here are three examples of what I was asked to accept and couldn't:

1) The Empire is "good" or at least "better" and the Uncorrupted are "bad." Uhm, okay. I mean they both kidnap and kill people, but if you say so.

2) Lily needs two protectors because she makes foolish choices -- such as risking her life to save a young soldier. You know, maybe it's that a large portion of this country can't be bothered to wear facemasks or get vaccinated in order to save others' lives (not to mention their own); maybe it's because the entire ethos of modern warfare is to kill as many civilians as you can to, I don't know, "win," but I simply can't invest in a worldview that posits that anyone trying to save another is so mentally deficient that they need a guardian. Note: I'll also add that this government is just fine exploiting the intellectual labor of one they deem incapable and weak.

3) Lily loves and trusts Ethan and Ryker because they care about her and make her feel safe. Okay, so, where, exactly does this happen because I saw no evidence of it? I saw Ryker deliberately humiliate and endanger Lily in front of a man he knows has designs on her by forcing her to dress provocatively. I saw Ethan beat her with increasingly intensity because, well, BDSM and all. I saw a woman so torn, tense, and terrified that she never got any modicum of joy out the relationship unless it involved sex. I saw two men so indifferent to her state of mind that they throughout re-traumatized an assault victim by f*king her whenever she articulated any fears or concerns rather than talking to her or getting psychiatric help. And I saw two Alphas fail in their most . Someone please tell me where exactly all this caring occurs?

2 1/2 stars. Even with all that I say above, I might have rated this more highly if it weren't for two aspects I really disliked. One, it's 2021 and I don't care what time period your fictional, futuristic universe is set in, I'm so not here for a man telling a woman some version of "." Two, my kink isn't real fear; given that Ethan and Ryker delighted in terrifying her, I didn't see them as alphas, but a*holes. YMMV and, indeed, I'm in the minority here so I encourage you to read the other reviews.

I honestly don’t understand how this book can be rated with 4 stars!

This book contains major trigger warnings but none of them were listed in the book itself!! and that’s not okay!! So if you get triggered easily please inform yourself or simply do not read it.

The female Main character was presented as strong and independent but you can’t really tell that in the book.
In fact her characteristics show her as weak, easily manipulated and naive.

Her first time with one of the two male main characters was literally rape. He forced himself on her and we knew she didn’t like it (it was hinted that she struggled) but we never really got a good view of how she felt or thought about this moment.
And it was represented as something “normal” and even good. The Male who did It even talked about doing it over and over again till she’s broken. I mean why tf would you write something like that? And then making them fall in love when all he wanted was only this thing and she wanted independence?
All the Males are talking about controlling, disciplining, breaking and f**king her and even though she complains she never really argues.
But she still “wants” to be independent she has no backbone to actually be it.

All the women are presented as something to be looked down at and only for breeding (but without the babies)

The story is also really complicated.
I did not understand the whole background story and it didn’t get better the more I read in fact I got more and more confused.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

Ethan and Ryker are great, one is a savage and the other is a psychopath. L.V Lane took the dynamic system of the omegaverse to incorporate her spanking fetish. It's always used as a punishment for conditioning omegas. I don't like the investment idea which literally means that omegas have to fuck alphas on command regardless of their feelings and desire. They don't really put up a fight and we don't see their strong character and rebellion like in the other books. The training is just to be willing whenever...You pretty much have to throw away all rational thought of how someone would actually feel, and replace that with the way that an omega would feel. They are disciplined for their own good like children...lmfao.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Genre: Omegaverse/Sci-Fi
Plot: ★★★.5
World-building: ★★★
Angst: ★★★
Dark: ★★★★
Suspense: ★★★★
Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
Steam: 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

I have been a fan of L.V. Lane's books since her Coveted Prey series came out and The Controller series, imo, is even better.

I am usually picky when it comes to reading science fiction themed books, I find that they can be quite heavy on the world-building and less on the romantic side of things. I didn't have that problem here as Lane was able to tell us all about the problems going on in the planetary system quite succinctly and it didn't bore me, it actually engaged me and I wanted to know more about the world the story was set in.

