Buku ini berisi beberapa pertanyaan yang bisa diisi. Semacam tahapan untuk membuat jurnal yang nantinya kita "wariskan" untuk orang-orang yang ditinggalkan ketika kita "pergi" kelak.

I listened to the audiobook of this journal, and now I feel I need to go out and purchase it.

Nobody really wants to consider the sad situation of leaving loved ones behind. But beyond dividing up money and possessions, this brings up a comforting and valid point of leaving a letter behind, expressing your thoughts, wisdom, and even regrets as another kind of legacy. Here are wonderful and helpful and heartfelt thoughts and ideas from Rabbi Steve Leder that transcend the boundaries of individual religious faiths.

What would you say to everybody who has just attended your funeral? I truly think this is something important to consider and I am so glad. I listened to this audiobook.

Considering just what to say…but you’re still getting the clock, Maddy.

The idea of an ethical will was new to me. This book listed questions to answer in writing to be read after our death. It also had lots of examples some of which I honestly just skimmed. As depressing as the thought of writing an ethical will may seem, I plan to follow through with this project. My reason for that is merely because I wish my loved ones who have passed would have left something like this for me. Maybe my rating should reflect 4 stars….I will change it!

Easy, listening book. Learning how to write an ethical well for your children. This is a part of the Jewish tradition. Easy to understand.

Read it as a 26 year old. You ought to know how you wanted to die to understand how you are going to live.
