A long time ago I was born in Los Angeles. That's where I spent many of my formative years. After I became an adult, I moved around for a bit before ending up in a small town in Oregon, very similar to Bailey's hometown. Greenhearth is fake, if you haven't already Googled that, but it's like many small towns with less than 1,000 people.
My pets... I love animals, especially my two even if they do create havoc in my daily life. I have a cat, named Snowstorm, Storm for short. Then I have a rescue, Josephine. She's a Labradoodle - I think. It's hard to say but it's the best I can come up with.
What I'm working on... I'm already working on the next book in the series - was working on it before Bad Attitude came back from editing. And now that it has released, need to stay on track with A Bit Aggressive.

Really loved this series. Actions packed, great characters. Angelica Morgan becomes the 11th Morrigan. Going from EMT to Goddess of War can be a little disconcerting, but that just lets the adventures begin. I liked how this book went back and forth between Angelica's story and the storylines of the previous Morrigan's. I enjoyed the Irish mythology wrapped into the story. Just a great read!
I was uncertain if I could follow this type of story but was I ever surprised! The flashbacks to previous Morrigans were well developed and really supported the storyline. Never knew I would be so enthralled with a goddess. I must recommend this volume to anyone who has an imagination, or wishes they had an imagination (like I) for pure enjoyment. In
I generally like to read a series; or boxed set, from start to finish. To be honest; this was quite a read. While some readers may like to break it into smaller 'chunks' this is a recommend read.
Having said that; I did enjoy it, particularly the depth of knowledge Renée was able to share throughout the series. I was aware of some of the early history of my Irish ancestors but was fascinated with the detail and coverage in this series.
I enjoyed the storyline and really liked how the characters fleshed out quickly, but I found it troublesome going back and forth between current and past morigans. I feel like this made me take twice as long to read it as I'd set it aside often which isn't my norm when caught up in stories - I like finding it hard to put down! Overall, very good story and will read more from Ms. Jagger.
If you haven't started this series!!! Now is the Time!
I absolutely love the characters, the page turning suspense, the incredible excitement of this series. If you have not read this series, you are missing out on one of the most wonderful, take you out of your world into a new and exciting adventure!! I will be re-reading this over and over!!
Adventure, Challenges, Intrigue, Binge-Worthy. Combines some elements of Ancient Mythology, and human history with some deviations, but well told. Much easier to understand if read as a tale of blended fictionss.
Great interesting storyline with relatable characters and a huge wolf I wish lived with me. Angelica Morgan is the Morrigan prophesied about by the God Danu that will change everything. And bring balance back between the realms.
Good story, I'll read more by Renée Jagg'er. The characters were great, even the bad guys. The only thing I wasn't happy with is the f bomb not frequent, but there, giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