Dr. Lilian Brauch is a renowned doctor known for her research and advances on the Copper virus that has infected humans in the last few centuries. Humans at some point in their history began to reveal as Alphas, Omegas, Deltas, Thetas etc...

Unfortunately for Lily, she revealed as an Omega late in her mid 20s and in this society, once a person is shown to be an omega, they must be bonded or controlled through an alpha controller until they are bonded, as Omegas cannot be trusted to lead their lives independently. This is a proverbial death sentence for Lily and she has to decide whether she wants to continue her life on her own terms or let someone else make the decisions for her.

The Controllers:
Ryker
I was on the fence about Ryker, he just seemed to be there to have a good time and mess with Lily's head. He was a very manipulative character and I think there may be some screws loose up there, but I think he does a decent job of protecting Lily from her maniacal boss and is maybe feeling something toward her, not quite sure yet about him being a contender for a mate though.

Ethan
This man has to be my favourite of all Lane's MMCs. He was violent (in the best way), harsh, controlling, serious but also extremely caring toward Lily. He took his role seriously but I'm pretty sure he is playing the long game when it comes to his charge.

Verdict: I have read a lot of Omegaverse books over the years. Most of them not good, like, at all, but some of them turned out to be absolute gems and I think for a non-sweet omegaverse book, Deviant Control was an excellent read. The writing was good; it kept me engaged, the characters were developed nicely, there was no lag in the plot, and the world-building was just right, not too bogged down in detail but just enough to keep us wanting more.

Having caught glimpses of Lilly in previous books I was very much looking to reading her story, and this opening instalment did not disappoint. I had expected a little more fight from her BUT I totally bought into her decisions, actions and choices. She's also pragmatic and knew not to fight battles she could never win.

In some ways I still feel as though we only just scratched the surface of Lilly and Ryker's characters. I definitely got the impressions that L.V. Lane has so much more in store for them all and only as these events unfold will we truly get to learn everything there is to know about Lilly and her two men. Having only seen brief glimpses of Ethan so far, I'm curious as to how he will fit into the story.

Whilst it isn't the deepest of most complex of plots, there is just something about the author's voice that captivates me. Part of that is her ability to craft engaging characters and write then in such a way that I feel their emotions and am soon fully invested in them. I virtually read the book in one sitting, pausing only long enough to purchase the remaining 3 books that feature this trio.

The omega elements in this were somewhat subdued, but we still get plenty of domination by both her sexy Alpha controllers. Included are elements of mystery, particularly surrounding Lilly's singularity and the experiments being conducted on her. I will be jumping straight into the next book to continue this exciting adventure!

Short and not at all sweet, it's sinfully steamy Omega Verse. The h is a doctor, now lost to her rare dynamic. Lucky her, she gets two Alphas who control her and they are brutal, violent, perhaps deviant and she can't resist either of them. Great pace, this is only part 1, and it has some of characters from previous books. Love it but it's dark and not for everyone.

Deviant Control (The Controllers #3) – L V Lane

There’s something so different about this Omega that she requires two Controllers!

We have met Lilly (Dr Lillian Brach) a few times in the preceeding books. She is an Omega with a twist. Her daddy is on the Ruling Council so she is afforded a certain level of privilege that comes with being part of the elite class. She also has a unique Singularity which is in her blood.

Ethan Black – First Alpha Controller assigned to Lilly. We met him briefly in book one when he returned Eloise to logan then returned to his undercover position with the Uncorrupted. He rescues Lilly from the Uncorrupted after she is taken on an attack at the Research Centre where she works as a researcher and is a test subject on the Omega Research program. Ethan takes immediate control of Lilly, which is somewhat disturbing in its swiftness and totality. He only has a couple of hours with her before he must hand her off to a second (back up) Controller and resume his undercover duties.

Ryker – son of a wealthy and influential General and Second Alpha Controller assigned to Lilly. It is Ryker who Ethan has extremely reluctantly handed Lilly off to for the next couple of weeks whilst he finishes his undercover assignment. Ryker is a little disturbed on an emotional level and has been under the care of a therapist for the last five years. His Control is mostly cajoling but he is extremely dominant when he needs to be.

This book is mostly dedicated to the weeks that Ryker and Lilly are together on the ship from Tolis to the main home world of Chimera. This is where Lilly’s father and the Council reside along with the ruling classes of society. In other words the ruling elite.

Lilly has never had a Controller before. Now she has two. Ryker finds her sassiness amusing and of little challenge. He can Control her easily with simple threats of Ethan and his belt. Ryker is under orders from Ethan not to spank her under pain of death. An order that Ryker, despite his apparent nonchalance takes very seriously. These two have an interesting beginning as Ryker is unsure if he gets to keep Lilly or if he is just the stand in until Ethan returns. As much as he wants to deny it, this does not sit well with him and to his surprise, he realises he has feelings for her.

As the story progresses we discover that Lilly is an Omega with a unique Singularity. Her blood produces excessive levels of aggression, strength and healing in Alphas but they must drink her blood direct from the vein. The process is extremely painful for Lilly and happens when she becomes aroused (called a Flush). Alphas can instigate her arousal with a simple growl so Lilly has little chance of escaping her fate.

On our periphery in this story we have Dr Erison Tsing. He is now the Director of the Omega Research program. He took over from Lilly once she revealed as an Omega. She still retains a position in the program but she now reports to him. His research methods concerning Lilly are aggressive and invasive beyond what is necessary or acceptable. Once Ryker discovers Tsing’s aggressive and dubious testing methods, he puts a stop to the more invasive tests by threatening to break Tsing‘s neck.

The sexual heat between Ryker and Lilly ramps up to super steaminess with every encounter and Lilly is confused and disappointed at her own submissiveness. She has a hard time reconciling her doctor persona with her submissive controlled Omega persona. This book ends as Ryker hands Lilly back to Ethan once they arrive on Chimera.

Usual warnings for Alpha/Omega power exchange and explicit sexual scenes with a steam factor through the roof! Makes this an 18+ read. Five stars.

Doctor Lillian Brach is a late blooming Omega with a fierce independent streak.
The daughter of a governor and instrumental in understanding the Copper Virus and researching Dynamics Lilly finds herself caught up in the war as the Uncorrupted invade her planet and crash their charity ball shes attending.

Lilly has up until now been a background character in the controller series but her story has been building up. Unmated and still working she is considered an anomaly amongst her kind but when she’s taken captive by the enemy and is rescued by Ethan Black her life is about to change.

Assigned not one Controller but two, Lilly is still reeling from her encounter with Ethan in an enemy ship when she’s passed off to Ryker. Ryker, a psychopath with movie star good looks he’s tasked with her safe delivery to Chimera.

I think Lilly is a good example of Omega’s not just being glorified sex dolls. She’s intelligent and mature and I think Ryker handles that side of her incredibly well. His fierce protection of her - especially against Tsing - was sweet.

I liked it more than I thought I would

First I want to say, I love how thoroughly everything is explained, down to the science. (But I'm a bit of a geek and I love that stuff) I was apprehensive about starting this because I was thinking it was gonna turn into a reverse harem book and they just aren't my thing. But it didn't really and I like the polar opposite personalities of the Controllers.
The only thing that bugged me was that Lilly lost what meant most to her, Her job. I wish there could've been some way to allow her that, but it's not a world bound by the same standards as our own(obviously) so I let it go. Moving on to the next one...

Wow! I thought the first 2 books in this series were crazy hot and full of Alpha. But this book almost puts that to shame! Lol I love how Ethan gets his little bit of Controller time in with Lillian before he has to pass her off to Ryker. And Ryker isn't all right in the head. But he is very good at controlling and also very good at manipulation. He figures out that Lillian has a bit of fear about Ethan and uses it to get his own way in things.

I loved this new installment in this series and can't wait to find out what happens next. I also love how different Lillians Singularity is. And how her controllers have to do things differently because of it. Definitely recommend this Omegaverse! But be warned this does end in a cliffhanger...

Intense and Intriguing!

This was another intense and completely intriguing story. Definitely fast paced and intensely erotic. Way too irresistible to put down!

Lily is an amazing character that is sort of an anomaly. She is quite unique and has a fierce attitude that makes her slightly defiant. Her uniqueness is really enticing and could possibly bring some big growly alphas to their knees. Her interactions with her two alphas is intense and really explosive. I can’t wait to read part 2 of the story to see how much more she can take and if her two growly alphas come together to help her.

Fantastic writing again. Can’t wait for part 2.

Where to begin? There is no place. I have never been there but it’s one hell of a ride.

If you don’t read it, your missing something truly amazing. Of the thousands of books I have read, in every janra know to man, this stacks into the top five for me. And each book is better than the last. And it is so much more than just dark. The characters holds you fast, for love and hate, and sometimes both. A kaleidoscope of feeling and emotions ever twisting and turning. If Book 2 of the third , and best, does not arrive soon, then I will find myself ranting as I did at the end of Kill Bill part one. I mean, who stops there? A bit sadistic if you ask me. Which you didn’t, but fair warning, you may not survive it. Gurrrr

What a twist

There is no way you would be so cruel a to leave me hanging 😡like this -
Oh, wait you live to torment your readers!

Lillian has been one of my favorite characters in this series since the beginning. I was a bit upset (putting it mildly) when it was believed that once she presented she was no longer worthy of being the lead scientist. And to put you know who in charge? I am eager to see him get his comeuppance. I know he is up to something evil.
I have to admit I was very impressed with how you explained the shift in psychological dynamics once she presented and how she handled the transition.

Let us move on to her controllers...
Holy hotness!!
I need more ... They both are wells of untapped darkness bleeding onto the pages.

Oh and the lithe tidbit you slipped in about her blood?
I'm hoping that plays a predominant role in bok two
As for her old assistant...

Deviant Control-Part 1 is the third installment in the Controller series. L. V. Lane enhances the futuristic world that she built in the first two books. L. V. Lane is a master of dialogue and writing extraordinary Alpha men and their rebellious women. The characters are protective, strong, controlling and hot. The plot is thrilling and full of action and suspense.

We finally meet Dr. Lillian Brach in book 3 and find out that she a special Omega. Her Singularity is so severe that she needs not one but TWO Alpha Controller—and yes, it is mega HOT! Ethan is a beast and Ryker is psycho but oh, so sexy. Lilly is kidnapped and her two Alphas are sent in to rescue her, and so her life changes. This book is so good; the series is one of my favorites!

This book is for mature audiences only who enjoy Alpha men taking control and demanding obedience from their Omegas.

Alpha controller

3 stars

Firstly I loved the power exchange dynamic, however was not a fan of the shared controllers.

The book was written well, set in a dystopian universe where multiple dynamics exist. This story between the omega and alpha is steamy with complete power exchange. Also good support characters with the Program director and a bit of action with the extraction of the omega after a security breach.

A surprisingly good find in a sea of Free, in the world of Kindle.

It’s cute. Our female lead has spark, spunk and a good head in her shoulders.

She’s got these beautiful equal parts of Omega while still maintaining her Doctor brain. The blend of the two combined speaks to my empathetic soul as she struggles with striking a balance between her designation and her desire to remain some of her independence and a part of her old self before she revealed. It’s a unique plight and it makes the journey readers go through with her unique bc she was so non-traditional. In a lot of ways that created this fun dynamic within the pages as we got to know her more that I sometimes find hard to sympathize with in other A&O books.

So this is cute.

I do wish for some things, I wish the guys were a bit more tender hearted and spoke on their feelings towards the FL. Aside from their stake of ownership and possession on her that seems to be all that they need in order to skirt around the need for them to put a solid label on their feelings other than “y’ur mine.” It’s a bit sad that the girl is the first to “fall in love” with them bc at least she can begin to admit what she’s feeling.

Other than that, I wish she had more big brain energy going on. Moments in the story that called upon her using her mind and her unique skills and abilities (aside from her obvious blood power). Bc if you think about it a lot of this read is about trying to get her to submit as an omega (which is fine) but we don’t get many excuses to really put ourselves in her shoes for exactly what she lost when she revealed as Omega and could no longer be trusted to be objective and whatnot. Which stinks bc science was her life and it would have been fun and unique to highlight a woman in STEM who could still be an Omega and leave the men reeling in her mental dust. That would have been fun.

FL: “E = mC^2” (fck if I know science-y stuff)
ML1: *shuts her up by kissing the sense out of her*
ML2: *looks serious, like he understands, then threatens to tell on her if she doesn’t get her a$$ out of the lab*

Dr. Lillian Brach has lived a privileged life, even after coming into her dynamic as an Omega at the ripe age of 25. While other Omegas were given to the highest Alpha bidder, she was able to continue her medical work with dynamics and the Copper virus. She defied the rules of society and her dynamic. Then one surprise uprising attack changes her life. When she is given to two Alpha controllers due to her singularity, she is unsure she will survive their style of conditioning Omegas.

This novel was psychological torture in words! The prequel in this series briefly mentions Ethan Black, one of the Alpha controllers designated for Lillian. During that brief exchange, you get the picture Ethan is an Alpha no one wants to mess with, and any Omega in his care better be on his or her Ps and Qs. Let me tell you the introduction of Ethan Black in this novel is scary as heck! Lillian refers to him as “the war god.” There is no kindness in him at all. However, this novel is more about Lillian and her conditioning or training with Ryker Sherwin. Ryker comes from a privileged background like Lillian. However, he has a dark side that he keeps hidden behind his movie-star good looks and honeyed words of compulsion. I think the author only gives us a smidgen of the true Ryker. Ryker and Lillian go through an emotional transformation in this novel. Throughout the entire novel, all I could think is, “This guy is a sadist psychopath!” I am going to assume Ethan is worse because Ryker indicates at different points in the novel that Ethan is more “of a maniac” than him. I enjoyed every depraved word and scene in this novel. I read this novel in one day and just downloaded part 2 of Lillian’s Omega journey. This novel does not end on a traditional HEA but a cliffhanger as Ryker transitions Lillian to Ethan’s care. If you are sensitive to manipulation/psychological mind games, bloodletting/vampirism related intimacy, or want a clean-cut HEA, this novel is not for you.

Hotdangit! Ryker and Ethan makes Logan and Hudson a child play. And these two already big scary Alpha dominant who love to discipline their Omega😱

Having a Savage and a psychopath as her controller, Lili definitly in it for the roughest ride.

In the last book, we know Lili shot a soldier who were sent to retrieve her after her hospital under attacked. In her defense, she done it to save the soldier for no one would save him if get caught. But her father definitly would sent cavalery to rescue her.

And one hot bloody dirty rescue it was🙈😱😂

One of my greatest objection with this series is the word invest. With Omega being the lowest in the food chain while their singularity makes them special, this "invest" is degrading.

But in Lili condition, when she was captured and force to see the real world, to be force to have controller for the first time and understand what happened if she doesn't have them... I still hate the word invest. 😂 honestly hate it😂 but I understand more of why they have to form a bond with their protector.

I'm just gonna see it that way for my peace of mind. Seriously. Cause like Lili, giving up control for someone to have over you completely is scary.

And for Lili is worst. The author definitly put the worst on Lili so far.

She have the singularity in her blood. They enhanced ability of who ever received it. And for Lili, where when in depressing situation, her blood will poison her in to heat or flush. And her controller need to drink her blood to satisfied them both.

Get how crazy this author is with her twisted mind?? 😂 my oh my how I love her twisted mind😂😘

Seriously if you're looking for a fast, hot read with jaw dropping twisted story, this series definitly for you.
